  1. TREATMENT FOR DRY HAIR:

    Silky, shiny hair is a sign of good health. But everybody is not blessed with healthy hair. Every person has a different hair type such as normal, oily or dry. Very few people have normal hair type. Oily hair tend to become sticky quickly. Dry hair can be identified by their rough and dull appearance. They look lifeless with frizziness and split ends. They are difficult to brush or comb. They are susceptible to damage, tangles and breakage.

    Causes of Dry Hair
    The main cause of dry hair is a lack of moisture. Moisture is required to maintain hair’s normal texture and sheen. When the cuticle becomes highly weathered and porous, the cortex is not able to retain water. It makes the hair dry and rough. Some common causes of dry hair are environmental damage due to heat, sun rays and outside chemicals, chemical damage due to bleach, color or perms and mechanical damage by curling irons, blow-drying or hot rollers. Overuse of heat-styling equipments, harsh weather conditions, excessive use of shampoos and conditioners containing harsh chemicals and misuse of perms or color are also responsible for making the hair dry. Besides this, some people are born with dry hair. Each factor reduces the moisture content of hair, due to which hair loses its bounce, elasticity and suppleness. Dryness may also result from sebum deficiency on the hair surface because of absence or decrease in sebaceous gland secretions. Dry hair can be a symptom of certain metabolic disorders such as Menkes kinky hair syndrome and hypothyroidism.

    If you have dry hair, then you should be very watchful about the hair care. You immediately need to seek the treatment for dry hair; else they will get damaged and break easily. You may also suffer from severe hair loss. Here are some effective solutions to treat your dry hair.
    Don’t more frequently wash you hair. Most people tend to wash hair too frequently and apply shampoos and conditioners. Most shampoos and hair cleaning products consist of harsh chemicals. These chemicals reduce the moisture content of your hair and make them dry.
    You should use the hair care products that are free from chemicals. Shampoos and conditioners containing humectants are recommended. Humectants attract moisture to the hair and keep them moist. Generally, these products contain proteins, which strengthen the hair. Low pH shampoos are excellent for the hair, as they don’t make the cuticles to lift.
    Heat is very harmful for dry hair. If you have to spend a lot of time in sunlight, then use a good hair sunscreen. While going outdoor or traveling, protect your hair with a hat or headscarf. Dry your hair naturally whenever possible. Avoid using blow-dryer or hair dryer as much as possible.
    Avoid use of shampoo for every washing. Instead, rinse them with water only. Don’t use mousse, but use a thickening lotion.
    Brush your hair frequently using a bristle brush, so that the natural oil spreads in the hair shafts.
    You can apply a spray-on shine-conditioning product for a short-term use. It offers instant sheen and a healthy-looking appearance.
    Chemical treatments such as coloring, perming or relaxing make the hair dry and rough. Hence, try to avoid these treatments on your hair.
    Proper nutrition is very essential for the health of hair. Drink plenty of water everyday, which helps retain the moisture in your hair. Have a balanced and healthy diet, containing abundant proteins and essential fatty acids.
    Home Remedies for Dry Hair

    You can use some homemade remedies to treat your dry hair. Add two tablespoons of gram flour to a cup of coconut milk and apply it on your scalp and hair. Massage gently and leave for about five minutes. Then rinse the hair.

    Mix an egg in a cupful of skimmed milk. Apply this mixture into the scalp. Leave it for about 5 minutes. Then thoroughly wash your hair.

    Hair massage with olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oil, castor oil or lavender oil is beneficial for hair and scalp. Massage your scalp with any or combination of these oils. It provides essential oils and moisture to your hair as well as improves blood circulation.

    As we all know, constipation is not a good thing. Besides the uncomfortable, sick feeling there are other things going on. Transit time slows down and some of the toxins and poisons dumped into the digestive system begin to recalculate.

    Drinking water is the most important drink you can consume for good health. With this being the case, we suggest that need drink one quart of water for every 50 pounds of weight. So if you
    weighed 150 pounds, you would need to drink 3 quarts of water.

    I think that drinking water is very important. We need to drink enough water every day. Our body will feel very uncomfortable, sick feeling and also the toxins and poisons dumped into the digestive system begin to recalculate.

    Increasing your memory can be something that may be difficult. Maybe you feel like you are just too young to even think about an increase memory. The three things to remember are imagination, association and location. These three things are a huge basis in increasing your memory; they will come in handy when working hard on getting your memory back up to speed. Although this may seem a bit off base, when you put all three together they work wonders to increase memory.

    Imagination is what can be used to strengthen your creative side. Being creative is something that is very important to your brain; creative skills will improve your memory by encouraging you to use different part of your brain. Imagination helps you to imagine and picture what you are remembering; therefore you can actually see it and remember it more effectively. Association is used to link things together.

    This is important in remembering the names of things; you find an association between your creative thought and the name. Location might seem awkward mixed with these other two but, it is just as important as them. After you create your image and then link it together with its name you must locate them. Location helps you to place what you are remembering in a correct place in your brain. We often place the link and the image in two separate places. While throwing location into the mix you can roll it all together.

    An increase in memory can be difficult but with this technique it can be as easy as pie. Remembering to use all three of these different tactics as one is what will ensure your success. It all comes down to the base, focus on the base of your technique and go from there. As long as you remember the three keys, success is only a memory away.

    Memory is very important to us because it can help us to remember the thing we want to remember. When we have a good memory, we can easy to learn everything very fast. So I hope this article can help everyone increase your memory.

    Well ever thought of using how IM works or what actually IM does for you besides chat? Well IM or more known as Instant Messenger started of during the middle of 1960.During that time IM was actually in CLI (command line interface).Which means that is a big difference between today's IM(which is heavily use on GUI) and the first IM.
    IM was all blank and white that time.With no graphics interface.It is only set to communicate with two machines only at one time.Seeing this potential developers like (AOL) America Online Line started to invest on this IM and eventually come up with ICQ.     Buy one 20-inch square pillow without the ruffles. Buy another 20-inch time's 10-inch pillow without the ruffles also. You will need, thread (10) and 250 yards of white balls, as well as (10) crochet hook made of steel, and 45 inches wide of snow-colored fabrics. (Nine Yards) Add some snow-colored thread and purchase your filling. You are about to make 9 inch squares on a gauge to create six rose (or choice flower) motifs.

    How to start:
    Create eight chain stitches at the start and work them into a slipstitch. You will form a small band, which you will continue to create a chain stitch and around 24 single crochets forming at the bands and moving to the beginning single crochet. Stitch another seven chains, work it into a slipstitch in the middle of your stitches, and continue to the following petal. Chain seven stitches to the slipstitch following and move to the beginning two rose petals. Repeat your steps and work around your slipstitch, working to the beginning baseline of your chain.

    Slipstitch again and work toward the middle of the stitches, working another seven chain loops into another seven and slipstitch it into the middle stitches, continue to the following seven chain loops and repeat the steps working around your slipstitch at the beginning base chain. Work up to seven single crochets into the seven chains loops and work around your slipstitch, working to the single you started.

    Chain stitch and work into a single crochet, working it into the seven singles and the three chains, and into the slipstitch in your third chain away from your hook. You have created a decorative loop, which you will create twice by finishing the instructions. Single crochet until you reach the following fourteen singles and repeat working around the slipstitch you created at the first single.

    Chain twenty stitches skip through seven singles and two decorative loops, six singles, and the slipstitch that works into your following single, skipping up to six times and slipstitch working to the initial single. Single crochet, working into the following stitches of your decorative loops and do this four times before you reach the single crochet in the following five stitches. Repeat the steps and work about the slipstitch, working to the first single. Tighten and then start your large leaf.

They didn't care whether there is money left in the pocket. They would spend all their money on those related to beauty as long as they think it will make them more or preserve their beauty. I think this is a very serious sickness that having in our society which are getting worst. Due to overspending, they will just have to cut down money on food, which cause a lot of side effect like gastric, lack of protein. In fact, some people even spend money to conduct plastic surgery on any part on their body which they think not perfect. Although technology in the field of plastic surgery has improved a lot, but still cannot deny that they are still risk on having surgery. For example, article that I had read before, patients bring cases to court which due to they didn't get effect of what they want or having many side effect which cause having risk in their healthy after surgery. All this cases happened everyday actually if we pay attention on what news. The main contrast is why they are still so many people look for faster way to get beauty despite causing them pain. I believe that this sickness should be correct while they are not too late. There is say in Chinese, in this world there are no ugly people but got lazy people, which means if u pay more attention on our dietary, having healthy lifestyle and exercise. When a giant squid comes across a big whale, using its long arms it squeezes the whale and beats it using its tentacles. If the whale escapes in the end, it would have scars on its body.

    Do you know squid do not have external shells? The size of the different varieties of squids varies. The size ranges from less than an inch to over sixty feet. When a squid is disturbed or preyed upon, it has the ability to change colors. They also change color to catch their prey for food.

    I'm into his books since i was in secondary school..
    The first book that i read was the Salem's Lot..
    But above all of his masterpieces,my favourite was The Bag Of Bones..

    When looking for signs of how to understand your cat, it may take a while to learn how to read its different actions and reactions. The process of learning to understand your cat cannot be rushed. Watch its reactions and take note of any new habits.

    Make sure to always give your cat plenty of attention and love, and you’ll notice that before long, you and your cat will start understanding each other.

Hydrogen is combined with CO2 (absorbed from air or water) to form glucose and release oxygen. All living cells use such fuels and oxidize the hydrogen and carbon to capture the sun's energy and reform water and CO2 in the process (cellular respiration).
    But it is estimated by the observers that the world might have water crisis by 2025.If it really happen,it will effect human race.So,save every drop of water that you can.

  15. I would like to share the methods to reduce dandruff.

    Step 1 - pour a pint of beer or lager in to a wide bowl and let it rest for over night. doing this all the alcohol and fizz will evaporated and only the fine residue of malt is left.

    Step 2 - wash your hair with a regular of anti-dandruff shampoo and squeeze out the water from your hair. now rinse your hair and scalp with the flat beer and let it stay in your hair for 5 minutes.

    2.Keep your promises: I am not only talking about the promises you give to others but I also mean the promises you give to yourself. “I will never smoke again” or “I will never allow this to happen to me again” are examples of promises you might have given to yourself.     3.Ask but never beg: Search for a job, tell someone that you love him/her and ask people for help but never beg anyone. If someone rejected you, ignored you or didn’t respect you then you should never beg him. With each time you will beg that person you will be losing respect towards yourself.     4.Don’t escape : Are you brave? I don’t mean the kind of braveness needed to fight someone who bullies you but what I mean is the kind of braveness that lets you face your problems, fight for your dreams and never give up before you are satisfied with your life. How many problems are bothering you now? How many things do you wish to change? Are you fighting to change them or are you giving them your back? Become brave and your will gain self respect.   18. I've read an article about on how to focus. Do you know that there are five levels of mental focus based on the time frame:

    Lifetime
    Yearly
    Weekly
    Daily
    Currently

    If you want to succeed, you should be focused at all five levels. Lacking focus at any of them will decrease the performance of the rest. In addition, you should also be careful not to be obsessed. The art of maintaining the balance without falling to the lacking focus or being obsessed states is an art that will take time to master.

  19. Everybody love games, and so do i. There are many types of games,I've read an article that say by playing games,it helps exercising for our brain. Here are some tips for us while playing games rather than we are wasting our time for something that did not give any benefit.

    1.Set aside time to play
    Though not everyday, you need to allocate time to play. This is not just playing anyway; this is time investment to sharpen your mind.

    2.Start with a game you are familiar with
    If you found it difficult to understand how to play a game, you might not be motivated to play. So start with the games you are familiar with. This way you can soon train your brain without being distracted by the game rules.

    3.Choose a new game later
    After you have played a game quite often, you should try a new game. It gives your brain a different kind of training that enriches it.

    4.Increase the level of difficulty
    Just like you should increase the weight you use in weight training to build your muscles, you should also increase the difficulty of the games you play to build your brain muscles. This way you stretch your mind beyond its current boundary.

    One of the important issues that parents need to address while their kids are growing up is how to develop their kids self-esteem. Self-esteem refers to the degree by which we respect and love ourselves for who we are.

    Although it can be developed during any period of our life, the foundation of self-esteem is often built during the growing up years when the ego is still in the process of development.

    Many scientists and experts in psychology believe that self-esteem is a matter of chance. There are babies who are born with high self-esteem and there are others who need further development. Some even say that parents who have high self-esteem will most likely produce babies who also have high self-esteem.

    But whether it is a matter of genes or personality lottery, no one can say for sure. Although there are evidences that point out to a genetic link, nothing has ever been proven yet.

    In my opinion, being able to do the things that we love can help in building our self-esteem. When we love what we do, we become enthusiastic and we do our best. This leads to remarkable achievements and accomplishments, which will then increase our self-esteem.

    1)Square Knot: Use a square scarf, and then fold into a triangle. Flip one end over the other. Take the upper end of the scarf around and behind the other. Pull through and tighten into a knot. This can be worn front, back, or side.

    2)Hacking Knot: Using an oblong scarf, fold it lengthwise in half. Drape it around your neck, and then pull the ends through the loop and tighten. This can be used on colder days, use with a sweater or coat. This style can give an elongating and slimming look.

    3)Ascot: Fold a square silk scarf on the bias. Place around your neck then flip the ends over each other. You can either leave the ends out or tuck them into a V-neck shirt or sweater. This style can give you a regal look especially if worn with a blazer.

    4)Neckerchief: Fold a small square silk scarf on the bias, and then wrap it around your neck. Tie the ends in a knot. You can wear this style with a V-neck sweater, a blouse with collar with two upper buttons opened, or a round neck blouse giving them a sportier look.

    5)Wrap: Place an oversize square or oblong around your shoulders or just below. Throw one end over a shoulder or flip the ends over each other. This can give you a sophisticated look. You can wear this on top of a turtleneck shirt or wear it with a nice dress like a shawl.

    Venus was jealous of beauty of Psyche, and ordered Cupid to punish her. But instead, Cupid fell deeply love with Psyche and took her as his wife. As a mortal, Psyche was forbidden to look at Cupid.

    One day, Psyche's sister was persuaded her to look at Cupid. As soon as she looked at Cupid, Cupid was leaving her and their castle also vanished.

    Then, Psyche went to the temple of Venus wishing to destroy her. The goddess of love gave Psyche a series of tasks. For her last task, she was given a little box and to the underworld to get the beauty of Proserpine, the wife of Pluto into the box. She was warned not to open the box. But, she had opened the box.

    Cupid found Psyche deadly slumber. He gathered the deadly sleep from her body and put it back into the box. Cupid forgave her, as did Venus.

    Trouble passes. What has caused you to burst into tears will soon be forgotten. You may remember that you cried but not why you did so! As we grow up and go through life, we are often surprised at how we lie awake at night brooding over something that has upset us during the day, or how we nurse resentment against someone by letting the same thoughts run through our minds concerning how we have our own back. We may fall into rage at the spur of the moment over something, and later wonder what it was we were so angry about, and be surprised to realise what a waste of time and energy it had all been. We have deliberately gone on being unhappy when we could have stopped being so and started thinking about something else more wholesome.
    Whatever our troubles are, and however aggrieved, we may feel, time will heal our wounds. But surely there must be something we can do to prevent ourselves from being hurt in the first place. Why should we allow others or troubles to drain away our energy and make us unhappy? The answer is that they do not. It is we who make ourselves unhappy.
    This is completely wrong attitude to adopt. The solution could be found in achieving freedom from our selfish desires by eradicating all forms of confusion and ignorance.(Living)
