starting something new

howdy....

normally, we are opted to choose of something which may lead to another changes in our life.the changes we made may be influenced by inner voice, family, peers or so-called friends..however,regardless of what other people are trying to say to you, what are the main elements that we consider before moving on the changes destined for us..i would say our principle is the main source..trust the voice in your heart but do not ever go to the light...

  2. For me having principle in life is important. It is not because everyone have a principle in life and so should you.Rather , having principle in life show your standing or attitude and your even character. My principle in life is not to smoke , not to be a playboy , reduce the amount of lie and to avoid drinking.(I only drink during festival or celebration ) So for those out there who still do not have any.Why not try having one today. For those people who want to know more.Check this web page out(I found it by accident) .But be warn.It is full of words. And no picture.

  3. To me,principle really helps me in making boundaries in life.By having principle or a stand,i know what i can or what i cant do.I know clearly the limits in life so that i can become a better person by day.Principle is like a guidance to me.My principles are never ever tell a lie(white lies are exceptional),i must never give up in everyting i do,no sex before marriage(my main principle actually) and also never ever make enemy because life is too short. So i should make more friends, not enemy. And i strongly believe that everyone should have principles of their own..

  5. It is true for us to follow our principal to make decision. This is because we are the one who will deserve the sequel. At first, if we just follow what parent, peers, and friends opinion, we might be regret afterward. One day, when we are leaving them to a new place to start the new life which is influenced by them, we might be think at there 'is it true for me to make this decision?' At this time, we will follow our inner voice to think back why I will follow them and do such decision. So, I definitely agree that we should follow our principal that is our inner voice to make decision. Because we are the one who know what path should we take and suitable for us. But when we make decision, we need to think carefully so that we won't regret next time.

  6. principle in my life..
sure it is important to have one.without it my life will goes around without guidlines. one of my important principle is do not be a burden to someone.it does not means that i should pretend to be smart or perfect as i do not want any help from others.it just i would like to try not to depend so much on other people.i will try my best very hard on something for example in my study,my social life, sports and others.if it still no point by doing it alone therefore i will searching for help.at least i will feel much better than before.then,i will try to improve myself after gaining new knowledge in the future.surrounding is important but depending on it is too much.

  7. GIFTS FROM YOUR HEART...
chocolate is the most suitable gifts for any celebration such as birthday present, wedding or anniversary. there is one reason why i like chocolate so much.whenever i feel sad or depressed my mother will give it as it really makes me feel calmer than before.but it was about 17 years ago since the last time she give me any chocolate.but one day she suddenly gave me a chocolate.it is beautiful right when someone still remember the things that we like.we always get back whatever we give to others.but sometimes we also get something that we does not want too.loves need to be shown.my mother has show its love so now it is my turn.

Want to runaway from this hectic life? Wish to have a few days of quiet holiday??

Here is something i want to share with you all. I just read one article from the January Cleo magazine page 198.

Let's go 'Train spotting'. It has a number of advantages that many of us do not aware of. Check this out:

    1. CHEAP FARES - Although it takes longer hour to reach a destination compare to travelling on a plane, travelling on a trian is way much cheaper.

    2. STRETCH AND MOVE ALL YOU WANT - No waiting for the seatbelt sign to turn off before you can move around freely.

    3. BETTER SCENIC VIEW - Unlike viewing from the plane. All you can see is just clouds and some times far far away buildings. Depending on where you are heading to, by travelling on train, you have the chances to have a closer look of towns, green hills and also the peaceful countryside.

    4. JUST HOP ON - You do not have to wait for a long queue just to check-in, spot check and also no walking through the metal detectors. Just get your ticket and board the train!

    5. ECO-FRIENDLY RIDE - If you are a eco-freindly supporter, then you should take the ride by train. Train is the greenest forms of transportation available for travelling ever!

So, let us start our journey by train^^
    Let's go green!!

  10. listen to your heart and do whatever it says...
thats what people always say when it comes to making choice in life...
however,,,we should listen to others as well so that we didn't choose the wrong path...
    but don't get me wrong...
listen to others to get their opinions and then it depends to us to make the decision..

i would like to share a story.the story begins with the conversation between a father and a son.

"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"

To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"

Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"

He receives the answer: "Who are you?"

And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"

The voice answers: "I admire you!"

Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"

    He receives the answer: "Coward!"

He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"

The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."

Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"

The voice answers: "You are a champion!"

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.

it is a simple story but i got something from it.Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.sometimes we need a valuable advice for example from a father to a son jst like the story above.
then, plan our life and trust yourself.

  12. When it comes to making decisions, I strongly believe that we should base our consideration most heavily on ourselves, this is because it will be us, ourselves, who accept and live by all the consequences and effects brought about by the decisions made or actions taken. As for the words from our family, peers, friends and other parties, they should be taken only as reference, filtered and intepreted according to our preferences, and not be made the determining factor of our decisions. Next, i would like to share a fragment of lyrics of one of my favourite songs (Make a Wish), it is a song featured in the sixth Pokemon movie (Pokemon: Jirachi the Wish Maker), being a powerful song, it motivates, uplifts, fills the listeners with energy, and at the same time, highlights the fact that life is all up to us, for us to manipulate and regulate however we want to.

    ......
    You can change your life
Or you can change the world
    Take a chance
    Don't be afraid
    Life
    Is yours to live
    Take a chance
And in the best is yet to come

    Make a wish
    It's up to you
    Find the strength inside
Then watch your dreams come true
You don't need a shooting star
The magic's right there in your heart
    Close your eyes
    Believe
    And make a wish
    ......
There are often times when we wish we had something, we wish for something to come true, we wish something could be feasible. You see, most of the time it’s up to us, ourselves, to decide how things will go for our lives, scoping down to the perspective of a student, for example, when we wish to obtain a gpa of 4.0, why not go work for it, pay attention in class and revise regularly; when we wish we had better tutors or lecturers (no pun intended, just an example), why not just try going to the management and apply for a change of section, or even better, apply for a replacement of the lecturer, if the above operations fail, there are still alternatives, we could do self study and screw the lecturer (>.<), and, if necessary, we could opt to attend the classes of other sections as a supplement. When faced with doubts, we could resort to our inner voice, listen to what our hearts tell us to do, though it is kind of surprising, but believe me, our intuition can often lead us through the right path, as it might be the case that our sixth sense is actually composed of our principles in life, it may just be the truth that the way we interpret, understand, feel and manage things are actually the precursors of the mysterious voice deep within us, as such, it is a great guide for us as well, ~listen to your heart~ ^^. All in all, life is short, do what you love, and if possible, try to love what you do (for cases when you are forced to do something which you really dislike), life is all up to you, it is for you to decide on what you want to do to your life, live life to the fullest so that we would have no regrets when it ends……

  13. Start of something new...
It is like one of my favourite song,The Start of Something New from High School Musical.
I do believe in a new start but only on certain things. For me myself,I always try to see the new day as a new beginning of my everyday life, rather than looking it as a routine as a student. This is because there will always something new happen every new day like making new friends, teased by different friends and many more.Because on my point of view for taking the new day as a new beginning,my mood is usually very cheerful and happy on the morning. But not everyday. There are certain days that I woke up and fells grumpy.
But most of my mornings,I start with a smile.

  14. Principles in life...
I agree that it plays a very important role on determining who you really are.
Few of my principle is never to smoke, try to be puntual,be honest, not to give up, and a lot more but I am lazy to type them.
These are the few most important principles that made me as who I am today.I do not smoke and never ever planning to try.Puntuality is very important to me.Eventhough I am not puntual on everything but most of the time, yes.Never giving up is my motivation in sports. No matter how painful it is,do not give up until you do what needs to be done.

    Head lice.

Have you ever heard about it?i'm sure most of us know about it.No need to admit we have been through it before as maybe it is shameful. But for kids at age around 3 years to 12 years old it is a common problem.Lice aren't dangerous and they don't spread disease, but they are just be downright annoying and able to move fast.Their bites may cause a child's scalp to become itchy and inflamed, and persistent scratching may lead to skin irritation and even infection.Though very small, lice can be seen by the naked eye. They spread mainly through head-to-head contact, but sharing clothing, bed linens, combs, brushes, and hats can also help pass them along.Having head lice is not a sign of uncleanliness or poor hygiene. The pesky little bugs can be a problem for kids of all ages and socioeconomic levels, no matter how often they do or don't clean their hair or bathe.
Then,it is up to us to get rid of it.We can use the right treatment and prevent it by knowing the way it spread just like i have told.it is pity for a small kids to suffer this problem that obviously can affect their lifestyles.they haven't done anything wrong and that having lice doesn't make them dirty.Be patient and follow the treatments and preventative tips as directed by your doctor for keeping the bugs at bay, and you'll be well on your way to keeping your family lice-free.

For teenagers, the main problem is dandruff.there must be the right way to get rid of it too.then,to be continued...

  17. SOULD YOU LEND MONEY TO A FRIEND?

the phrase quite obvious related to this topic is ...

YOU RISK THE RELATIONSHIP BY SAYING NO,BUT YOU ARE TAKING A BIG RISK BY SAYING YES....

so,let me know your opinion about it ...

Lend money to a friend ,and you,re liable to lose both. But when someone close up for a loan,it can be tough to say no...
The first consideration, say financial down.If you can't afford to give the money ,you can't affort to lend it.
Next ,get it in writing. For big amounts,a repayment schedule helps to legitimise the loan.It protect the lender ,and can make the recipient more comfortable,so they don't see the loan as charity. The last, should you take a charge interest? It's not mandatory, and may have implications..i say no....

'PAY BACK WHAT YOU CAN ,EVEN IT JUST A BIT .IF YOU CAN'T PAY IT BACK,BE UP FRONT.DONT JUST IGNORE IT.WE ARE PUT OUR RELATIONSHIP AS A PRICE"

sometimes money motivate people, but sometimes people are motivate money...

  18. How Your Smoking Affects Your Loved Ones

Every time you "light up" you are potentially damaging the health of your children, your spouse and your loved ones. It is a fact that second hand smoke is a major cause of children's illness as children are developing their lungs. In children under the age of 18 second hand smoke has been linked with pneumonia, lower respiratory tract infections, upper respiratory tract irritation, increased severity of asthma and asthmatic symptoms. It has been associated with sudden infant death syndrome, middle ear infections, upper respiratory tract infections (colds and sore throats) and cancers and leukemia.Second hand smoke has been linked to nasal sinus cancer, cancer of the cervix, breast and bladder.

    So please stop smoking...

  19. The Risk Of Cancer

The way of our eating plays a major role in increasing or reducing the risk of cancer. Isoflavones decrease the risk of breast cancer for premenopausal women, while Lycopene decreases the prostate cancer risk in middle aged men.Soya is a great source of Isoflavones like genisteinm and daidzein. Although isoflavones are weak estrogens, the established hypothesis has been that isoflavones exert antiestrogenic effects when placed in a high-estrogen environment (pre-menopausal women) and estrogenic effects when in a low-estrogen environment, (post-menopausal women).

So, our eating is very important.

  20. 6 Ways to Stay Slim and Trim this Winter
    6 natural, healthy tips:
    1. Five small meals a day for weight loss
After age 20, our metabolism slows down by about 10 percent every decade. This sort of metabolic decline can be reversed by adopting a pattern of eating five small meals a day instead of three larger ones. It is never a good idea to eat big meals because our body can only use a certain amount of food. It is also never a good idea to eat only one meals a day or none at all; eating very little food confuses our body into thinking it Is in starvation mode and slows down our metabolism, resulting in weight gain in the long run.
    2. Lose weight without losing the nutrients
Focus on nutrition, not on dieting. What should we eat to stay healthy and keep from gaining weight? The formula is simple:
    • 25 percent of our diet should be animal protein
    • 50 percent of our diet should be made up of fruits and vegetables, for beneficial antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber.
    • 25 percent should be divided among raw nuts and seeds, beans and legumes, and whole grains.
Also cut back on rich, fatty foods, dairy, and carbohydrates, including sugars, white flour, pasta, white rice, and alcohol.
    3. More liquids, less weight
If we haven’t been drinking enough water, our body may have developed a pattern of storing water. By increasing fluids, we are flushing out toxins and teaching our body that it no longer needs to store water. Drink hot water with lemon slices throughout our day, especially before eating, to help reduce fluid retention.
    4. A slimming morning ritual
Every morning, on an empty stomach, drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup mixed in 12 ounces of warm water. While we are on the subject of morning, never skip breakfast!
    5. Herbal weight management
Chinese herbs that are traditionally used for their metabolic-stimulating properties include chrysanthemum, astralagus, ginseng, schizandra fruit, and green tea.
    6. Get physical
Physical activity speeds up our metabolism and burns excess calories.

After reading the article, I find that to weight loss, we need to follow the correct steps. Before that, I have try not to eat to loss my weight, but that action make me gain weight than loss the weight. So, now I will follow what is state in the article to loss my weight. I also hope other who read through this article also can get the correct information to loss their weight.

For me,looking to the sky in the middle of the night is quite fun activity. It makes me think that there is something out there that i can't see with my naked eye but i can feel it is exist.

According to the news on 19th february, the US space agency's Fermi telescope has detected a massive explosion in space which scientists say is the biggest-ever gamma-ray burst. The spectacular blast, which occurred in September in the Carina constellation, produced energies ranging from 3,000 to more than five billion times that of visible light. Astrophysicist Frank Reddy of US space agency NASA told AFP that,
"Visible light has an energy range of between two and three electron volts and these were in the millions to billions of electron volts,".

In terms of energy, X-rays are more energetic because they penetrate matter. These things don't stop for anything -- they just bore through and that's why we can see them from enormous distances," Reddy said.

A team led by Jochen Greiner of Germany's Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics determined that the huge gamma-ray burst occurred 12.2 billion light years away.

The sun is eight light minutes from Earth, and Pluto is 12 light hours away.

I like to see the nice view of the sky but when it comes to science, know the truth make me afraid sometimes.

in my opinion, principle is important in our life. it is because when someone has principle, he or she will know what he or she needs to do.
it is better to have a life with a principle than a life without any principle. when there is an objective, we will know how we have to guide ourself so the objective could be realised.

    my comment about this
we need to pay more attention to the important thing first so that we won't miss it. Because with the time pass away, we might forget something. Like that, we will regret next time. So we need to settle the few important thing first in our life. so we could reach the other level step by step.

  30. Three passions have governed my life:
The longings for love, the search for knowledge,
And unbearable pity for the suffering of [humankind].

Love brings ecstasy and relieves loneliness.
In the union of love I have seen
In a mystic miniature the prefiguring vision
Of the heavens that saints and poets have imagined.

With equal passion I have sought knowledge.
I have wished to understand the hearts of [people].
I have wished to know why the stars shine.

Love and knowledge led upwards to the heavens,
    But always pity brought me back to earth;
Cries of pain reverberated in my heart
Of children in famine, of victims tortured
And of old people left helpless.
I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot,
    And I too suffer.

This has been my life; I found it worth living

Although ur life is in HIS hand, but you are the one goin to decide how to live with a great life

it is just my answer which myself actually can't do that... i did't know how to manage my time properly like my friends... they could managed their time properly and archieve their target in finishing all the work that had been given... this coming week will be the rough week because there is more than 2 test to go... i need to finish report and also presentation... wahhhh... what a hard week... wish me luck for my tests... 32. I think that taking life seriously means something such as this: that whatever man does on this planet has to be done in the lived truth of the terror of creation, of the grotesque, of the rumble of panic underneath everything. Otherwise it is false. Whatever is achieved must be achieved with the full exercise of passion, of vision, of pain, of fear, and of sorrow. How do we know ... that our part of the meaning of the universe might not be a rhythm in sorrow?

so,if you want to achieve your aim, just go for it as time waits for no man

  33. Changes is the hardest thing to do in each and everyone of us, do you agree? Yes it is hard, but not difficult. It is never easy because lots of challenges you'll have to face. It also takes time, but believe me if we really want, time does not matter. When we want to change, we will no longer keep procastinating. It is easier to change from good to bad but hard to change from bad to good. It needs courage to do that and sometime you need some support cause you're not strong enough to pull yourself to go through all this.

but facing the change can change everything..."

  34. ya, i agree with you that we should follow ourselves inner voice in making a decision. It is because only ouselves known us better than others. We know what we want to have. Other than this, before making an important decision, we must consider all the consequences might happened. Do not just let our emotion lead us to do a decision. We have to stay calm when making decision because we have plenty of time to consider. Do not rush to do it by now. This can help to prevent us to make wrong decision to it.

  35. how we want to make a decision???
people have a lot of way to make their own decision, right?? some can make the decision quite fast, some need to think a lot before they make a choice...
why there is difference way to make a decision...
in my opinion this occur because of their own attitude..
someone with confidence and have think about the good and bad of their choice, will make fast decision..
while for the person with lack of confidence and do not know how to make a choice..
they need to think hard the good and bad of the choices.. they also need to ask their friends or family opinion first... then, after they have the confidence, they will decide..
both of the way are good... there is nothing wrong with which way we take to make a choice as long as the choice is the best...

Everyone is actually agreeing on the statement "listen to our inner voice".The question is - how many of us actually really do what our inner voice has told us??

It does not matter in any kind of situation.

->Do you take any action when your inner
voice ask you to do something evil?
->Do you reject your parents' wishes for you
to take the course you do not like in any
    local university?
->Do you say no when someone close of you
ask for help that is out of your ability?
->Do you willingly to post the comments in
this blog as it is one of the assignment
    in this subject?

I am not try to pick out bones from inside an egg or trying to be a pessimistic person, what my opinion and what i wish to say is that some times in some circumstances, our inner voice is not always right.
Even it proves to be correct, do you have the courage to do so?

That is why in this world, many people regret of something only after they experience the mistakes from and not from their inner voice. There are also many people who are grateful for not listening to their own inner voice and do what others suggested.

Life is full of doubt and hope.
The most important thing is that when you realise it is not a correct choice for you, you are willing to mend it to the correct path.

In contrast,as always - saying is one thing, doing is another.

    Good luck^^

  38. hi...
i'm realy like these nice words.it can give us advices for our life. hope you will enjoy to read it

    Friendship

Many people will walk in and out of your life.
But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart.
    To handle yourself, use your head;
To handle others, use your heart.

    Friends

Anger is only one letter short of danger
    If someone betrays you once, it is his fault;
If he betrays you twice, it is your fault.

    Great minds discuss ideas;
    Average minds discuss events;
    Small minds discuss people.

    He, who loses money, loses much;
    He, who loses a friend, loses much more;
He, who loses faith, loses all.

Beautiful young people are accidents of nature,
But beautiful old people are works of art.

Learn from the mistakes of others
You can't live long enough to make them all
    yourself.

    Yesterday is history.
    Tomorrow is mystery.
    Today is a gift.
That is why it is called the present.

  40. Some Ideas About Internet Music Downloads

We can easily find various sites offering free download. P2P is a network standing for peer-to-peer network, which allows us to download music free of cost. There are popular P2P clients like Limewire or eMule and even SoulseeX - that are famous and well known. Now it has a proper process to be followed:

    - Choose which client you'll be using. Once you have decided, download that p2p client.
    - We have to create a shared folder on our hard drive.
    - We must make sure that there will be no firewall protector in our computer.
    - The songs get downloaded automatically on making a selection from our list and making the necessary changes.
    - You need to check and see if all your songs in queue are downloading and that there are no disruptions.

Once your music is downloaded you can listen to it and can also save it to a cd, before saving it to your music cd, make sure that your happy with the quality of the song. Sometimes you might find that the quality is not so good.

Try it in the safe way....

  41. Cough-Free, Healthy Lungs for a Long Life
This cold, dry season is often accompanied by a variety of symptoms, such as coughing, breathing difficult, and often lung ailments. Add to the mix that by midlife, many people have compromised their lung health by smoking or by breathing urban air with its bounty of toxic pollutants. Studies show that lifespan is directly proportional to lung capacity. Take these tips to increase lung health, expand longevity, and quit coughing.
    1. Antioxidants benefit breathing
Broccoli, apples, and other antioxidant-rich vegetables and fruits can help restore and protect lungs. Other foods that nourish and protect lungs include green leafy vegetables-particularly kale, mustard greens, green and red cabbage. Other lung-nourishing foods include green and yellow bell peppers, daikon radish, carrots, yams, pumpkin, squash, figs, sesame seeds, almonds, apricots, ginkgo nuts, tangerines and other citrus foods.
    2. Increase lung capacity for a long life
Our life expectancy is directly proportional to our lung capacity. An effective way to increase lung capacity is to play up a wind instrument-a saxophone, trumpet, flute, or even a recorder. Practicing for as little as 10 or 15 minutes a day will give expanded results for lungs!
    3. Stamp out dampness in the lungs
Mucus or phlegm is often the source behind the source behind a chronic cough. In Chinese medicine, diet and digestive weakness is seen as directly related to a buildup of dampness and phlegm that accumulate in the lungs. In many cases, reducing and clearing out the mucus will ease the cough. Start by stopping consumption of mucous-producing foods including dairy products, cold and raw foods, sweet foods containing simple processed sugars or processed flour, and soft drinks.
    4. Press here for healthy lungs
In Chinese medicine, acupuncture is regularly used to treat lung conditions. We can stimulate the same acupuncture point on ourselves with a technique called “acupressure”. Instead of a needle stimulating the point, we can use our own fingers. Locate the acupoint called Cubit Marsh. Bend our arm at the elbow. The point is located in the elbow crease, on the outer side of the large tendon in the middle of the crease. Apply moderate pressure with your thumb until we feel soreness. Repeat on the other arm.

After reading the article, now I know several tips to increase my lung health. I need to increase my lung health because I always coughing. Now, I think I know the way to stop the coughing. It is not bad for us to give a try on the matter that we never try before.

  42. 7 Ways to Slash Stress

Chronic stress seems to be our national disease. Millions suffer from symptoms of stress: nervous tension, restless sleep, difficulty focusing and remembering, irritability, and health complications. Generally speaking, stress speeds up aging. Learn the ways to manage stress, and we will look and feel younger.
    1. Start day with meditation
Spend time every day in meditation relaxation, with calming music if desire. Start with five minutes and work way to 15 to 20 minutes each day. Meditation is the number one way to reduce the output of stress hormones and avoid adrenal exhaustion, serious threats to health.
    2. Manage mood with diet and herbs
Chinese Medicine considers the liver to be the center of the emotions. To allasy stress and balance emotions, keep liver healthy and happy:
    • Every day, eat lots of green leafy vegetables, barley grass, seaweed – anything high in chlorophyll
    • Take 500 mg dandelion daily for a month or longer to cleanse the liver and help release built-up anger.
    • Take 400 mg white peony root daily for 1 to 3 months to soothe the liver and balance mood.
    • Schisandra berry protects the liver from chemicals and calms the spirit. For emotional anxiety, take 200 mg daily for a month.
    3. Suppress stress with positive thinking
Instead of letting thoughts run wild with anxiety, say affirmations, such as “I can handle the tasks I have ahead of me. I enjoy my responsibility and fulfill them well.” In fact, repeating positive affirmations can actually suppress the cortisol that the adrenal gland releases in times of stress – leaving peaceful and calm.
    4. Get stress out of head and on paper
Writing in a journal every day can help release thoughts and emotions that are causing stress.
    5. Unblock tension with exercise
The constant pressures of job and family can lead to chronically elevated levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which is a direct cause of muscle and joint pain. Clenched jaw? Lump in throat? Chronic back and neck pain? These can all be manifestations of stress in body. Release physical tension and clear these emotional blockages by using massage therapy, exercise, yoga, tai chi, or qi gong to get the circuits moving.
    6. A Retreat to Avoid Burnout
Overloading brain is a recipe for stress and health problems. Give ourselves a retreat from the stresses of modern life. Take one day out of the seven-day week to minimize "screen" time. Don't watch TV, don't check email, and don't look at the news - it will be there tomorrow, and after a day of rest, we will be refreshed and ready to look at them.
    7. Perspective from the Natural World
Use nature to reduce stress. Go outside, hike in the woods, walk on the beach, anything that puts us in contact with the natural world. It is difficult to feel stressed when we are surrounded by nature's abundance of vitality and wonder.

In fact, I have a lot of stress in myself. So, after reading the article, I will try the ways above to try to release my stress. Everything need to give a try to test whether is it work for us or not. If it is work, then I think it is a good news for me. Because I can live more happy without stress. I also hope that this article can help other who read on this article.

  43. 'Be yourself; everyone else is already taken' Oscar Wilde

You can't be yourself if you don't know, understand, and accept yourself first. It should be your primary goal to find this out. Try to take time to yourself and contemplate your life and choices. Try to think about what kind of things you would or wouldn't like to do, and act accordingly; finding out through trial and error helps more than you might think it does. You can even take personality tests, but be careful to only take what you want from them and not let them define you. Work on accepting mistakes and choices you've made; they're done and in the past, so there is no use crying over spilled milk.

  45. Do you realize that everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel, then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. Give yourself credit for your successes. Inferiority is a state of mind in which you've declared yourself a victim. Do not allow yourself to be victimized. Express yourself, whether it's through art, music, writing, etc. Find something you enjoy. Everyone is born with talents and strengths. You can develop and excel in yours. If it's difficult to name two or three things you have some ability in or just plain love to do, think about things others do that you would like to do too and take some lessons or join an enthusiasts club. When you're following your passion, not only will it have a therapeutic effect, but you'll feel unique and accomplished, all of which can help build your self confidence. Plus, adding a variety of interests to your life will not only make you more confident, but it will increase your chances of meeting compatible friends!so,grab the chance to find yourself and be confident of your decision.

  50. In my point of views, principle is something that everybody should have in their whole life. With principle, we will stay through in our life. We will not easily influence by other people. As for example, for people who do not have their own principle in their daily life, they will easily follow or listen what their friends said. If that is a good habit then it is good but conversely, if it is a bad thing and we follow it, it will ruin our life. For me, my principle is not smoking; always make sure myself be a hardworking person (even sometimes I also “hardworking” on playing games). In my view, one who have their own principle and can follow their principle will succeed in their life.

  51. Advantages of Eating Fruits:

Fruit has been known as an important national resource for human being and animals. Eating fruits is good for both health and beauty. There are so many kinds of fruits available at markets, and stores. Some are sold by packing into a dried form, and in a form of juice. Some are sold in fresh. But no matter what forms of fruits are made, they is still delicious and give benefits to our body. Now, let me tell you the advantages of eating four fruits, apple, kiwifruit, blueberry, and strawberry.

Firstly is apple. There have not known clearly about its originate but the closest places can be in Centre Asia, Caucaus, and the mount Himalayas. Apples now can be grown in any temperature, warm, cool, and in subtropical region. It got varieties of shapes and tastes. It can be sour, sweet, and more or less juicy. But less juicy, it gives more acid. Apple contains Vitamin C and B, mineral-magnesium, chromium, and manganese. Moreover, it contains no fat and cholesterol. People, eating it everyday can get a full nutritional from it.

Secondly is kiwifruit. It is native to East Asia. This fruit contains some vitamins like vitamin C, E and K. Interestingly, it also contains a most effective laxative. And it has a potential to reduce the risk of cancer including the cardiovascular (heart disease). Kiwifruit is good for elderly people. However, the report said that there is no allergy incident resulted from eating kiwifruit.

Thirdly is Blueberry. It comes from Africa and the mountain of the eastern part of Tranvall province of South Africa. Research from the USDA; stand for Human Nutrition Centre said blueberry ranks in number one in anti-oxidant activity compare to other fruits and vegetables. Anti-oxidant means a substance which slow down the rate at which something decays because of oxidization. Moreover, Blueberries helps to lower cholesterol and many other diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, urinary tract infection, stroke…

Finally is Strawberry. Strawberry is commonly a favorite fruit for children. It is red when rep. It is green when it is raw. The raw one tastes sour. But if you want strawberry to taste good, you have to choose the deep red color because red skin one will gives you the highest nutrient density. Talking about vitamins that Strawberry contains, there are vitamin C, K, B5, and vitamin B6. Studied show that the consumption of Strawberry can reduces the prostate Cancer. In addition to this, it ranks in number sixth of most anti-oxidant rich fruit. Another test in laboratory added that Strawberry may reduce the LDL(low density of lipoprotein), which is a contributor of heart disease, stroke, and atherosclerosis.

In my opinion, eating fruits are all good for our health. Different fruit provides us different benefits. All these fruits can be found in many markets.

Actually the article is describe about the western people, but I think that fast food, or may be can call it “junk food” or “rubbish food” had became a serious issues in our country also. As we can see, recently our country had established many fast food restaurants, especially in supermarket. This is not a good scenario since fast food is not a healthy meal. Many researches has been carried out and stated that fast food is a kind of rubbish food since it does not contain any vitamin and mineral that a person need in his daily life. Conversely, having a lot of fast food will also affect our health and will bring a lot of health problems, especially obesity and high pressure. Therefore, to ensure we have a healthy lifestyle, it is better for us to take a balance meals rather than fast food.

  55. are you jealous?

It's the feeling that wells up inside when a date speaks highly of an attractive coworker or when your soul mate seems a little too happy to see an ex at a party.then,it's dating jealousy.this feeling can destroyed you and your relationship. Don't let jealousy take over your life: Follow these dating steps toward overcoming the green-eyed monster in you.

    1. Leave the Players and the Flirts Behind as there are singles out there who will thrive on making you jealous because they like the attention. If you're jealous, they know that you are constantly obsessing over them.be smart and kick them out of your universe.find a better date.

    3. Get Confident in Dating
The source of a lot of the jealousy has nothing to do with what your date does; it lies within you. If you're upset because your date attract a little when he or she sees a fashion model or celebrity in a magazine, don't start comparing yourself to that person.confidence and focus on all you have to offer.

    4. Talk It Through
whatever your feeling are just let your mate know about it.good conversations can strengthen the relationship instead ot accusing each other.people will defend themselves when being accuse and it will just make the situation getting worst than before.

this is my opinion about how to lower the jealousy.i know how it feel to other people although i am not the one who feel it.only my advice, when we sees our date talking to another singles does not matter how they are acting when meeting each other,it is not a good action to jump on conclusion that they have doing something behind.they could be just a friend.but after investigate and surely they are having "something" then just let him go.don't waste your tears as he are not suit or not your soulmates.keep finding!!

  57. Be yourself; everyone else is already taken. — Oscar Wilde

Being Yourself is celebrating you, as an individual - learning to express yourself and be happy with who you are. For some people, it's learning to love yourself, for others, it's not hiding who you are or changing things about you to fit in.
Relax. Stop worrying about the worst that could happen, especially in social situations. So what if you fall flat on your face? Or get spinach stuck in your teeth? Learn to laugh at yourself both when it happens and afterwards. Turn it into a funny story that you can share with others. It lets them know that you're not perfect and makes you feel more at ease, too. It's also an attractive quality for someone to be able to laugh at themselves and not take themselves too seriously!
Develop and express your individuality. Whether it's your sense of style, or even your manner of speaking, if your preferred way of doing something strays from the mainstream, then be proud of it... unless it's destructive to yourself or others. Be a character, not a type.
Have a productive day. Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and that some days, you're the statue. People might raise eyebrows and even make fun, but as long as you can shrug and say "Hey, that's just me" and leave it at that, people will ultimately respect you for it, and you'll respect yourself.
Believe in who you are. If you're always working to be someone you're not, you'll never be a happy person. Be yourself and show the world you're proud of the way you are! Nobody knows you better than you and that's how it should be. You deserve to be your own best friend, so start trying to figure out how you can do that. If you had to hang out with yourself for a day, what is the most fun type of person you could be, while still being yourself? What is the best version of you? Believe in this idea and use that as your starting point.
Find yourself.
Stop caring about how people perceive you. The fact is, it really doesn't matter. It's impossible to be yourself when you're caught up in wondering "Do they think I'm funny? Does she think I'm fat? Do they think I'm stupid?" To be yourself, you've got to let go of these concerns and just let your behavior flow, with only your consideration of others as a filter — not their consideration of you. Besides, if you change yourself for one person or group, another person or group may not like you, and you could go around in a vicious cycle trying to please people; it's totally pointless in the end. However, if someone you trust and respect critiques aspects of who you are, feel free to judge (honestly) whether or not it is accurate instead of dismissing the critique automatically or accepting it indefinitely.
Be honest and open. What have you got to hide? We're all imperfect, growing, learning human beings. If you feel ashamed or insecure about any aspect of yourself — and you feel that you have to hide those parts of you, whether physically or emotionally — then you have to come to terms with that and learn to convert your so-called flaws into individualistic quirks. Be honest with yourself, but don't beat yourself up; apply this philosophy to others, as well. There is a difference between being critical and being honest; learn to watch the way you say things to yourself and others when being honest

  58. Bat-killing syndrome spreads in Northeast

ROSENDALE, N.Y. – A mysterious and deadly bat disorder discovered just two winters ago in a few New York caves has now spread to at least six northeastern states, and scientists are scrambling to find solutions before it spreads across the country.

White-nose syndrome poses no health threat to people, but some scientists say that if bat populations diminish too much, the insects and crop pests they eat could flourish. Researchers recently identified the fungus that creates the syndrome's distinctive white smudges on the noses and wings of hibernating bats, but they don't yet know how to stop the disorder from killing off caves full of the ecologically important animals.

"The cause for concern is that this is going to race across the country faster than we can come up with a solution," said Alan Hicks, a wildlife biologist with New York state's Department of Environmental Conservation.

    "Now that is entirely possible."

Bats with white-nose burn through their fat stores before spring, driving some to rouse early from hibernation in a futile search for food. Many die as they hunt fruitlessly for insects.

-from this news we can know that the new disease had been spread out very quickly..This maybe because of our environment pollution..So,people have to take this as a serious problem..Take care of our world if we love our world..-

  59. have you ever had insomnia before?

Insomnia is the perception or complaint of inadequate or poor-quality sleep because of difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, or waking too early in the morning. These result in the feeling that sleep is not restorative and often are associated with impaired function during the day.

Causes and Risk Factors of Insomnia
•Stress-related factors – significant personal events, such as losing a job, marital problems, stress and generaly worrying.
•Uncomfortable sleeping environment (too much light or noise, uncomfortable temperature).
    •Unusual sleeping environment (e.g., a hotel room).
•Changes in the daily rhythm, such as a change in work shift or jet lag.
•Acute medical illness or their treatments.

    Treatment of Insomnia
When people think of treatment for insomnia they tend to think of sleeping pills, but there are actually non-medical therapy that have not only been shown to be effective in improving insomnia, but are possibly even better in the long term than “sleeping pills”. Insomnia therapy can be divided into two areas: treatment with and without medication.

    Treatment with Medication

    Treatment without Medication
The non-medication treatment methods used to help insomnia are often focused at helping the patient “relearn” how to sleep. Some of these techniques are common-sense habits that go a long way in helping people feel sleepy at night. These include:
•Develop a regular sleeping schedule. Avoid daytime naps and stimulating activities just before bedtime.
•Avoid stimulating drugs, such as caffeine and nicotine, particularly before going to bed.
•Exercise during the day (but not in the late evening).
•Avoid alcohol- it is a leading cause of poor sleep.
•Minimize light and noise when trying to sleep..
    •Maintain a comfortable bedroom temperature.
•Avoid heavy meals before bedtime. If hungry, eat a light carbohydrate snack.
•Take medications that may be stimulating, or those that may cause you to wake up to urinate long before bedtime.
•Increase exposure to sunlight in the morning, and avoid it later in the afternoon (5-6 PM).

Additionally, there are some behavioral techniques, usually conducted under the guidance of a psychologist, that can be very helpful in treating insomnia. The effectiveness of these procedures tends to be more durable in helping patients with insomnia than treatment with medication alone. These include relaxation therapy, sleep restriction, stimulus control, and cognitive therapy.

In life, everyone is trying to be perfect. But the fact is no one is perfect. No one will ever be perfect. This is not heaven. So you dont have to be perfect. To me,everyone is given a second chance.Everyone can start over again when he makes a mistake.Everybody makes mistakes. Its just you did it on purpose or not that makes it different.Starting of something new after you realize you have made a mistake is a wise thing to do.At least you realize your mistakes unlike others. So in conclusion, whenever you make a mistake, dont freak out because you can make mistake. Then reset.Start of something new...

  62. It has been a very hectic week for me as a UMP student. Loads of assignments, tests, quizes and other projects that require me to attend numbers of meetings made me physically and mentally exhausted at the end of the day. The result, i overslept for a couple of times, and had some kind of mood swings throughout the day. Seriously, i hate myself for that! I'm truly sorry to all my friends and everyone around me for my 'annoying' attitude towards all of u.

    Start of something new..
Definitely rings a bell for those who declared themselves as the High School Musical's die-hard-fan. Apparently, i'm one of them. And of course, not as crazy as Yien.(sorry yien ;D). Anyhow, to starting something new is definitely not as easy as it seems. As what miss had stated, we are opted to choose something that may lead to another changes in life. Well, I definitely not one of those because to be frank , i'm a bit conservative actually. It's hard for me to accept changes and let alone to get through drastic changes or to change my normal routine. It just made me more reluctant. However, I do believe that people change for better and for that, i strongly agree that is something others should be doing. And now I’m convincing myself to be more futuristic and try to adapt to the new environment quite well than just whining about everything. By having principle in life, it definitely going to help us in making wise decisions. Just to name a few, I will respect people who respect me, be thankful for every single thing that I had, don’t give up easily for something that I already started and finish it by giving my very best. The list is endless yet, I do hope these principles will remain as my principles in life.

  64. Self-discipline is the ability to get yourself to take action regardless of your emotional state.Imagine what you could accomplish if you could simply get yourself to follow through on your best intentions no matter what. Picture yourself saying to your body, “You’re overweight. Lose 20 pounds.
” Without self-discipline that intention won’t become manifest. But with sufficient self-discipline, it’s a done deal. The pinnacle of self-discipline is when you reach the point that when you make a conscious decision, it’s virtually guaranteed you’ll follow through on it.Self-discipline is one of many personal development tools available to you. Of course it is not a panacea. Nevertheless, the problems which self-discipline can solve are important, and while there are other ways to solve these problems, self-discipline absolutely shreds them. Self-discipline can empower you to overcome any addiction or lose any amount of weight. It can wipe out procrastination, disorder, and ignorance. Within the domain of problems it can solve, self-discipline is simply unmatched. Moreover, it becomes a powerful teammate when combined with other tools like passion, goal-setting, and planning.

  65. After reading Joe wee comment, I wish to add on some other information about maintaining our notebook. Since mostly of us use notebook in university, therefore notebook will be an important resource for us to access the internet and doing all of our assignment. It is important of us to clean our notebook; hereby I wish to share with your some tips to clean our notebook. Firstly, cleaning the exterior portion of the laptop case can help keep the laptop looking new. The exterior case of a laptop can be cleaned by using a damp cotton cloth that has been dampened with water. It is not recommended that the exterior case of the laptop be cleaned with household cleaning solutions. However, if there is a substance on the laptop that cannot be cleaned with water, then we can use rubbing alcohol. Secondly is cleaning the keyboard. Notebook keyboard is also different from the standard computer keyboard. With many laptop keyboards the keys cannot be removed. Therefore, it is suggest cleaning the keyboard by using the same damp cloth you used to clean the exterior case of the laptop. In addition, compressed air can be used to spray any dust, dirt, or hair from in-between the keys. Since notebook usage is very wide in our university, therefore it is important for us to take care of our notebook.

  70. Our principle is the main source that we must consider before moving on the changes destinied for us, trust the voice in your heart but do not ever go to the light...

As I read this, I suddenly get flashback to my previous experience when I faced this situation. Since I was in primary school, I want to be like my father, an accountant. I tried to do my best in my studies and I manage to do so. But when it comes to choose between science stream or account stream in my secondary school, I've been so confuse since my family want me to go for the science stream but I've no feeling for it. It is because I am so excited to go for the account stream, since it was my dream. So, to take care of the others' feeling, I have to follow their way although it is hard for me.

By the way, I get thinking by myself. Sometimes people will do mistake without knowing it. Then I realize that why not I just go trough the changes destinied for me. Maybe it was the right decision. Who knows?
And now, I am able to further my studies in our local university and I hope that I can finish my degree excellently. Only what you want gets trough and the important thing for me is to make my parents happy and proud to have me as their daughter.

Sometimes, we have to accept something that we hate although it is hard. The reason is maybe the thing that we hate will make good sense in the future. It is true that we have to follow the voice in our heart, but it is not false to consider others' opinion.
It is good to make a change in our life and just take it as a challenge and fight for it. Don't give an inch before the last buzzer sound.

  72. ~10 ways to be Happier~

    1. Don’t start with profundities.
When I began my Happiness Project, I realized pretty quickly that, rather than jumping in with lengthy daily meditation or answering deep questions of self-identity, I should start with the basics, like going to sleep at a decent hour and not letting myself get too hungry. Science backs this up; these two factors have a big impact on happiness. Learn how to Get a Good Night’s Sleep.

    2. Do let the sun go down on anger.
I had always scrupulously aired every irritation as soon as possible, to make sure I vented all bad feelings before bedtime. Studies show, however, that the notion of anger catharsis is poppycock. Expressing anger related to minor, fleeting annoyances just amplifies bad feelings, while not expressing anger often allows it to dissipate. (See 16 Ways to Manage Your Anger from Real Simple)

    3. Fake it till you feel it.
Feelings follow actions. If I’m feeling low, I deliberately act cheery, and I find myself actually feeling happier. If I’m feeling angry at someone, I do something thoughtful for her and my feelings toward her soften. This strategy is uncannily effective.

    4. Realize that anything worth doing is worth doing badly.
Challenge and novelty are key elements of happiness. The brain is stimulated by surprise, and successfully dealing with an unexpected situation gives a powerful sense of satisfaction. People who do new things — learn a game, travel to unfamiliar places — are happier than people who stick to familiar activities that they already do well. I often remind myself to “Enjoy the fun of failure” and tackle some daunting goal.

    5. Don’t treat the blues with a “treat.”
Often the things I choose as “treats” aren’t good for me. The pleasure lasts a minute, but then feelings of guilt and loss of control and other negative consequences deepen the lousiness of the day. While it’s easy to think, I’ll feel good after I have a few glasses of wine…a pint of ice cream…a cigarette…a new pair of jeans, it’s worth pausing to ask whether this will truly make things better.

    6. Buy some happiness.
Our basic psychological needs include feeling loved, secure, and good at what we do and having a sense of control. Money doesn’t automatically fill these requirements, but it sure can help. I’ve learned to look for ways to spend money to stay in closer contact with my family and friends; to promote my health; to work more efficiently; to eliminate sources of irritation and marital conflict; to support important causes; and to have enlarging experiences. For example, when my sister got married, I splurged on a better digital camera. It was expensive, but it gave me a lot of happiness bang for the buck.

    7. Don’t insist on the best.
There are two types of decision makers. Satisficers (yes, satisficers) make a decision once their criteria are met. When they find the hotel or the pasta sauce that has the qualities they want, they’re satisfied. Maximizers want to make the best possible decision. Even if they see a bicycle or a backpack that meets their requirements, they can’t make a decision until they’ve examined every option. Satisficers tend to be happier than maximizers. Maximizers expend more time and energy reaching decisions, and they’re often anxious about their choices. Sometimes good enough is good enough.

    8. Exercise to boost energy.
I knew, intellectually, that this worked, but how often have I told myself, “I’m just too tired to go to the gym”? Exercise is one of the most dependable mood-boosters. Even a 10-minute walk can brighten my outlook. Try one of these 15-Minute Workouts.

    9. Stop nagging.
I knew my nagging wasn’t working particularly well, but I figured that if I stopped, my husband would never do a thing around the house. Wrong. If anything, more work got done. Plus, I got a surprisingly big happiness boost from quitting nagging. I hadn’t realized how shrewish and angry I had felt as a result of speaking like that. I replaced nagging with the following persuasive tools: wordless hints (for example, leaving a new lightbulb on the counter); using just one word (saying “Milk!” instead of talking on and on); not insisting that something be done on my schedule; and, most effective of all, doing a task myself. Why did I get to set the assignments?

    10. Take action.
Some people assume happiness is mostly a matter of inborn temperament: You’re born an Eeyore or a Tigger, and that’s that. Although it’s true that genetics play a big role, about 40 percent of your happiness level is within your control. Taking time to reflect, and conscious steps to make your life happier, really does work. So use these tips to start your own Happiness Project. I promise it won’t take you a whole year.

My principle of life is to live happy every day. For me, living happy is important. I know it is difficult to do that, but I will try to live happy every day.

  74. Origin of English.
After reading Huey Hun comment.I went to search some information about origin of English.Well during Ancient Rome English was not the lingua franca. But Latin was.So where English come from.English orinated from the tribe of Germanic.Among this people are the Franca(France) and Anglo Saxon(British).English was not the English that we use as today. In fact old english was very barbaric.Later when the Anglo Saxon come into power in took over the Celtic. But english was not perfect yet. Most english was lend from the Norse(Remember Eric the Viking). So English at that time was quite a mix between Norse and Latin. Then come the Middle English where England influence still grows strong.Sweeping across the English channel England becomes more bold. And once again English change to the early modern English.Where William Shakespear use in his poem. And now the modern English.which most word like thy and thou are hardly use.So basically English have a long way back history. And general speaking.English doesn`t become simplier. They merely exchange one kind of complexity for another.

  75. Rain..
Rain here is not referring to the famous Korean singer but just rain. Some people symbolise rain as something that is bad or sad.Bad here means when it rains,it make life a little harder:the clothes that were hang takes longer time to dry,a little difficult to get to class and few more.Meanwhile, sad is where they see rain like their tears that flow down their cheeks when they were crying.
I don't deny that sometimes that do I think like that but most of the time when I see the rain falls,I see happiness.I don't exactly know why but I will smile each time it rain. And sometimes I even laugh if it rains like cats and dogs.Maybe it's because each time it rains it reminded me of me playing football in the middle of the rain.People say it's not good cause you may get flue, but for me to play football in the rain is the one of the best feelings in the world. Why?Because you can slide on the watery field once you score.
But once you get home, your mum will definetely be mad with you.

  76. 4 WAYS TO GET THINGS DONE AT THE OFFICE.

HOW TO WORK HARD,WORK SMART, AND WORK LESS

1- GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT.- don’t be afraid to delegate. Make sure we know who do what ,so we do not have to waste time taking on work that someone had done, or should be doing. Make it pairs. As a result ,it will create stronger ,more effective workforce. But it has to be conveyed correctly .Explain exactly what we want our partner to do in other to achieve the objectives.
2- STICK TO A TIMETABLE.- If we got a big task in front of us, ask these question. What has to be done before something else can happen? What things can we manage in order to finish it ? Use the answers and the flowchart or a timetable of smaller tasks .
3- RECYCLE – keep successful project plans, proposals, and reports.Use them as templates when we need to do similar work.we may not feel comfortable to use old materials as the basic for the new work. But perfectionist fritter away too much time trying to hit 100% .
4- MANAGE YOUR MEETINGS- get our diary and grade all the meeting you attended in the last month.

Or sometimes if I am lazy to do either of that,I would just lie on my bed and sleep.

These results suggest that tonsillectomy is a useful therapy for treating children with recurrent strep throat infections. Pharyngitis and tonsilities are among the most commonly diagnosed paediatric illness ,accounting for a large proportion of physician visits per year.20 and 30 per cent of children who are diagnosed with strep pharyngeal infection may experience a second infection within 60 days of the initial episode.

  79. DO YOU LIKES PERFUMES?

    SOME INO ABOUT IT.....

The word perfume used today derives from the Latin "per fumum", meaning through smoke. Perfumery, or the art of making perfumes, began in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt and was further refined by the Romans and Persians. Although perfume and perfumery also existed in India, much of its fragrances are incense based. The earliest distillation of Attar was mentioned in the Hindu Ayurvedic text Charaka Samhita. The Harshacharita, written in 7th century A.D. in Northern India mentions use of fragrant Agarwood oil.

The world's first recorded chemist is considered to be a woman named Tapputi, a perfume maker who was mentioned in a cuneiform tablet from the second millennium BC in Mesopotamia.[1] She distilled flowers, oil, and calamus with other aromatics then filtered and put them back in the still several times.[2]

Recently, archaeologists have uncovered what are believed to be the world's oldest perfumes in Pyrgos, Cyprus. The perfumes date back more than 4,000 years. The perfumes were discovered in an ancient perfumery. At least 60 stills, mixing bowls, funnels and perfume bottles were found in the 43,000-square-foot (4,000 m2) factory.[3] In ancient times people used herbs and spices, like almond, coriander, myrtle, conifer resin, bergamot, as well as flowers.[4]

The Arabian chemist, Al-Kindi (Alkindus), wrote in the 9th century a book on perfumes which he named Book of the Chemistry of Perfume and Distillations. It contained more than a hundred recipes for fragrant oils, salves, aromatic waters and substitutes or imitations of costly drugs. The book also described 107 methods and recipes for perfume-making, and even the perfume making equipment, like the alembic, still bears its Arabic name[5].

The Persian Muslim doctor and chemist Avicenna (also known as Ibn Sina) introduced the process of extracting oils from flowers by means of distillation, the procedure most commonly used today. He first experimented with the rose. Until his discovery, liquid perfumes were mixtures of oil and crushed herbs or petals, which made a strong blend. Rose water was more delicate, and immediately became popular. Both of the raw ingredients and distillation technology significantly influenced western perfumery and scientific developments, particularly chemistry.

Knowledge of perfumery came to Europe as early as the 14th century due partially to the spread of Islam. But it was the Hungarians who ultimately introduced the first modern perfume. Made of scented oils blended in an alcohol solution, the first modern perfume was made in 1370 at the command of Queen Elizabeth of Hungary and was known throughout Europe as Hungary Water. The art of perfumery prospered in Renaissance Italy, and in the 16th century, Italian refinements were taken to France by Catherine de' Medici's personal perfumer, Rene le Florentin. His laboratory was connected with her apartments by a secret passageway, so that no formulas could be stolen en route. France quickly became the European center of perfume and cosmetic manufacture. Cultivation of flowers for their perfume essence, which had begun in the 14th century, grew into a major industry in the south of France. During the Renaissance period, perfumes were used primarily by the wealthy to mask body odors resulting from infrequent bathing. Partly due to this patronage, the western perfumery industry was created. By the 18th century, aromatic plants were being grown in the Grasse region of France to provide the growing perfume industry with raw materials. Even today, France remains the centre of the European perfume design and trade.

  80. A LITTEL BIT HISTORY OF BELT...

    DID YOU KNOW ?

In the militarain periods, particularly the later half of the 19th century and up until the first World War, the belt was strictly a decorative part of the uniform, particularly among officers. In the armed forces of Prussia, Crimea, and other Eastern European nations, it was common for officers to wear extremely tight, wide belts around the waist, on the outside of the uniform. These tightly cinched belts served to draw in the waist and give the wearer a trim physique, emphasizing wide shoulders and a pouting chest. Often the belt served only to emphasize a waist made small by a corset worn under the uniform, a practice which was common especially during the Crimean Wars and was often noted by soldiers from the Western front. Political cartoonists of the day often portrayed the tight waist-cinching of soldiers to comedic effect, and some cartoons survive showing officers being corsetted by their inferiors, a practice which surely was uncomfortable but deemed to be necessary and imposing.

In modern times, men started wearing belts in the 1920s, as trouser waists fell to a lower, natural line. Before the 1920s, belts served mostly a decorative purpose, and were associated with the military. Today it is common for men to wear a belt with their trousers; women tend to wear them for more decorative functions.

Since the mid 1990s, the practice of sagging has been popular at times among young men and boys. This fashion trend consists of wearing the trousers very low on the hips, often exposing the underwear and buttocks of the wearer. This urban style, which has roots tracing to prison gangs[1]and the prohibition of belts in prison (due to their use as weapons and devices for suicide) has remained popular into the 21st century, particularly among pubescent boys. A belt may or may not be worn with this style - if a belt is used, it is cinched tightly at the mid-buttock region, with the effect that the trousers of the wearer are being held up by genitalia underneath. Many public schools now enforce belt-wearing, often only for the male population, and requiring the belts to be worn tightly at waist level with a tucked-in shirt.

  81. FRIENDSHIP...
    What is friend?
Everyone can be a friend but how many friend is really a friend?
I read an article that say a friend should be like these:
Someone that will be helping us with all they might when we are in trouble.
Someone that we can trust to tell our secrets and sure that they will never they will never leak it if they get into a fight.
Someone that accept who we are for what we are.
Someone who will protect you from anything that might hurt you.

I try my best to be like that kind of friend. But it doesn't mean that they can do me as they pleased.I still have my principle.

  83. If i were the rain,
    could i connect
    with someone heart
    as the rain can unite
    the eternally separated
    earth and sky?

    Because we are amorphous
    we hold that in reverence

    People are
    able to hold
    onto hope
    since death
    is that which
    cannot be seen

    we come together,
    like drop of water,
    like astral bodies,
    we oppose each other,
    like magnets,
    like the colors of skin

    unless i grip the sword,
    i cannot protect you
    while gripping the sword
    i cannot embrace you

    yes we have no destiny
    only those swallowed up by
    ignorance and fear
    who take false steps,
    shall plunge us into
    the muddy waters called 'destiny'

    we must never shed tears
that is the life form's defeat
and if we give in to the emotions
    then it only becomes proof
of our inability to control it.

we stretch both of our arms...
pass through the clouds, straight to the sky...
even though we touched the moon and the mars...
we still cannot touch the truth

    lighting fire on the untouchable
    fang...
    like solving a problem
without looking up to the stars...
like there's no need to yell
    until the voice is gone.

    the reason we think
the lower on the precipe are beautiful
    is because we are standing
    on the precipe as well
    do not fear because
    we are like the dlowers,
    we did not step off.

    ones pride cast a seide,
we beast takes a step closer,
    one heart killed
    we will fade away

    i have always been afraid
always pretending to follow you closely,
always been pretending to sharpen my teeth,
    when the truths is,
i am...scared to death just treading on your shadow

    A sacred gift of heaven
    For better worse, wherever
And I would never let somebody
    break you down
    Until you cried, never

    All of my life
    Where have you been
I wonder if I'll ever see you again
    And if that day comes
    I know we could win
I wonder if I'll ever see you again

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me
whenever I fall You say it best..
when you say nothing at all

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near,
you drown out the crowd (the crowd)
Try as they may they can never define
What's been said between your heart and mine

  84. Difference between LIKE and LOVE...
In front of the person you love, your heart beats a lot faster like you just beat Usain bolt in 100 metres. But in front of the person you like, you just feel happy.
When you are in front of the person love, winter seems like spring. When you are in front of the person you like, winter is just a beautiful winter.
When you look into the person you love's eyes, you blush. When you look at the eyes of the person you like, you smile.
When you are talking to someone you love, you cannot say everything in your mind. When you are talking to the one you like, you can.
When the person you love cry,you cry with them. When the person you like cry,you are comforting them.
LOVE begins from eyes and LIKE starts from ears.If you stop liking a person you used to like, all you need to do is close your ears. But if you try to close the eyes,LOVE will turns to drops of tears and stay in your heart forever.

Two of my favourite players in the squad are Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres.
    I stillhave other players that I admire like,Lionel Messi(Barcelona),Samir Nasri(Arsenal),and Frank Lampard(Chelsea).

Why can't a father say how much that he love his son?Why can't he hugs his son and say "I love you,my son"?But that does not mean that he do not love his son.
And mum?Mum always says it either the child were listening or not.No one in the world can measure how much a mother's love to her children, not even mum herself.Because there is no measurement of a mother's love to her children. It is just an emotion that be felt only by a MOTHER.
Although these two people are very different but very much the same as well. They play the most vital role in our life.Without them,we do not exist in this world. And without them,we cannot know the most wonderful feeling in the world.Even a lifelong stock of heroine cannot give.

  93. Best Beware Thy Stingray

there is a story about a record-breaking stingray capture, by the numbers:

    1 rod and line

90 minutes for one British biologist (with help) to reel in the freshwater fish

13 men to drag said fish onto a boat

125 pounds—that's the difference between the stingray's weight at 771 pounds and the previous record rod-&-reel capture of a catfish

The Thailand capture a female stingray as part of a program to tag such Maeklong River residents. The captive, part of a "vulnerable species" listed by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, measured a hefty 7 feet by 7 feet. That doesn't include the 10-foot-long poisonous tail.

Such creatures are dangerous, of course: as we know a Famous Australian TV personality Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin died from a stingray barb at the Great Barrier Reef in 2006.

The numbers currently put one Ian Welch on the world record books. The stingray's resistance nearly dunked Welch into the river, and he was literally saved by the seat of his pants when a crewmate grabbed his trousers.

Another reason that this marine fish is so huge is she's pregnant. (Cue soap-opera gasp.) After she had been towed to the bank (too big to be onboard the boat), she was duly marked, had DNA samples removed, and returned to the river when she unwillingly came. Welch gave her a farewell smooch, then spent the rest of the day with a cold beer and memories of her.

By the way,the exact stingray population count, which has shrunk 20 percent in the past decade. With this lady's help, at least one more will be added to this number...and with a tale to tell.

there are many cats we can found everywhere especially in UMP.love for this creatures not only can be seen here but also in abroad.for example,in a news i read today a Dutchman fined for stopping at a green light so as not to run over a cat.however he had his money returned Monday, the court said.

Cees Schuurmans was fined 75 euros (95 dollars) last year for waiting for roughly two minutes at a green traffic light, Vincent de Winkel told AFP.

"He said he was waiting for a cat to cross over to the other side."

A magistrate in the western city of Rotterdam said there was no evidence there had been no cat and ordered the authorities to give Schuurmans his money back.

therefore, there is nothing wrong when we want to show our loves, right??

  96. New research reveals foods that help protect against three leading age-related vision thieves:

    ComstockComplete
Reduce the risk of glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
Glaucoma. Just one serving a month of kale or collard greens or more than two servings of carrots a week reduced the risk of glaucoma by more than 60 percent in a UCLA study of 1,000 women. Scientists believe that high levels of vitamin A and other antioxidants in these veggies help protect crucial cells in the optic nerve.

Cataracts. Adults who regularly drink orange juice and also include C-rich foods such as red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, and broccoli in their daily diet are 45 percent less likely to develop cataracts, according to new research from Australia. Vitamin C may help counteract the lens-clouding effects of light and heat.

Macular degeneration. Eating oatmeal, high-fiber cereals, and whole-grain breads cuts the risk of macular degeneration by about 39 percent, shows a recent study. Complex carbs prevent blood sugar swings that can damage delicate cells in the center of the retina.

May be some will think that stamp collecting is a boring and expensive hobby, but it is not really. I start this hobby when I am 15 years old and until now, I already have 10 stamp albums, almost more than dozen of stamps from all around the world. Frankly speaking, some of the stamp I brought it from shop or at book fair, but mostly the stamps I get it from my oversea cousin, who always sent me the stamp from his country. In my opinion, I think stamp collecting is a good hobby. For example, when go through the stamp collecting process, that is collecting envelopes, removing the stamps, organizing them into relevant categories, filing them in albums, researching the background of the stamp issue...all of these activities set a solid foundation for more advanced organizational skills. Thus, I think I can learn something on the hobby and I really enjoy it.

    Why not, try everything?

I get to make the future what I want to
If I can become anyone and know the choice is up to me
    Who will I be?

    If I decide,
I'm the girl to change the world
I can do it any time.
Opportunity right in front of me
And the choice is all mine

    Why not, try everything?
Why stop, reach for any dream?

  100. “ Why do other people hear our voices differently than we do? “

We listen to a tape recording of ourselves talking with some friends. We insist the tape doesn’t sound at all like our voice, but everyone else’s sounds reasonably accurate…

According to the speech therapist Dr Mike D’Asaro, there is a universal pattern of rejection of one’s own voice and this includes some medical explanations. When we speak, we are not hearing our voice solely with our ears, but also through internal hearing, a mostly liquid transmission through a series of bodily organs. Sounds transmits differently through the air than through solids and liquids, and this difference accounts for almost of the tonal differences we hear on a recording of our own voice. This fact is taken from the Reader’s Digest September Issue.

Ladybugs appear as half-spheres, tiny, spotted, round or oval-shaped domes. They have short legs and antennae

Ladybugs are also called lady beetles or, in Europe, ladybird beetles. There are about 5,000 different species of these insects, and not all of them have the same appetites. A few ladybugs prey not on plant-eaters but on plants.

I think everyone have set their own principle in their own life, but, the problem is there are too many people does not follow and maintain their own principle, that is why they are still lost their direction in life. Life is long journey and full of obstacle, to be success in our life and overcome the obstacle, we have to carry out and maintain our principle.

  104. 1. Set savings goals. For short-term goals, this is easy. If you want to buy a video game, find out how much it costs; if you want to buy a house, determine how much of a down payment you’ll need. For long-term goals, such as retirement, you’ll need to do a lot more planning.

    2. Establish a timeframe. Set a particular date for accomplishing shorter-term goals, and make sure the goal is attainable within that time period. If it’s not attainable, you’ll just get discouraged.

    3. Figure out how much you’ll have to save per week, per month, or per paycheck to attain each of your savings goals. Take each thing you want to save for and figure out how much you need to start saving now.

    4. Keep a record of your expenses. What you save falls between two activities and their difference: how much you make and how much you spend. Since you have more control over how much you spend, it's wise to take a critical look at your expenses. Write down everything you spend your money on for a couple weeks or a month. Be as detailed as possible, and try not to leave out small purchases. Assign each purchase or expenditure a category such as: Rent, Car insurance, Car payments, Phone Bill, Cable Bill, Utilities, Gas, Food, Entertainment, etc.

    5. Reassess your savings goals. Subtract your expenses (the ones you can't live without) from your take-home income (i.e. after taxes have been taken out). What is the difference? And does it match up with your savings goals? Let's say you've decided you can definitely get by on $1500 per month, and your paychecks amount to $2300 per month. That leaves you with $800 to save. If there’s absolutely no way you can fit all your savings goals into your budget, take a look at what you’re saving for and cut the less important things or adjust the timeframe. Maybe you need to put off buying a new car for another year, or maybe you don’t really need a big-screen TV that badly.

    6. Make a budget. Once you’ve managed to balance your earnings with your savings goals and spending, write down a budget so you’ll know each month or each paycheck how much you can spend on any given thing or category of things. This is especially important for expenses which tend to fluctuate, or which you know you're going to have a particularly hard time restricting.

    7. Stop using credit cards. Pay for everything with cash or money orders. Don't even use checks. It's easier to overspend when you're pulling from a bank or credit account because you don't know exactly how much is in there. If you have cash, you can see your supply running low. You can even bundle up the predetermined amount of cash allocated for each expense with a label or keep separate jars for each expense.

    8. Open an interest-bearing savings account. It’s a lot easier to keep track of your savings if you have them separate from your spending money. You can also usually get better interest on savings accounts than on checking accounts.

    9. Know where your money is. And how much of it, too. If you accidentally overdraw your bank account, you will incur hefty bank fees; worse yet, the place you paid with that check may slap a bounced check fee on top of that, and send the check in again, resulting in a second overdraft fee from the bank.

    10. Pay yourself first. Savings should be your priority, so don’t just say that you’ll save whatever’s left over at the end of the month. Deposit savings into an account (or your piggybank) as soon as you get paid. An easy, effective way to start saving is to simply deposit 10% of every check in a savings account.

In my opinion, the most important things is we should train a good habit for saving. We should have a hobby of saving money. Set a hard and rule that whatever you allow yourself to spend on your hobby. Save money regularly and quickly and really show you how much you are spending on your hobby.

  107. Don’t take PANADOL especially people have gastric. This is one real story from a guy. The guy was working in a hospital as a IT engineer n the doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache they are not willing to PANADOL. This is because PANADOL is toxic to the body and it harms the liver. So whenever you have headache, as an alternative solution to cope with this matter, they suggested that we buy 1 or 2 can of isotonic drink (e.g100PLUS), and mix it with drinking water according to a ratio 1:1. Another method will be to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it brings the blood pressure down your throbbing head. As PANADOL is a painkiller, the more PANADOL you take, the lesser would be your threshold for pain. So don’t take PANADOL as candy.

  108. Life is so sweet because of the friends we have made. And the things which in common we share; we want to live on, not because of ourselves, but because of the ones who would care.

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it is the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding.

We’re just got to take each person for what she/he is and look for the good in her/him.

To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind.(since in reality you can't do it, then do it in your dream ba la ^^)

To do anything that you want to do, that is the strength of the human will. (nobody can force you do what you don't want to do, except yourself)

To trust yourself, to test your limits, that is the courage to succeed.

Life works in mysterious ways. There may be a reason why you can’t reach that certain point in your life s fast as you want to. There could be danger that you’re not ready to tackle. Sometimes you need to trust that your time will come.(believe in life)

  111. When I am with my friends, I feel free and easy. I can say or do almost anything I like without fear of reproach or embarrassment.
This is because we understand one another very well. I do not feel shy in front of my friends. We are just friends, doing things we like together, studying together, laughing together, eating together and generally having a good time together.
So when we are together, we really let ourselves go.

A good friend remembers what we were and sees
what we can be. A friend hears the song in my heart and sings it to me when my memory fails. If all my friends were jump off a bridge, I would not follow; I would be at the bottom to catch them when they fall. What is a friend? I will tell you…It is someone with whom you dare to be yourself. Only your real friend tell you when your face is dirty.

P/S:unfortunately, i can't find any friend at here...a real friend...i miss you all so muchy~T_T

  112. Life is about risk and it requires you to jump. It means that we have to be brave to take the risk like making a change in our life. Most people said that making a change is hard but to maintain with the change that we have make is harder. The main thing that we have to know is, every time we make a change we have to face some obstacles. By the way, not many people are capable to face it. Some will only capable to face it in a half way and some of them surrender at the beginning. I would like to share a quote that I read from a book,

"We see thing that we face now are such the hardest ever we face, but we need to know that God never gives challenge over our affordability"

Meanings that there are other challenges that we cannot even think whether we can or cannot face it. After all, we only have to be patient. God loves those who try to be good and be patient in coping problems. What we face now is just a little of a big to come then.

  114. THINK POSITIVE: 7 IDEAS THAT REALLY WORK

Listed below are seven ideas that really work to help you think more positive. Life is difficult, but there are things you can do to lighten your load. See if some of these dont help.

    1.Teach Yourself A Lesson
In counseling this technique is called reframing. You take a bad experience and try to define what it is that you can learn from this experience that will make your life better. It is a way of turning pain to gain.

    2.Interrupt Your Negative Thoughts
Research shows that if you continue to think negatively, you will feel more negative. Interrupting those thoughts and replacing them with positive memories can be extremely helpful in creating more positive energy.

    3.Set Realistic Goals
Positive thinkers have learned how to meet their objectives. They set standards that are neither too high nor too low. They feel a sense of accomplishments when they complete tasks on their daily "to do" list. Realistic goals must be specific and they must be achievable.

    4.Be Good To Yourself
You need to define those things that make you feel good and as often as you can incorporate them into your life. We know that positive reinforcement works. You need to reinforce yourself with the things that you value and enjoy.

    5.Look For The Silver Lining
While it is true that negative things do happen and that there are times, when we seem to be overwhelmed by them, it is important that positive things do, in fact happen. Take time each day to write down or think about positive things that occurred in your day. It could be as simple as looking at a beautiful cloud, or hearing a song that you really enjoy.

    6.Be Glad Its Not Worse
This technique simply put says, while my situation may be bad, it indeed could be worse. An example would be that you break your wrist, but thats better than being paralyzed for the rest of your life from the waist down. While sometimes our situation is as bad as it gets, usually, in most of our situations, we can find things that are worse.

    7.Fake It
Charlie Chaplin once said, "Smile though your heart is breaking." While it is important to get in touch with our feelings, being able to tell a joke, put a smile on our face, or do something that is absurdly pleasurable can help the discomfort of our lives go away.
Consider whether any of these techniques help you think more positively.

  115. "starting something new"..

My university life. It started on 17th July 2008 onwards. It is something very new to me at that time.

When i just arrived, oh my godness!! Why am i going to study in a factory type university?? I asked myself(my first impression for UMP)..All kind of mix feelings happens to me at time particular time. My hands my voice trembled too when i got out of the car. Step by step i walked towards the main hall for registration, wondering what kind of friends and roomates i will get to know.

When just after the registration, only my emotion went stable. Everything is already being fixed and confirmed, my fees, hostel, course registration and all other documentations.

When i recall back now, i feel that i'm a brave girl(^^) who can easily adapt to a new environment although i can some times miss my home too.

To me, my only wish is that i will do my best so that my parents will not worry about me in this new environment. And so far so good^^

  117. Golf

Playing golf is not a game for rich anymore. Everyone can play it now!
    Worry for the expenses??
Do you know that you can actually rent a set of golf equiptment from the club for a game? Then again, are you going to play permanently and need your own golf set?? Well, they sell second hand golf set too.

Actually, golf is a game of patience. To me, when you are thinking of winning the game, you will play worse. This is because you are not enjoying the game. It happens to be real because it is from my own experience. When i play golf and keep thinking of getting good scores, my scores drop. In contrast, when i play just for fun i can actually get good scores and even birdies..

So, next time when you try to play golf, remember this, patience is the key of this game.

  118. MUET..

I got a Band 5 in my MUET exam but my english is not as good as poeple expected. I am poor in vocabulary and also writing. Knowing new vocabs can really enhance the level of english and also their standard of conversation. That is why i am still learning how to improve my english.

Of course i went to tuition to know the technique to score in MUET. For example for speaking, every task should have an introduction and conclusion and it is best to have a common decision among your group members. But I know, speaking is tough, and that is why i do not score in this paper too^^

Then how do i get a Band 5??
Well, the answer is i got a full mark in listening and 2 mistakes in comprehension paper. Plus minus the scores, i got 222 marks and this is why i got a slightly Band 5.(above 220 marks is Band 5)

To me, this Band 5 of me is nothing to be proud. Many of you that i know, from your blogging to conversation with you all, your english is a lot better than mine..Truly from my heart..
I will keep on learning from you all^^

Since my part-time job is something that related to my hobby so it doesn’t matter for me to manage my time to study and working at the same time. 121. About the principle, I don’t think anyone of us don’t have any principle. For me, principle is an important thing in my life. Starting something new i think is a good way to turn a new leaf,we must not stay in our old way without any transformation. In the era of fast development, conservative is not an option any more,we must dare to change and come out something creative, innovative and also acceptable.
On the other hand, there are not all the things that we can try our hands in a new way.We must think carefully which ways suit the most to our own self.If you are reluctant to change, you will be burden yourself to something you are not familiar with.It causes a lot of trouble and stress in physical and mental.

  123. HOW TO BE PATIENT:

    1. Try to figure out why you're in such a hurry.

We tend to lose our patience when we're multi-tasking or when we're on a tight schedule. Try to spread out your tasks so that you're doing only one thing at a time.

    2. Overcome bouts of impatience.

In the long run, developing patience requires a change in your attitude about life, but you can immediately make progress by learning to relax whenever you feel impatient. Take a few deep breaths and just try to clear your mind. Concentrate on breathing and you'll be able to get your bearings.

    3. Look for patterns.

Being aware of your impatience also gives you a chance to learn from it and perhaps uncover a relationship or circumstance that is simply not healthy or constructive, and that you may have the power to change.

    4. Let go if you can't do anything about the impatience trigger.

If there isn't anything that you can do to resolve whatever has triggered your impatience, just let it go. Initially, you will probably find it difficult to let go if the matter is important to you--waiting to hear back after a job interview, for instance--but you should be able to alleviate impatience that's caused by issues of less consequence (i.e. waiting in line at the grocery store). If you make a concerted effort to be more patient in relatively inconsequential, short-term situations, you'll gradually develop the strength to remain patient in even the most trying and enduring situations.

    5. Expect the unexpected.

Yes, you have plans, but things don't always work out as planned. Accept the twist and turns in life gracefully. Keep your expectations realistic. This applies not only to circumstances, but also the behavior of those around you.

    6. Give yourself a break.

The meaning of this is twofold. First, take a few minutes to do absolutely nothing. Just sit quietly and think. Don't watch television; don't even read. Do nothing. It may be hard at first, and you may even feel pretty impatient after a minute or two, but by taking some time out you can essentially slow your world down, and that's important to develop the attitude necessary to develop patience. Second, stop holding yourself and the world around you to unreachable standards. Sure, we'd all be more patient if babies didn't cry, dishes didn't break, computers didn't crash, and people didn't make mistakes--but that's never going to happen. Expecting the world to run smoothly is like beating your head against the wall. Give yourself a break.

    7. Remember what matters.

Not focusing on what matters most in this life fuels impatience. Move the world toward peace by being kind, generous in forgiveness of others, being grateful for what is, and taking full advantage of what matters most. When other less important things fuel our impatience, taking time to remember any one of these items reduces our tendency to want something different right now.

In my opinion, people that are patient tend to have better lives. Patience can reduce our stress levels and improve our health and longevity, and patience can actually make us happier. Remember, for every minute you are angry you lose 60 seconds of happiness.

  125. BEING GRATEFUL FOR WHAT WE HAVE !

I have read an article about "BEING GRATEFUL FOR WHAT WE HAVE'.The work of transformation is about learning to alter or change your way of thinking and of how you see yourself and the world. The work of transformation is about being grateful for what you have. Many times people are not grateful for what they have or have had. Yesterday I sold my home that I had lived in for seven years. On my way out of the house for the last time I turned and thanked the house for what it had done and been for me. I got at that moment that the house had come into my life and had been of assistance to me, greatly, at time in my life when I needed a lot of assistance. The house gave me many things, safe haven being only one of them. Knowing that this would be the last time I would be in the house as its owner, I thanked the house for everything that it had done for me, for keeping me safe and letting be start to grow again. I am very grateful for the house that I lived in and that I was now letting go of.

I agree the blogger saying... Whatever you have now please appreciate it...if not, you will regret...

Yes indeed our principle is the main catalyst when come to decision making. In my point of views, other influences such as family, peers and media are just references for us only. Everyone must have his or her own particular principle that guide his or her path along this unpredicted life. However,to change our self into a better human need ample amount of courage and determination. Although you might afraid of making mistakes, but don't let that prevent you to aim for your goal. Mistakes are painful when they happen. But year's later collection of mistakes is called experiences, which will leads you to success. Below is a quote that I want to share with all of you guys.

"Changing the face" can change nothing
    But
"Facing the change" can change everything.

  127. Something old, something new

Cartier brings back the lastest yet new classic timepieces of watches with dazzling three-dimensional animals design.

There are two models, the gorgeous Baignoire Hypnose watch which makes it seem like you’re seeing two faces, and the Baignoire S watch, which has a curving “S” shape.

For the first time in the history of watchmaking, the calibre 9431MC movement has combined two of the most outstanding complications – the single push-piece chronograph and the tourbillon.

And of course, Cartier wouldn’t be Cartier without a selection of dazzling fine jewellery watches that is-diamonds.

Then these watches are going round-the-world tour and now it reaches Americans shores.

  129. Mind your breathe

Bad breathe or halitosis, is a common problem but the reluctance to say anything about it is universal.

To treat bad breathe, identify the cause:

    1. Finding the cause of bad breathe.
    - How do you clean your mouth?
    >Improper mouth cleaning can cause the
growth of bacteria in you mouth.
    >Accumulation of protien in the mouth
    can also cause bad breathe.
    - medical conditions
    >chronic nasal problems, gum diseases,
    and dry mouth
    - lifestyle habits
    >drinking alcohol, eating dairy
    products, smoking, taking coffee or
    consuming certain medications that
    affect the production of saliva.

    Prevention:
    1. Drink some water after a meal to neutralise
the acids that come with the food. Harmful
bacteria tend to thrive in an acidic
    environment.

    2. Quit smoking. Smoking gives you the smoker’s
breath. It also promotes the growth of bad
breath bacteria because it deprives the
    mouth of oxygen.

    3. Be careful when you use medicated mouthwash
or mouthwash that contains alcohol. Long-
term use of alcohol-based mouthwash may lead
to dry mouth and cause or aggravate bad
breath. According to Dr Speiser, healthy
people should not be taking medicated
mouthwashes just for hygiene purposes as it
will change the healthy bacterial population
in their mouths, which may cause problems
    over time.

  130. Tips for single underage parents.

    1. Reach out to other single parents.
    - single parents can share tips and experiences and social time while their children get the benefit of interacting with kids from families like their own. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn how other single moms are handling it -- financially, emotionally, logistically -- and become a part of a group where your situation is not out of the ordinary or publicized for the world.

    2. Come up with a plan to empower yourself.
    - Continue your studies whether part time or full time. Invest in finishing high school, getting the education you need for your career, and then pursuing a job that will fuel you financially and spiritually, you will also be investing in your child's stability and well-being.

    3. Embrace the family you have, not the family you envisioned.
    - Always get support from families and friend. Do not envision the family you dream for because that will not bring you to anywhere and it is not reality.

    4. Protect yourself and your child medically, legally, and financially.
    - Have a will legally drafted that abides by any arrangements made with the other parent and requirements of the state.
    - Be sure to discuss and sign paperwork to grant Power of Health for yourself so that responsible and compassionate medical decisions are made if you are unable to make them.
    - Get the best health insurance coverage you can for yourself and your child, whether you are able to be a part of your parents' plan, are eligible for state-run children's insurance, or have to get insurance through a job or independently.
    - Pursue child support if you are eligible, and sign up with any child support enforcement services your state offers.
