  2. ADVENTURING TO YOUR TRAVEL DESTINATION :

I had read an article about the adventuring to travel destination. So i want to share to you all.
When you are booking an adventure trip at your travel destination, you want to make sure you have the best tour operator you can have. While there will be a number of people who offer adventure tours, the key to having a great outdoor vacation is making sure that the travel guide you have is experienced in working in the area where you will be travelling, and that they specialize in the kind of travel that you are interested in. You can find the best person for the tours you want, with a little research.

When you start your search for the best tour operators for an outdoor vacation, you can't just open the phone book and expect them to pop up in it. Adventure tours are a little more specialized and you will have to take a different route to find them. The internet is your best bet. There are a lot of travel resources out there, and you may well find adventure operators at your travel destination have a website where you can learn all about them.

Before you can properly search for an adventure tour operator, you need to know what you are looking for. What is your focus on the trip? Is it the activities like hiking and rock climbing? Or are you more interested in the culture or environment in the area you are going to visit? Depending on what your focus is, you may need to look for different tour operators. Most tour operators specialize in one area or another, so you need to ask around to find one with your focus.

Next, you need to make sure the person you are going to trust your trip to, knows what they are doing. You need to research your tour operators to make sure they have been in the business for a while and qualified to be conducting these kinds of trips. You don't want to end up out in the middle of nowhere without anyone to help you, and have an inept company leading the way. Once you start to find some of the adventure tour companies on the internet, you will need to look more into those companies and their backgrounds. See how long they have been around, and look for independent reviews of their services.

Next do some price and service checking. Call the companies who are offering adventure tours and ask them to solidify what the outdoor vacation includes and the cost so you know what you are going to get for your money. While a phone call is a good start, if you can, it's better to seal the deal with a face-to-face meeting. You may also want to take into consideration, the cost of flights if needed.

I think that the best way to find out what is a great travel destination and adventure trip to take is by people who have been there. Talk to your family and friends and see if any of them have taken these kinds of trips and what experience they had. They may know of the perfect adventure tour operator to send you to.

  5. BEWARE OF PAPER IN THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE
NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKINGS

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.

You start the engine and shift into Reverse.
When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window.

So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.

When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.

They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.

    And guess what, ladies?
I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys.Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!

If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away.Remove the paper later.
A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands.

    Please beware!!!

  7. CANCEROUS FOODS/PRODUCTS

    INSTANT NOODLES
Make sure you break for at least 3 days after one session of instant noodles before you eat your next packet! The wax is not just in the Styrofoam containers but it coats the noodles. This is why the instant noodles do not stick to each other when cooking.

If one were to examine the ordinary Chinese yellow noodles in the market, one will notice that, in their uncooked state the noodles are oily. This layer of oil prevents the noodles from sticking together.

Wanton noodles in their uncooked state have been dusted with flour to prevent them sticking together. When the hawker cooks the noodles, notice he cooks them in hot water and then rinses them in cold water before cooking them in hot water again. This process is repeated several times before the noodles are ready to be served. The cooking and rinsing process prevents noodles from sticking together.

The hawker then "lowers the noodles in oil and sauce to prevent the noodles from sticking if they are to be served dry. Cooking instructions for spaghetti require oil or butter to be added in the water when boiling the spaghetti to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Otherwise, one gets a big clump of spaghetti!

    SATAY LOVERS (BARBECUE)
If you all eat Satay, don't ever forget to eat the cucumber, because eating Satay together with carbon after barbequing can cause cancer. But we have a cure for that... Cucumber should be eaten after we eat the Satay because Satay has carcinogen but cucumber is anti-carcinogenic. So don't forget to eat the cucumber the next time you have Satay's.

    PRAWNS (SUGPO) & VIT C
DO NOT eat shrimp / prawn if you have just taken VITAMIN C pills!!
This will cause you to DIE in ARSENIC (As) toxication within HOURS!!

Therefore, I hope that you will take this seriously and hopefully, we can stop "giving" ourselves cancer-causing agents.

  9. I just finished reading last year's edition of CLEO magazine (September edition) and one of the articles that I most engrossed with is “I Cut Myself” by Stephanie Osfield. This article reveals everything about the self-harm (SH) or self-injury (SI) that occurred tremendously among teens and women nowadays. Unsurprisingly, most people who engage in SH start cutting themselves in their teens and some keep up the habit well into adulthood. It is so awful and pitiful to know how people would have the ‘guts’ to cut themselves repeatedly in order to release their intense emotions and the sake of getting extra attention. I would dare say that these individuals are “totally insane and demoralize”. However, I’m not going to put all the blame on the cutters themselves and judge them on their “extreme” actions. That’s because studies shows that more than half of all people who self-harm have been physically, sexually and emotionally abused. It is very unfortunate for them to face all the problems themselves and having an unsupportive environment definitely going to make things worst. However, there are still plenty of healthy and safe ways on battling life’s problems. The healing process may take time but it is definitely worthwhile than latter, regrets for the rest of the life. I recommend the readers especially teenage girls to read this article because it gives very good tips on how to deal with self-harm sufferers if your besties happened to be one of them.

  10. I'm somehow kind of into animals. I like animals very much. Here, I want to share something about whales.
Whales are marine mammals of order Cetacea which are neither dolphins – members, in other words, of the families delphinidae or platanistoidae – nor porpoises. They include the blue whale, the largest animal ever to have lived. Orcas, colloquially referred to as "killer whales", and pilot whales have whale in their name but for the purpose of classification they are actually dolphins. For centuries whales have been hunted for meat and as a source of valuable raw materials. By the middle of the 20th century, large-scale industrial whaling had left many populations severely depleted, rendering certain species seriously endangered.

From this short paragraph we can know that this valuable animal is in danger. So please help to protect the earth and these animals according to our strength.
This is the URL where you can read more about whales.

  11. WATER POLLUTION

ON the Fourth of July, the water temperature at the beach in Ocean City, N.J., was hovering around 60 degrees, but that didn’t stop people from going for a swim. Neither did the large brown pipes that open all along the water’s edge, apparently also enjoying a sunny day off but ready to deliver storm water to the ocean at the next rain.

Steve Niedzielski, visiting from Downingtown, Pa., was building sand castles near the shoreline with his two young children, but said concerns about water quality were not on his mind. “In the past, I did think about it a lot because they had issues about people dumping their trash in the ocean,” he said. “But in recent years it hasn’t been a problem.”

Ocean dumping may not be a problem on the nation’s beaches the way it was in the late 1980s, but there is evidence that beachgoers are facing a different, less visible threat: contamination from storm water and in some cases sewage that ends up in the waters where people swim.

On Tuesday, the Natural Resources Defense Council released its 18th annual survey of beach water quality in the United States, reporting 22,571 closing and advisory days for possible contamination at 3,500 ocean, bay and Great Lakes beaches last year.

While the number of closings and advisories actually declined from 2006 — when 25,643 days at the beach were spoiled — the 2007 results were still the second-highest recorded since the council began tracking this data.

“Storm water is actually the largest cause of beach closings and advisories in the United States,” said Nancy Stoner, director of the council’s clean water project. “After a heavy rainfall, if the pipes are discharging on the beach, you could be swimming in all kinds of contaminants and pollutants that are not good for you in the long run.”

Ocean City was not singled out in the council’s report, and in fact it and the other beaches in Cape May County tend to be cleaner than those farther north in the state. But the council report cited New York and New Jersey as states that have experienced significant increases in beach closing and advisory days, up 33 percent in 2007 after a 96 percent increase in 2006.

Beach communities like those in New York and on the Jersey Shore face a constant struggle to balance urban infrastructure needs and the maintaining of clean recreation areas. Ocean City has employees who rake and clean up the beaches daily, said Jim Rutala, the city’s administrator, as well as many trash cans and recycling containers on the beach. But given that the community sits on a barrier island, storm water ends up in nearby waterways — as it does in many areas — along with whatever is picked up along the way.

A storm washes a potentially toxic mix of trash and chemicals into sewers — pet waste, bird droppings, motor oil, fertilizer, cigarette butts and other litter — which travels via pipes to rivers, lakes and the sea.

Some urban areas like New York City have combined sewerage systems that carry both raw sewage and storm water runoff to sewage treatment plants, which, during heavy rains, are designed to release that mix directly into waterways to avoid overflowing.

That means a less visible type of contamination than the trash that once washed up on the beach.

“You don’t necessarily see it,” Ms. Stoner said. “The water might be a little more cloudy, but a lot of times people don’t notice that.”

The decision on whether to close a beach or issue an advisory is primarily based on water quality tests by local health agencies, made once a week for most recreational beaches. The tests look for bacteria indicating human or animal waste, but not other contaminants.

Relying on data submitted by these health authorities to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the council reported that 7 percent of all samples taken in 2007 failed national health standards, the same percentage as in 2006.

A crucial problem for weekend beachgoers is getting information on water quality in time to use it. Typically during the summer, bathers won’t know for days after testing is completed whether the water has harmful bacteria because the current testing method can take 24 hours to show results, and some areas require a second test before officials decide to post a warning or close a beach.

“Right now, it takes up to three days for beaches to be closed because of water quality, so when the tests come back, you know you shouldn’t have been swimming for the past three days,” said Cindy Zipf, executive director of Clean Ocean Action, a coalition working to protect coastal waters in New York and New Jersey. “It’s kind of an awkward public health message."

Nowadays, the water pollution is to be more serious and many beach water was polluted and the water temperature was increasing. Water is very important for us because we everyday also need use it and drink it. If the water is polluted then when we use it or drink sure will get a big problem to our health. So we must take care about the water and find a efficient way to solve the water pollution problem

  12. Recently, I always like to watch the Supernatural series. But what is a supernatural thing actually?
According to wikipedia supernatural is pertains to an order of existence beyond the scientifically visible universe. Religious miracles are typically supernatural claims, as are spells and curses, divination, the belief that there is an afterlife for the dead, and innumerable others. Supernatural beliefs have existed in many cultures throughout human history.

Characteristic for phenomena claimed as supernatural are anomaly, uniqueness and uncontrollability, thus lacking reproducibility required for scientific examination. Supernatural themes are often associated with paranormal and occult ideas, suggesting for possibility of interaction with the supernatural by means of summoning or trance for instance.

So I guess, after all supernatural is depends on ourselves to believe it or not.

but there are few good things about this whole chocolate thing that i might have missed before for not eating chocolate.

So just what are the amazing health benefits of chocolate? Most notably, chocolate is a champion antioxidant. Antioxidants help rid the body of free radicals, nasty little molecules running amok in your body which cause aging and disease. Antioxidants bond to free radicals and whisk them from your body via digestion and other means.

  14. Do you know that men need to eat more fruits and vegetables than women?

The National 5 A Day program is encouraging men, who have greater health risks than women for some diseases, to shoot for nine servings of fruits and vegetables each day and women to aim for seven servings a day.

Fruits and vegetables contain many powerful and important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fiber and disease-fighting phytochemicals, and that helps reduce the risk of many cancers, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.

Why do men need more than women?

The recommended servings are greater for men because more than two-thirds of men are overweight or obese, and men have a higher death rate for certain diseases than women.

    Those diseases include:

    Cardiovascular disease (1 times greater)
Lung cancer (About two times as high)
    Colorectal cancer (1 times greater)
Among Americans, at least 58 million have some form of cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure, and 8.2 million Americans have a history of cancer.

    How much equals one serving?

    cup fruit juice
    1 medium banana
1 cup chopped or diced raw vegetables
    1 medium apple
    cup cooked vegetables
    cup dried fruit
    cup cooked beans or peas
One serving of fruit or vegetables should fit in the palm of your hand. It's a lot smaller than most people think.

How can you increase your intake of fruits and vegetables?

Have fresh fruit in the morning
Snack on fresh fruit throughout the day
Eat a big salad at lunch
Snack on raw vegetables with a healthful dip
Eat at least two vegetables with dinner
Add beans and peas to salads

  15. I would like to share an article that I have read earlier. In that article it highlights out that the situation where now the entire student can't find a job after graduates from university level. There are a few factors that might contribute to these phenomena. I think one of the reasons is the course that offers in university are no more suit the market demands. For example there are courses like operation research, wood technology and many more. You will find it difficult to find a job in the future. Besides that, all the graduates do not complete their self with various kinds of skills during university to increase the level of competency with others. So in order to solve this problem, government should play its role of introduce more courses that fit the market demands. So that it will reduce the number of unemployment in this country. Students also have to complete them self with different kinds of skills in order to make them self ready to compete with others in job market.

  18. i've read some article about hair..i know that many of us got problem with this..so..there are some tips for us to share..

    1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet - It seems that everything comes back to diet and hair loss is no exception. By eating a healthy diet you will keep your hair strong and healthy as well as your body. Also make sure to get enough rest as this will keep your body functioning properly to fight off illness which can lead to hair loss.

    2. Be gentle with your hair - This includes trying to avoid blow dryers and letting your hair air dry as much as possible. Try to avoid tight hairstyles such as braids, ponytails and buns as well as hats that can rub on the scalp causing bald spots. Additionally, don't color your hair if you can avoid it or at least allow 8 weeks between colorings. While coloring your hair doesn't necessarily make it fall out, it can damage the hair and increase your chances for excessive hair loss.

    3. Rogaine - The over the counter medication minoxidil is available without a prescription and has been shown to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss in a small percentage of people. No other over the counter medication has been shown to have any effect on hair growth. Rogaine is the only non prescription hair growth product that has proven benefits.

Even though it is impossible to guarantee hair loss prevention since it is a natural by product of aging, by doing these things you are giving yourself a much better chance of avoiding any type of excessive hair loss in the future.

  19. Love yourself before you start loving others..

We spend so much of our time waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us, searching, yearning for that special love. Feeling empty and lost without it. Wanting someone to give us love and fill us up. Unfortunately, that’s not usually how life works. You will draw to you exactly what you create in life, and what you believe you are worthy of. So loving yourself can create love in your life.

    1. Take a realistic evaluation of yourself. Be honest with yourself about how valuable you believe you are as a person. The way you see yourself and treat yourself is the very way others will see you and treat you. Do you see yourself as valuable, worthy of the gift of love? More importantly, do you treat yourself lovingly and as a valuable being? It’s ok to be truthful with yourself, it may not be pretty! Awareness is the first and more powerful step on the path to change!

    2. Forgive yourself if you ever believe you aren't worthy of love. After all, there were probably things in your childhood or previous years that created that belief for you. It simply isn’t true; every being on this planet is worthy of love, after all, love is what we are here for, it’s what it’s all about. Say to yourself now; “I forgive myself for believing that I was not worthy of love.” Go look in a mirror and say it out loud to yourself, look yourself right in the eyes and say it like you mean it. Go on, I’ll wait.

    3. Post this affirmation up someplace where you will see it each and every day; "I have the courage to believe that I am worthy of love." Read it out loud, every day, at least once, ideally at least ten times each time you notice it. Sticky notes are fabulous for affirmations.

    4. Take action and make those words real. Begin loving and valuing yourself. It is said that you cannot give away what you do not have. So, if you are not able to love and accept yourself unconditionally, how in the world are you going to love and accept anyone else unconditionally? Much less accept that love in return from them?

  21. Earliest Times of Colour

The ancient Egyptians have been recorded to have been using colour for cures and ailments. They worshipped the sun, knowing that without light there can be no life. They looked at nature and copied it in many aspects of their lives. The floors of their temples were often green - as the grass which then grew alongside their river, the Nile. Blue was a very important colour to the Egyptians too; the colour of the sky. They built temples for healing and used gems (crystals) through which the sunlight shone. They would have different rooms for different colours. We could perhaps relate our present methods of colour/light therapy to this ancient practice.

There are lists on papyrus dating back to 1550 BC of colour "cures".
Their deep knowledge and understanding of the healing powers of the colour rays was so nearly lost when, later on in history, the Greeks considered colour only as a science. Hippocrates, amongst others, abandoned the metaphysical side of colour, concentrating only on the scientific aspect. Fortunately, despite this, the knowledge and philosophy of colour was handed down through the ages by a few.

The Chinese also apparently practiced Colour Healing. The Nei/ching, 2000 years old, records colour diagnoses.

Skype (IPA: [skaɪp]) is software that allows users to make telephone calls over the Internet. Calls to other users of the service and to free-of-charge numbers are free, while calls to other landlines and mobile phones can be made for a fee. Additional features include instant messaging, file transfer and video conferencing.

It was created by entrepreneurs Niklas Zennström, Janus Friis, and a team of software developers based in Tallinn, Estonia. The Skype Group has its headquarters in Luxembourg, with offices in London, Tallinn, Tartu, Stockholm, Prague, and San Jose.

Skype has experienced rapid growth in popular usage since the launch of its services. It was acquired by eBay in September 2005 for $2.6 billion.

SKYPE, sounds familiar right? This little programme is very important for us UMP's students. It enables us to send files and chat with classmates. Nice little things. By the way, i've just know that this programme is launched by ebay.

  24. Medical drugs have long been suspect since the disaster of thalidomide almost 50 years ago. But now researchers have discovered that even the humble, and ubiquitous, antibiotic may pose a risk. In the largest study of premature labour in the world, researchers from the University of Leicester have found that in women whose waters had not yet broken, there was an increase in the incidence of cerebral palsy and other problems such as poor eyesight, among those given antibiotics.
The message is complex, but it is critical that it is understood. Antibiotics are vital to treat infection in pregnancy, which can kill mothers and babies. But they must not be used on a "just in case" basis, where there is no sign – or risk – of infection, as they too often are.

  26. Mental health
Mental health refers to an individual's emotional and psychological well-being. "A state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life."

One way to think about mental health is by looking at how effectively and successfully a person functions. Feeling capable and competent; being able to handle normal levels of stress, maintain satisfying relationships, and lead an independent life; and being able to "bounce back," or recover from difficult situations, are all signs of mental health. The generally accepted definition of health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity", used by the World Health Organization (WHO) since 1948.

In 1986, the WHO in the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion said health is "a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities". Classification systems such as the WHO Family of International Classifications (WHO-FIC), which is composed of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) also define health.

Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

  27. Nutrient

There are seven major classes of nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins, and water.

These nutrient classes can be categorized as either macronutrients (needed in relatively large amounts) or micronutrients (needed in smaller quantities). The macronutrients are carbohydrates, fats, fiber, proteins, and water. The micronutrients are minerals and vitamins.

The macronutrients (excluding fiber and water) provide energy, which is measured in Joules or kilocalories (often called "Calories" and written with a capital C to distinguish them from gram calories). Carbohydrates and proteins provide 17 kJ (4 kcal) of energy per gram, while fats provide 37 kJ (9 kcal) per gram.[1] Vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water do not provide energy, but are necessary for other reasons.

Molecules of carbohydrates and fats consist of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms. Carbohydrates range from simple monosaccharides (glucose, fructose, galactose) to complex polysaccharides (starch). Fats are triglycerides, made of various fatty acid monomers bound to glycerol. Some fatty acids, but not all, are essential in the diet: they cannot be synthesized in the body. Protein molecules contain nitrogen atoms in addition to the elements of carbohydrates and fats. The nitrogen-containing monomers of protein are amino acids, and they include some essential amino acids. They fulfill many roles other than energy metabolism; and when they are used as fuel, getting rid of the nitrogen places a burden on the kidneys.

Other micronutrients include antioxidants and phytochemicals.

Most foods contain a mix of some or all of the nutrient classes. Some nutrients are required regularly, while others are needed only occasionally. Poor health can be caused by an imbalance of nutrients, whether an excess or a deficiency.

  28. REUSE, RECYCLE, REMODEL :

Reuse, recycle, remodel: environmentally friendly materials and techniques are changing the way we build in the West. Resource- and environmentally friendly building--also known as green building--is gaining popularity in the West. Now even the commonest materials such as carpet and paint have green options and are being competitively priced. Green building is about reducing environmental impact, whether in remodeling a home or planning a community. It's everything from energy-efficient and health-conscious design to using salvaged materials. I think that someone can saved their money buying recycled products. Besides, it also heip us provides the greatest energy and resource savings.

Prague also known as "the mother of city", "city of hundred spires" and "the golden city". The city have a large amount of population over 1.9million.

The city had been experience a long history as from the ancient age, the era of Charles IV, Habsburg era, 1st Republic, Second World War, Cold War and Velvet Revolution. Thus, Prague is a very interesting city for younger generation to know more about it.

Prague has become one of the world's most popular tourist destinations after the fall of the Iron Curtain. It is very fortunate that the city had suffered from just few damage during World War II, so that most of its historic architecture are still staying alike as when it built. The popular sights are including : Old Town, the Astronomical Clock, the Charles Bridge, the Old New Synagogue, New town, Mala Strana, Prague Castle, the old Jewish quarter, and so on.

I hope that I would have a chance to visit Prague.

  33. BIRTH CONTROL--STD Protection

What are they : It includes diaphragms and cervical caps used with spermicidal jellies or foams; insert and film; the male condom; and the female condom, which is a floppy polyurethane tube with a closed end that fits over the cervix like a diaphragm, and an open end that hangs outside the vigina. All prevent sperm from reaching an egg.

Benefits: They're inexpensive, don't endanger health and they offer varying degrees of protection against STDs.

Drawbacks: They can interfere with spontaneity and are messy. Condoms can break. Caps can be tricky to insert. Diaphragms can slip and may increase the risk of urinary-tract infections.

3D television is a kind of television that you can watch from different angle but just like you watch infront of the television. This type of television will become another big thing for the coming generation. However, viewing of 3D television still not ideal. For exaple, for you to able watch 3D television from different angle, you must wear the special glasses or head gear. That is because to get a multidimensional picture, each eye needs to see the image slightly differently.

Although all modern gadgets have the goal to combine good-looks with multifunctional technology and effectiveness, this is so much better then the others because it can be wear! It has all the cool stuff in it like a Bluetooth and built-in MP3 player or touch sensitive control pads. But the ability through which its promoted is its compatibility with GPSoverIP. It uses a hybrid GPS technology which enables the user to look for the person wearing the jacket even inside a building. The person who wears the io-Jacket can upload the information to a mobile phone or to the internet giving the watcher (probably a deranged parent) the opportunity of observing his/her every move. Londefrey, the company which produces it, has sold one for humanitarian causes carrying out an auction in the purpose of saving money for the “Humans for Humans” foundation. It seems though that none other have been made for commercial purposes so we just have to sit and wait.

  36. About X-rays and T-rays.X-rays are used to detect any fracture inside the human body, and also in the security checks to check for any weapons. The use of X-rays are limited as they are harmful to the human body causing disintegration of DNA and hence cancers may be precipitated. Terahertz rays or T-rays are considered harmless, that is, they do not predispose the human body to cancers and hence can be used freely. This benefit also applies at the security checks at any airports or public places where T-rays would reflect on any weapons and can be detected easily. For that matter, T-rays have an additional benefit of detecting even plastic objects which often go undetected in X-ray. Sciensists also claim that T-rays can tell the material of the item which is reflected, as it uses a technique called spectroscopy. In this new technology, every item would be reflected in a different color, so making out a particular item as harmful is easy.

T- rays are not required to be used close to the scanned item, as in the case of X-rays. It can be safely kept at a distance and scanning is done. A lot of research is going on to enhance the capacity of T-rays to use the spectroscopy at a distance.
The possibilities of T-rays are several. They can be used in the pharmacology industry to aid in detection of the contents of the medicines, used to detect tumors in a human body, aid in detecting any defect in the machines. These are just a few of the benefits.

  37. What should you do in order to compare the price while you are online shopping. While thinking upon a price comparing website you need to keep some points in mind to pick one which is apt. Anyways the price comparison website must be authentic, legitimate and trustworthy. Some of the price comparison websites are specifically designed to advertise a specific item or a brand, thus select a website that is unbiased and gives you exact consequences. Secondly, you need to be careful while comparing the prices mentioned on these websites by tracing the source of pricing guide. Finally, you can even check the holder of the price comparison website, by doing so you will be aware whether this is the same company whose items are normally recommended on this website. Hence, you should be alert about all these things while comparing the prices of items

  39. These are some suggestions that might help us to get our inspirations.

    Visit an Art Gallery.
Art gallery is a widely known cure for designer’s block .

    Check Out A Charity Store.
Find one thing that we think is really visually interesting to buy at charity store, it could be an old doll or the pattern on some fabric, a book or a record, whatever takes our fancy.

    Photograph Interesting Textures and Colours.
Take a trusty digital camera and spend half an hour photographing interesting textures, objects and colours.

    Wander Through Some Street Art.
If we live in a major city or even smaller ones, we can find a wealth of talent and inspiration if we’re prepared to look.

Go to the Movies for Trailers and Posters.
When go to cinema, see the posters, enjoy the previews, and viewing them from a purely aesthetic point of view of course.

Go to a Record Store to Scope out Album Art.
The music industry is so edgy and the design can be really inspiring. We also can go through our own CD collection.

    Visit a Foreign Food Store.
Go to a foreign food store and buy the most visually interesting thing that can find. Use the packaging as inspiration.

Get on a Bus and View Signage.
There’s plenty of inspiration to be had on the streets of most cities but it can be rather inefficient viewing it all on foot.

    Wander through some Antique Stores.
Antique stores have a wealth of old books and retro album art that are fantastic for getting a different perspective on our work.

  40. Did you ever drink green tea? Some people say that green tea is good for our health. What makes green tea so special?

Is any other food or drink reported to have as many health benefits as green tea? The Chinese have known about the medicinal benefits of green tea since ancient times, using it to treat everything from headaches to depression. In her book Green Tea: The Natural Secret for a Healthier Life, Nadine Taylor states that green tea has been used as a medicine in China for at least 4,000 years.

To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

    • cancer
    • rheumatoid arthritis
    • high cholesterol levels
    • cariovascular disease
    • infection
    • impaired immune function

Green tea can even help prevent tooth decay! Just as its bacteria destroying abilities can help prevent food poisoning, it can also kill the bacteria that causes dental plaque. Meanwhile, skin preparations containing green tea -- from deodorants to creams -- are starting to appear on the market.

  41. I just read an article that I think interesting from the internet. That article said that soy is touted as a "miracle" food because of its role in preventing disease, including cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis.

The evidence was so compelling that the FDA approved the following health claim for use on food labels: "25 grams of soy protein per day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease".

It also said that for many figuring out how to get this much soy in the diet is a challenge.

Fortunately, soy foods are becoming more widely available and versatile, so the choices extend far beyond the traditional tofu and soy milk.

For example, a simple substitution of soy flour for up to 30 percent of all-purpose 5 flour, is an easy way to sneak in soy.

Soy protein isolate, a powdered form of soy, can be added to a smoothie, sprinkled over cereal or mixed in a casserole dish.

Even easier are the vegetable burgers, energy bars, breakfast cereals and snack foods made from soy. These require essentially no effort and are especially good for those who are wary of eating soy straight.

  42. Nowadays, the world has some decisions about sources for future energy.
The increase in population and increasing demand present a problem. The cost of conventional non-renewable energy sources is on the rise.
Oil, gas, water, coal, and other natural resources have a limit to their supply.
Due to the shortage of resources and decreased output, the cost of these energy sources has increased rapidly over the years.

But, did we know that how long will it take before all of these resources are exhausted? The truth is that we really do not know. Experts say that 50% of the world's supply of available oil has been exhausted. Every day the demand is increasing and it could take mere decades to exhaust the supply of crude petroleum.

Another way that we can cope with the energy situation is by utilizing renewable energy sources. Solar and wind power systems are becoming ever more available. These power solutions are feasible, cost effective and environmentally friendly.
In addition, you can save on your power bill and help contribute towards a better future for our world.

  43. Kissing off caffeine
I made my way through my half-pot of half-caffeinated coffee one cup at a time. I spaced out the coffee like it was tequila, alternating big glasses of water with the good stuff. I took time to get up, walk around, stretch. I tried my best to think positively with kind reminders to myself about how good I am being to my body, what a good job I am doing of taking care of myself.

But I'll be honest, this whole thing bites it. Big time.

I had moments all day when I felt OK, when I was distracted by work or a phone call. Those moments quickly melted into feeling like a thousand pound weight was resting on the bridge of my nose or someone was pulling my brains out slowly through one of my ears.

Dramatic? Yes. But this is one of the side effects of caffeine leaving the body -- drama. The other is crabbiness. One more is an inability to focus on work, my mother, and small children, which is tough since those are three of the major components in my life. Oh yeah, and let's not forget looking like death.

While I was not concentrating on a conference call, I glanced over at a mirror hanging near my desk. I saw myself, eyes at half mast and mussed hair and a look of pitiful surrender on my face. If I had more caffeine in my system, I might have been startled. Instead, I was just too tired and felt too awful to care that I looked so tired and awful.

So I did what I do when the mirror mocks myvaliant efforts to be healthy and I closed up my laptop and took a nap. Please know that knocking off midday, even for lunch, is a rarity for me. So taking time to gobble a sandwich and gulp water, then fall into my bed for an hour is a big, big deal. Seriously, though, I felt that I could not go on another minute.

I woke up to my cell phone alarm feeling no better than I did when I fell asleep. Apparently, my body was that tired from the work of not consuming so dang much false fuel. Plus, my nap hair and wrinkled clothes seem to call even more attention to the bags under my eyes. If it was possible, I looked even worse than death after my supposed rest.

The good thing is, it was time for my final shot of half-caf for the day.

That got me through the last hour of work and picking up my son at preschool. I somehow scraped through dinner and his bedtime. I'd like to say I went to bed early, but I didn't. I'd like to report in that I put on extra eye cream and took a bath to ease the blegh-ness, but I didn't do those things either. Instead, I put a plea up on Facebook to all of my friends to kindly stop commenting on my decaffeinating status update about how much it sucks to give up coffee. Why do people have to do that?

Please, I begged them virtually, no more of your horror stories. Only positive vibes. Only cheers and regaling of what a cinch Day 3 is.

I got some words of encouragement back, which was just enough boost to get my awful-looking, tired feeling to bed. Only two thoughts made it through my weary brain before I fell sound asleep: I cannot wait to get that coffee pot cranking in the morning. And tomorrow, this better be a whole lot better.

And if it isn't, I hope at least I look like it is.

Cafffein is not good for our healthy. However many student like to drink coffee in order to finish their homework at night.
