Celebrate yourself on International Women’s Day
    http://clovetwo.com/articles/story.asp?file=/2009/3/5/reallives/20090305112952&sec=reallives

Several days ago on March 8, it was a remarkable and meaningful day for women and ladies as it is the International Women's Day. A privileged day that is given to women and ladies. I believe that most of the ladies will have an enjoyable day. Some will go for shopping and other will treat themselves with a feast. I have to admit that being a woman is better than man. There are a lot of privileges given to ladies. They will get special discount on ladies night and they will be given priority compared to man as they will have the chance to do thing first (the word "ladies first" already described it)) if I are to point out a few. However, they deserved to have these privileges because they bear more responsibility than men.

    Salute to the Women!!!

Don't be over confident in yourself as it will eat you from the inside. This is because if you are over confident you will stop on what have achieve now and refuse or lazy to work harder. In addition,it can also make oneself too arrogant and think that he or she is on top of the world.I deeply believe that no one is always on top of the world if you don't make yourself better.Everyone got the chance to be winner if they humble in what they are doing and try harder.Practise make perfect. No pain no gain.No hard work no success. So don't look down on yourself.Every person will be succeeded if they willing to put effort on what they are doing.

Through an article states that listen to music can calm you down. But you have to choose the appropriate music. Not too loud, not too slow and not too sentimental.Choose some songs that smooth, nice, and meaningful. As this can help you revel in the song and calm your mind.Better sing it loud if the lyrics related your present mood as this can help you release your tension on what you have been faced.Don't control yourself when listen to the music you like and try to put yourself into the music and dance if can. This is really help as nowadays music is the first and safest entertainment in human life.No music make our life bored. But try not addicted in music as this can make you fantasy in the music industry and day dreaming.Hence, make it balance in your life and try not too dependent on music as human being need to face the reality in life although not willing to do so.Be optimistic and patient.Your life can be beautiful.

    A Star Inside an Apple

I don’t know whether you all have heard this story before or not, but I want to share it with all of you....

One day, the grandchild came back from his school and claimed that he saw a star inside an apple. He immediately told this news to his grandfather.... At first, his grandpa doesn’t believe it. Therefore, the grandchild asks for an apple and a knife. The child put the apple horizontally on the table and wants to cut it off. At that time, his grandpa stops him from doing that. He insisted that apple should put vertically to let it stable and then cut off. The child started to begs his grandpa for letting him cutting the apple with his own ways. After a while, the grandpa agreed to him. As he cut off the apple, the 5 seeds insides the apple arranged itself just look like a star. The grandpa stun by this moment......

I sure all of you must have eaten a lot of apples, but, have you ever seen the star inside it??? If you are just like the grandpa in the story, it’s time for you to make a change. The grandpa in the story above is just a reflection of us. We used to pick up a habit and then treated it as the only way to done the things. Therefore, we must learn how to accept the changes in order to lead a better life in future.....

I sure all of you must have learnt the word “FAMILY” since we are small. Have you ever thought that, “FAMILY” is actually a simplest short form that not everyone can say it loudly? The hidden meaning behind the word is “father and mother, I love you”.

When we grown up, family is the person who are closest to us. They are the one who accompany us during our growing lifetime. They are always stay by our sides no matter what had happened..... They know what we want and what we need. They also had tried their best to give us everything.... Although what they gave might not be the best one, but at least, they had tried their best. We should be contented to what we have. It is because we are so lucky to have them by our sides. They are the sources of courage for us to face the challenge of daily life!!!!!!

Have you ever felt that :
    Days are too busy
    Hours are too few
    Seconds are too fast
Until don’t have time to keep in touch with ours “old friends”.......

In fact, you will make different friends in different age. And I also believed that all of you have the most friends during your primary school. As you have grown up, you will discover that your friends that stay your sides became less and less. Why this happening??? Maybe it is due to the changes of yourself and the environment. We also became not as innocent as we are small and have different points of view about something. Thus, we started to choose friends that have similar characteristics and personalities to us only as friends.

At last, I hoped the friendship will like a circle, which has not beginning and no end. Let it be a circle that can go on and on for a lifetime......

Recently I have read a newspaper article about Earth Hour 2009 that falls on 28th March 2009. Malaysia is one of the countries taking part in this Mother Earth saving day in which participant countries and companies will turn off unnecessary lights for one hour on that day from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. Kuala Lumpur tower will be also turning off its light on that particular day in hope that we can save more energy and create less pollution on Earth. Our government also urged we, Malaysian to take part in this activity that we may turn off all our lights at home for one hour as a symbol of saving the Mother Earth.
I think that we should not apply this on that particular day only but in our daily life. We should avoid wasting energy and minimized the use of energy in our daily life. Everyone must instill in their heart the attitude of loving the Mother Earth and everyone of us plays an important role in saving our Mother Earth. Let us start from today if we have not before, protect our Mother Earth from further deteriorate and continue to fall sick.

    the exorcism of emily rose....
actually,it is a film about a haunting trial of a priest accused of negligence resulting in death of a youg girl beleived to be possesed... im not trying to review the story here because ive never watch this film...im interested to know more because this film was inspired by a true story...here's what i got...

the real Emily Rose, Analiese Michel who was born in Bavaria,Germany on September 21, 1952. At the age of 17,she told that she started to hear voices and started to see demonic spirits...she started to act weird such as she ate flies and spiders, beat the head off a dead bird and some other things...after a long time of being posessed, her parents can take it anymore and ask the priest to perform exorcism(rituals performed to chase away the spirits)...during the exorcism she refused to eat and drink...she forced herself to fast because she believed that it would rid her of Satan's influence...after 67 rites of exorcism, she no longer wanted to continue the exorcism and decided to remain possesed...she also predicted the time the time of her own death...she died at the exact day she predicted and her last words to her mother was "Mother, I'm afraid."

i dont know wether im going to believe her or not..but it was very miserable the way they picture her...
im very sorry for her and i couldnt imagine how she get through life for seven years believed being possesed...and im grateful being normal and "God, please protect me from such things...amin"

in the film, they use they real voice of Analiese Michel during the exorcism rituals...and because of that im scared to watch the film..hehe..

  11. I had read about articles about main keys to success.
Although many people think that success can be accomplished easily, they are wrong. It takes time, sweat and money to get to the top. One of the basic things you have to do is to make a plan and to follow certain guidelines which are your keys to success.
You have to have a goal.
They say that people who succeed are successful because they have a goal. In order to make it, you have to set a goal and give everything to accomplish it.

You have to have a plan
Many people do things here and there, without a certain plan. Believe me, it's better to write things down and then do them respectively, one by one. The results are much better.

You have to have a set budget
In order to start, you have to have a set budget. Set a proper budget, not to high but not too low. Don't go over it and spend more than you planned.

You have to have targetted traffic
When you finish building your site, you're expecting visitors to come, right? Of course. That's why you need to promote your site. There are many ways of promotion – paid and free. They are presented in other parts of our site.

    You have to be determined
Be determined in what you do. Don't give up. You have to give your last atom of energy and you shall succeed.

  12. I read an article about three challenges in our lives.
Three things most people are having problem with are relationship, health and money.Hardly to find someone who has none of the problems unless the person is mentally challenged.
All you need to do is learn to be happy regardless of the challenges you are facing right now. They are only two choices. One is to learn to face it and the other is to remain unhappy for the rest of your life. You need to make the choice.
In order to survive, we need to find the slightest reason to start to be happy. By constantly reminding yourself about your worthiness and be happy at every opportunity available, you will find yourself more product and positive and eventually more confident and able to focus more. Your life will start to improve and you will find that those challenges are no longer a concern anymore.
You will learn how to deal with them better. They won't just go away. Just that you know how to deal with them and not be badly affected by them.
If you have 3 challenges, you are normal. You can still be happy!

  13. I realized lately there were a trend of making zombie movies in the movie industry lately. Well, what make this movies becoming a box office in the movies nowadays? Well, with the increasing threat of viral infections around us lately, what depicted in the movies could happen in the real world too. As of now, governments around the world could be conducting experiments on viral and diseases, and if out of control, it could produce an outbreak and infect the human population. What makes us so fascinate of this situation, i guess humans were paranoid...

Just like before I'd like to post about the funny story. For this entry i have read about university student.the story is.....

One night Jack Evans, along with his 3 university friends went out drinking till late night, as many college students are prone to do, and didn't study for their test, which, of course, was scheduled for the next day.
In the morning they thought of a plan. They made themselves look as dirty and weird as they could with grease and dirt.
They went up to the dean and explained that they had gone out to a wedding last night and on their return the tire of their car burst. They continued to explain how they had to push the car all the way back and that they were in no condition to appear for the test.
The dean, being a compassionate human being said that they could take the test after 3 days. The students graciously replied that they'd be ready by that time.
On the third day, they appeared before the dean. The dean explained that since this was a special test all four were required to sit in separate classrooms for the duration of the exam.
They all agreed as they had prepared well in the last three days. The test consisted of 5 questions with total of 100 points:
    MID SEMESTER COURSEWORK EXAMINATION
    INSTRUCTIONS :
All questions are required. Any inconsistencies on any of the questions among the four students will result in all the candidates getting a zero mark.
Q.1. Write down your name. ----- (2 POINTS)
Q.2. Write the name of the bride and bridegroom at the wedding you attended. ----- (30 POINTS)
Q.3. What type of a car were you driving? ------(20 POINTS)
    Q.4. Which tire burst? ------- (28 POINTS)
    Q.5. Who was driving? ------ (20 POINTS)

Test 2 is just around the corner. So many test we must face. Just imagine if our dean do the same with the above situation in our university. What will you feel?hehehe..
But i'm really sure its not possible to be happen..So,to our friends there,I hope you will do the best on becoming test.Good Luck!!!

  15. What is kidnapping???According to the National Crime Information Center:

As of December 20, 2007, there were 105,229 active missing person records in NCIC. Juveniles under the age of 18 accounted for 54,648 (51.93%) of the records, and 12,362 (11.75%) were for juveniles between the ages of 18 and 20. During 2007, 814,967 missing person records were entered into the 836,131 records entered in 2006. Missing person records cleared or cancelled during the same period totaled 820,212. Reasons for these removals include: the subject was located by a law enforcement agency; the individual returned home; or the record had to be removed by the entering agency due to a determination that the record was invalid. In 2007, there were 518 records entered as Abducted by a Stranger; 299,787 entered as Runaway; and 2,919 entered as Abducted by Non-Custodial Parent. This only accounts for 303,224 entries of the 418,967 entered, or 72.4%, which is an increase from 297,632 entries of the 836,131 entered, or 35.6%, in 2006. The Missing Person Circumstances field is optional and has been available since July 1999 when the NCIC 2000 came on-line. This is not an accurate reflection of the actual circumstances of all the entries.[1]

It is inconclusive at this point as to whether these disappearances were kidnappings for money or for other motives, but around 28% of the 814,967 entries could be kidnappings.

Following the highly publicized 1932 Lindbergh kidnapping, Congress authorized the FBI to investigate kidnapping at a time when the Bureau was expanding in size and authority. The fact that a kidnapped victim may have been taken across state lines brings the crime within the ambit of federal criminal law. The Bureau made kidnap for ransom a special priority, and continues to do so today. It pursues kidnap cases ferociously; agents who have rescued kidnap victims have been known to describe these rescues as personal high points of their careers.

There are several deterrents to kidnapping in the United States of America. Among these are:

    1. The extreme logistical challenges involved in successfully exchanging the money for the victim without being apprehended or surveiled.
    2. Harsh punishment. Convicted kidnappers can expect to face lengthy prison terms. If a victim is brought across state lines, federal charges can be brought as well.
    3. Good cooperation and information sharing between law enforcement agencies, and tools for spreading information to the public (such as the AMBER Alert system.)

The harsh sentences imposed and the poor risk-to-benefit ratio compared with other crimes have caused kidnap for profit virtually to die out in the United States. One notorious failed example of kidnap for ransom was the Chowchilla bus kidnapping, in which 26 children were abducted with the intention of bringing in a $5 million ransom.[2] Kidnappings for profit that do occur in or into the United States today are often connected to other ongoing criminal activity, such as human trafficking.

Kidnapping can also take place in the context of deprogramming, a now rare practice used to convince someone to give up his or her commitment to a new religious movement, called a cult or sect by critics, that the subject's family members consider harmful, prompting their hiring of a deprogrammer.

Stockholm syndrome is a term used to describe the relationship a hostage can build with their kidnapper.

According to a 2003 Domestic Violence Report in Colorado, out of a survey of 189 incidents, most people (usually white females) are taken from their homes or residence by a present or former spouse or significant other. They are usually taken by force, not by weapon, and usually the victims are not injured when they are freed.

    Hello...
Laptop Cooling Accessories: Stuff You Can Add On
Even if your laptop's cooling system is working as efficiently as possible, you can still do more. The strange fact is, when you use a laptop on your lap, you're just asking for it to overheat. Any soft surface impedes airflow into and out of the cooling vents. It also can cause heat to get caught underneath the unit. This is how people's laps get burnt.

However, heat buildup can even happen when the laptop sits directly on a desk.

There are a few different approaches to avoiding this type of heat trap. One is the laptop stand, which puts some distance between the bottom of the laptop and the surface you're using it on. It basically creates a space where heat can dissipate. A stand is usually some type of flat, thin surface with short legs, and you can lay it across your lap or on a desk. With an inch or two of air underneath the laptop, heat can escape easily, and airflow through the vents is totally open.

Sometimes, a stand might be made of a special material like aluminum that acts as a heat sink. This device would actively draw heat out of the laptop to further aid in cooling.

Another way to go is a laptop pad or mat. In this approach, like with the aluminum heat sink, you're putting the device on an actively heat-managing surface. This might mean an insulating mat that traps the heat coming out of the laptop to protect your lap. It could also mean a thick pad with fans built in to actively draw out and dissipate heat.

While you can buy one of these cooling tools in any electronics store or from dozens of retailers online, you might have something in your home right now you can use. A little slatted camping table can work as a laptop stand. So can a large baking rack (that you use to cool cookies on).

One thing to remember is that the heat characteristics of your laptop are always changing, depending on age, environment and power usage. So even if you get yourself the perfect cooling setup, you might want to install some sort of heat-monitoring software. It'll help you be more aware of your laptop's fluctuating temperatures and learn how different situations can increase the heat.
Now,we know how to make our laptop more long-lasting and in the good conditions.

Recently, I had read an article about the headaches. Headaches are one of the most common pain-related health problems in both children and adults. The most common types of headaches usually are not serious but may occur again and again. Tension headaches are the most common type of headache and are often caused by stress and emotional strain. Most adults have tension headaches from time to time. Common causes of headaches include:
Alcohol, caffeine, or other drug use, coughing or sneezing, dehydration, dental problems or procedures, such as pain from grinding the teeth or from a root canal, eating or drinking cold foods and fluids, emotional stress and also medicines. Many medicines can cause headaches.
Most of the time headaches get better or go away with home treatment and do not require a visit to a doctor. Home treatment for headaches can often help reduce the severity of pain and the length of time the pain is present. Home treatment may also relieve other symptoms, such as fever, nausea or vomiting, anxiety, or muscle aches.
    Prevention
Eat regularly. Do not skip meals. Choose nutritious foods; do not fill up on salty foods or carbonated beverages.
Keep a regular sleep schedule. Set a bedtime and time to get up, and stick to them, even on weekends. This will help your body get used to a regular sleep time. Avoid oversleeping.
Exercise regularly. Walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, or even dancing or gardening are great ways to relieve stress.
Try massage which can reduce muscle tension, especially in your neck and shoulder muscles. Muscle tension can cause headaches or make them worse.
So, I hope this information could help all of you to know how to prevent this ailment.

    Commitment and Premarital Sex
    http://in.rediff.com/getahead/2005/mar/23youth.htm

What is your view on premarital sex? What are your feelings about commitment from your partner?

Most lovers engage in premarital sex either for the fun of it or because they believe an eventual commitment from the opposite sex will come through, mainly from the guys.

I admit, guys are afraid to commit. For one reason, he will now have to share all his resources and his years of hard work with another person. He also has to make sacrifices in the future in the form of extra hours of work and limited freedom to do what he used to do before. As for the female partner, she has to find a suitable partner who will be able to care for her, provide a secure and stable future for her and her offspring. So there is a level of sacrifice and expectancy from each partner.

The female partner is normally quite sure of her choice once it is made, its up to the guy to make the commitment, which normally does not come through so easily. The only trump card a female can hold is not giving her body to him until marriage. Once it is given before marriage, her chances are slimmer for a commitment from him.

So do you want your relationship to last or not? Talk to your partner about abstinence until you both tie the knot.

  21. How to be an optimistic person
    Step1
First, you have to consider the fact that even many optimists have had to put some work into how they think to have the attitude that they have. It may look easy on the surface, but in many cases changing your outlook on life is a process and takes effort. The rewards of doing that however are worth it.

    Step2
Take a look at what you're putting into your mind. The root of pessimism is negative thinking. This is developed through everything from being around a lot of other negative people (association) or from surrounding yourself with too much negative information. I literally know people who watch the news to the extent they think everything going on in the world is bad. Though bad news "sells" from a business standpoint in the media, it's not a true reflection of reality.

    Step3
Watching what you say will impact your expectations. Ever know people to say "What else can go wrong?" and then something else goes wrong? Where you put your focus is where your life seems to follow. If you focus on the good and the solutions in your life, over time it will overtake the bad and the problems. It doesn't mean your life will become perfect, but you'll be able to bounce back faster from problems and navigate life more easily.

Life is short,we should have spirit of optimistic.Don’t worry,be happy!

I have read one article about positive thinking. I just get an idea to read about it because of I’m also in stress now. There is many works that I have to do. It’s really making me so uncomfortable to study.
It's important to get a handle on mood swings or energy shifts if you want to maintain your work life balance and be successful in study. According to psychologist and researcher Martin Seligman, some folks appear to be hardwired to respond optimistically and hopefully to work life balance upset and life's ups and downs. Others are wired for opposite responses. Fortunately, you do not have to settle for the wiring you were born with. With practice you can improve your resilience and your hopefulness by acquiring solid positive thinking skills.
There’s some advice that I get from that article and I would like to share with others. The first hurdle to get over is the belief that you already need to be different in order to succeed. You don't. You are the way you are and you can start from here, overwhelmed, worried, anxious, whatever. Don't fall into your story about how you feel, but take a stand for what you intend to accomplish to restore your work life balance and where you plan to go. You do not need to feel better before you try these practices -- do them now. Another caveat: Do not interpret your progress in the short term -- measuring increase in strength and endurance after a single workout would be silly.

  24. Fun with Dick and Jane is a 2005 comedy film, and remake of the 1977 film of the same name. The story revolves around an upper-middle class couple, Dick and Jane Harper, who turn to robbery after Dick's company goes bankrupt and they run out of money. It stars Jim Carrey and Téa Leoni in the title roles. It was released on December 21, 2005 by Columbia Pictures.

The year is 2000, and we are introduced to the Harper family. The family members are Dick Harper, who works for a company in Los Angeles called Globodyne. Jane Harper works at a local travel agency and is often stressed at work. They have a son named Billy, who speaks mostly Spanish, as he is good friends with the family's young Hispanic housekeeper, Blanca. They also have a dog, who liked to bark until he was fitted with a shock collar. Dick is 'promoted' to Vice-President of Communications by company CEO Jack McCallister and company CFO Frank Bascombe. He is also asked to appear on the show Money Life, where host Sam Samuels and then independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader dub him and all the company's employees as "perverters of the American dream" and claim that Globodyne helps the super rich get even wealthier. As they speak, the company's stock goes into a free-fall and is soon worthless, along with all the employees' pensions, which are in Globodyne's stock.

Dick arrives home to find an excited Jane, who informs him that she took his advice and quit her job in order to spend more time with Billy. Dick has to break the news over dinner, instantly alarming Jane. Dick tries to think positively, and tries for a few months to get a Vice Presidency at other corporations. After getting no job anywhere, Jane reveals that they'll end up declaring bankruptcy in couple of months due to having everything in Globodyne stock.

Dick still tries to look on the bright side; stating that their house is worth $600,000. Jane then informs him that, since the fall of Globodyne, the local property market crashed, and that if they were to sell their house, they would owe the bank $150,000. After coming to terms with the prospect of being poor, Dick applies for low paying, dead-end jobs. After being fired from all local businesses, (with Dick being mistakenly deported to the Mexican border because of his slurring from getting punched in the mouth by an "illegal alien" trying to catch a painting job) and finding out that they have 24 hours before being evicted from their home, he decides that it's time for the couple to turn to crime. Dick borrows Billy's surprisingly realistic squirt gun and decides to rob a local convenience store. He emerges and orders Jane to burn rubber, as he stole a slushy, much to Jane's amusement. After several failed attempts, they finally rob a head shop. Realizing that they get a thrill out of stealing, they make a profession out of this, going on nightly robbing sprees.

They climb their way up the crime ladder, becoming more professional with each passing night. Their last "job" is to rob a local bank by going undercover. All goes as planned, until another crime spree couple enters the bank, wearing Bill and Hillary Clinton masks (which Dick and Jane themselves used earlier) and armed with shotguns. They are revealed to be former employees of Globodyne; Dick's jealous co-worker Oz and his wife Debbie. Dick and Jane escape, unharmed. They decide to stop their "profession" but it's revealed that Dick is about to be indicted for his role in Globodyne's demise (as most of the other employees of Globodyne have also reverted to criminal lifestyles), thus he starts drowning his sorrows at the local bar. While there, he and Jane encounter a drunk Frank Bascombe, who tells them that the crooked Jack McCallister signed off all of Globodyne's assets (totaling $400 Million), dumped the entire stock, and that he paid Bascombe $10,000,000 to keep his mouth shut (as it was McCallister's plan from the beginning because he felt burnt-out).

After Frank sobers up, they make a team and, through a devious and well put together plan, dupe Jack McCallister into reimbursing all of his former employees' pensions.

Although McCallister catches them in the act, Dick is able to still reimburse all of the former employees because he got McCallister's signature. Thus his wife, an art major, was able to forge his signature. The next day, Dick informs Jack of the act as the press flock to him. The film ends with the wealthy Harper family driving along the highway and into the sunset, as another car drives up to them. In the car is Garth, his neighbor who tells Dick he's got a great new job at a company called Enron.

  25. palm tree information...

worldwide, the family palmate(palm tree) is composed of over 230 genera and about 3000 species. only a few ot these are indigenous to the continental united states, and most of these are restricted to the warmer regions of southern united states, southern florida and southern california. however, a large number of exotic species have been imported for ornamental purposes and a few of these have become widely naturalized. palms for identification purposes can be dividing into two major groups those that have palmate or fan-shaped leaves and those that have pinnate or feather-shaped leaves. the palmate-leaved species are characterize by a leaf structure in whice all leaf segments arise from a single point, similar to the structure of a human hand. pinnate leaves are characterizing by leaves along each side pf a central axis, similar in design to that of a feather. oalm tree(palmaceae) has been termed the prices of the vegetable kingdom. neither the anatomy of the palm stems nor the conformation of palm tree flowers, however, entitles them to any such high position in the vegetable hierarchy. palm tree stems are not more complicated in structure than those of the common butcher's broom(ruscus), their flowers are to the most part as simple as those of a rush(juncus). the order palmaceae is characterize among monocotyledonous plants by the presence of an unbranched stem bearing a tuft of leaves at the extremity only, or with the leaves scattered, these keaves, often gigantic in size, being usually firm in texture and branching in a pinnate or palmate fashion. the flowers are borne on simple or branching spikes, very generally protected by a spathe or spathes and each consists typically of a perianth of six greenish, somewhat inconspicuous segments in two rows, with six stamens, or pistil of 1-3 carpels, each with a single ovule and a succulent or dry fruit. the seed consists almost exclusively of endosperm, upper portion of coconut seed, albumen in a cavity in showing the embryo, embedded in endosperm, which is lodged the relatively very minute embryo. these are the general characteristics by which this very well-define order may be discriminated, but in a group containing considerably more than a thousand species, palm tree deviations from the general plan of structure occur with some frequency. as the characteristic appearances of palm depend largely upon these modifications, some of the more important among them may briefly be notice.

  27. Hi again! For this post, I would like to talk about Chinese jade. Everyone in China wears jade. It’s one of the first things noticed as a traveler, a red string around someone’s neck, dangling a jade pendant. Sometimes the string is long and the stone can't be seen, but you know it’s there. Sometimes the string is short and the stone rests against the chest. Most commonly seen is a donut shaped jade dangling from a red string. Infants, children, teenagers, adults, seniors, all wear jade in an unassuming manner. But to a foreigner, it pricks your curiosity and you are quick to investigate the mystique surrounding the stone. How does one know if it’s genuine? Some don’t know. Others, offer a few tips for testing. Real jade feels cool in your hand. Put a drop of water on the stone. If it beads on the surface and doesn’t dissipate, it’s real. Use a magnifying glass. Look for bubbles. Real jade has none. Experts can tell by tapping it with a solid object then placing it to their ear. This just names a few. Beware of “fools jade”. The plastic, glass or composite fakes. Plastic is light in weight and has a rough surface. Real jade can be sculptured with minute detail. Fake can’t get that far. Glass, when put up to or under a light, has bubbles, not what you’re looking for. Composition jade may look clearer than real jade, but upon close inspection you can see little cracks of green and blue. Purchasing any gem stone involves a certain amount of risk. However, a certification of authenticity is offered at major retailers in China.

  28. Antarctica (en-us-Antarctica.ogg /ænˈtɑrktɪkə/ (help·info)) is Earth's southernmost continent, overlying the South Pole. It is situated in the Antarctica region of the southern hemisphere, almost entirely south of the Antarctic Circle, and is surrounded by the Southern Ocean. At 14.0 million km² (5.4 million sq mi), it is the fifth-largest continent in area after Asia, Africa, North America, and South America. About 98% of Antarctica is covered by ice, which averages at least 1.6 kilometres (1.0 mi) in thickness.

On average, Antarctica is the coldest, driest and windiest continent, and has the highest average elevation of all the continents.[1] Antarctica is considered a desert, with annual precipitation of only 200 mm (8 inches) along the coast and far less inland.[2] There are no permanent human residents, but anywhere from 1,000 to 5,000 people reside at the various research stations scattered across the continent throughout the year. Only cold-adapted plants and animals survive there, including penguins, seals, mosses, lichen, and many types of algae.

The name Antarctica is the romanized version of the Greek compound word ανταρκτική (antarktiké), feminine of ανταρκτικός (antarktikos),[3] meaning "opposite to the north".[4] Although myths and speculation about a Terra Australis ("Southern Land") date back to antiquity, the first confirmed sighting of the continent is commonly accepted to have occurred in 1820 by the Russian expedition of Mikhail Lazarev and Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen. However, the continent remained largely neglected for the rest of the 19th century because of its hostile environment, lack of resources, and isolation. The first formal use of the name "Antarctica" as a continental name in the 1890s is attributed to the Scottish cartographer John George Bartholomew.

The Antarctic Treaty was signed in 1959 by twelve countries; to date, forty-six countries have signed the treaty. The treaty prohibits military activities and mineral mining, supports scientific research, and protects the continent's ecozone. Ongoing experiments are conducted by more than 4,000 scientists of many nationalities and with different research interests.[5]

After sending some comments on this blog, I've noticed my comment is shorter compare to the others... I think one of the reasons maybe I just extracted and mentioned the important points that I read from the articles and I hope it's acceptable. One thing, from the heading I think it's reading entry and not article entry and that's what I'm doing. Another reading entry, well let me think again. In early March we were asked to do a presentation on motor for Electrical Technology subject. So I did some dig up and manage to come up with something for the presentation. There are many types of motor that are used in our daily life. In our presentation, we're specifically talking about Stepper Motor. A stepper motor (or step motor) is a brushless, synchronous electric motor that can divide a full rotation into a large number of steps. There are three main types of stepper motors: Permanent Magnet Stepper, Hybrid Synchronous Stepper & Variable Reluctance Stepper. The application of Stepper motor is Commercially used in floppy disk drives, flatbed scanners, computer printers, plotters and many more devices.
After some homework, during the presentation day, I was not chosen instead my other group member was selected to do the presentation. In the first place, I thought I was lucky but when I see my teammate presenting it was so bad that I'm afraid it will affect our marks as a group.

  31. How Lie Detectors Work

People tell lies and deceive others for many reasons. Most often, lying is a defence mechanism used to avoid trouble with the law, bosses or authority figures. Sometimes, you can tell when someone's lying, but other times it may not be so easy. Polygraphs, commonly called "lie detectors," are instruments that monitor a person's physiological reactions. These instruments do not, as their nickname suggests, detect lies. They can only detect whether deceptive behaviour is being displayed.

A polygraph instrument is basically a combination of medical devices that are used to monitor changes occurring in the body. As a person is questioned about a certain event or incident, the examiner looks to see how the person's heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate and electro-dermal activity (sweatiness, in this case of the fingers) change in comparison to normal levels. Fluctuations may indicate that person is being deceptive, but exam results are open to interpretation by the examiner. ¬

Polygraph examinations are designed to look for significant involuntary responses going on in a person's body when that person is subjected to stress, such as the stress associated with deception. The exams are not able to specifically detect if a person is lying, according to polygrapher Dr. Bob Lee, former executive director of operations at Axciton Systems, a manufacturer of polygraph instruments. But there are certain physiological responses that most of us undergo when attempting to deceive another person. By asking questions about a particular issue under investigation and examining a subject's¬ physiological reactions to those questions, a polygraph examiner can determine if deceptive behaviour is being demonstrated.

It also can be a chocolate cake, drink and many more.

People always thought that chocolate only have fats. Scientists reported preliminary evidence recently that chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy. If you like the pleasant smell of this wonder here is a better reason for you to sniff it. It has been proved that even sniffing the chocolate bars, can boost up your immune system by raising the level of antibodies in the body. Chocolate also reacts as antioxidant.

I think this a good topic for boy. It’s how to get a girl to like you. I seem like same as how to be a gentleman. But this to is more refer to a boy and how the right way to attract a girl to like him. Maybe he must be handsome??
    1. `Have your own life.’ If you tend to fall into the "friend zone", this is especially important. Girls don't like guys who have no lives, and who cling to them like plastic wrap.
    2. `Make an impression.’ Your best bet is to be yourself. Demonstrate a unique skill or talent that you're proud of, something that sets you apart from the crowd. Not only will this make her feel good about you, but it can boost your confidence too.
    3. `Flirt.’ When you see or meet a girl you like, make brief eye contact. Strike up a casual conversation. Most importantly, relax. Don't think of her as the girl of your dreams. Don’t worry about what will happen if you make a bad joke, or you've got something stuck to your teeth. Enjoy interacting with this attractive, friendly girl whose path crossed yours. Live in the moment.
    4. `Talk to her.’ Tell her what you really enjoy in life, what gets you excited and what you want to leap out of bed to pursue. Ask her what she really loves in life and what gets her excited. Be positive. If you have had a bad day, still greet them with pleasure and a big smile. Most importantly, listen to them.
    5. `Be romantic.’ Recognize what makes her unique, and do things for them that only they would appreciate. Pay attention! Being romantic means acknowledging how special a person is, and that means demonstrating that you know. Better than anyone else in the world. What makes her unique.
    6. `Make her laugh.’ Find out which are her favorite comedians, funny movies, or sitcoms. Watch them with her. Be bold and think of some antics that'll make her laugh. Tell her to dare you to do something, and then do it.
    7. `Ask her out.’ Invite her to go somewhere or do something with you. Make sure it's something that you're both interested in. If you want, show her your world. Bring her somewhere that you feel comfortable and preferably, where you have or do something that you're proud of. Or, express interest in seeing her world. Just go out for lunch or a cup of coffee and get to know her better.

  34. Why are fish not electrocuted when lightning strikes a body of water?

Lightning does electrocute fish if they are close enough to the strike. However, a charge that strikes water tends to dissipate rapidly along the surface, giving natural protection to underwater animals. Another reason we don't see waves of dead fish after an electrical storm is that lightning rarely hits bodies of water.

Fish have an involuntary muscular reaction to a mild stream of electricity: Most orient themselves towards the positive side of the field, though some start swimming the opposite way. They are also less conductive than either humans or water, especially if the water is salty or muddy. Humans, of course, should stay clear of water altogether if there's a storm brewing. Boating, fishing and swimming are considered among the highest-risk activities during a lightning storm.

tips to Be Happy at Work

    1. Choose to Be Happy at Work
Happiness is largely a choice. You can choose to be happy at work. Sound simple? Yes. But, simplicity is often profoundly difficult to put into action. So, think positively about your work. Dwell on the aspects of your work you like. Avoid negative people and gossip. Find coworkers you like and enjoy and spend your time with them. Your choices at work largely define your experience. You can choose to be happy at work.

    2. Do Something You Love Every Single Day
You may or may not love your current job and you may or may not believe that you can find something in your current job to love, but you can. Trust me. Take a look at yourself, your skills and interests, and find something that you can enjoy doing every day. If you do something you love every single day, your current job won't seem so bad. Of course, you can always make your current job work or decide that it is time to quit your job.

    3. Take Charge of Your Own Professional and Personal Development.Take charge of your own growth; ask for specific and meaningful help from your boss, but march to the music of your personally developed plan and goals. You have the most to gain from growing - and the most to lose, if you stand still.

    4. Take Responsibility for Knowing What Is Happening at Work
Seek out the information you need to work effectively. Develop an information network and use it. Assertively request a weekly meeting with your boss and ask questions to learn. You are in charge of the information you receive.

    5. Ask for Feedback Frequently
If you're not positive about your work, think about improving and making a sincere contribution. Then, ask your boss for feedback. Tell him you'd really like to hear his assessment of your work. Talk to your customers, too; if you're serving them well, their feedback is affirming. You are responsible for your own development. Everything else you get is gravy.

    6. Make Only Commitments You Can Keep
One of the most serious causes of work stress and unhappiness is failing to keep commitments. Many employees spend more time making excuses for failing to keep a commitment, and worrying about the consequences of not keeping a commitment, than they do performing the tasks promised. Create a system of organization and planning that enables you to assess your ability to complete a requested commitment. Don't volunteer if you don't have time. If your workload is exceeding your available time and energy, make a comprehensive plan to ask the boss for help and resources. Don't wallow in the swamp of unkept promises.

  39. 6 Ways to Feel Happy About Yourself for Free

Here are 6 ways to take your mind off being unhappy. Any one of these or even thinking of one of these will bring back the happiness you desire.

    NUMBER 1

Start an argument with a shy person this will confuse them and get them wondering what they have done wrong. Because they are shy they will let you rant on about whatever you choose to argue about and they will apologise for something they did not do. Taking advantage of someones shy nature will boost your confidence and cheer you up no end. Afterwards of course say you are sorry and that you were only joking, this will make you happy and believe it or not you could actually make they shy person feel more confident about them selves.

    NUMBER 2

Take something that doesn't belong to you and make sure that they see you taking it. When they challenge you about it, fight your case that this belongs to you. Be it a jacket, coat, wallet or phone you choose, what ever you think would be appropriate for the mood you are in. After to-ing and fro~ing a bit give in and give it back and say that you didn't even bring a jacket or what ever the case may be. As you walk away you will feel a lot happier in yourself and you will find yourself smiling for the rest of the day just thinking about it. Even the idea of looking at something and thinking of this you will smile.

    NUMBER 3

Skip the Que and try and get away with it nine times out of ten you will succeed without an argument, you might get a few funny looks but, with your back to them they wont see you laughing. The other time you will meet resistance and an argument, be firm and try and convince them that you are with the person in front. Often tap the person in front and say "I am here with you am I not" the person in front will either say yes or no, to influence a yes out of them give them a sly wink. They couldn't care less who is behind them because they are in front. More often than not they will say yes just to keep the situation from escalating out of control. Even if they say no you can still go to the back of the line laughing at your efforts and as a plus you can watch the faces of the people that you tried to skip as they walk out. See how much they are still pissed off at you and just laugh at them.

    NUMBER 4

Confuse a complete stranger by telling them that you know them or know them from some where. Start naming pubs or places of interest that they may have been in the area. Tell them that they look familiar and you are sure that you saw them from some place. This will get them thinking of where they could have saw you they may say a location and then you pounce on it saying "Yeah that's where it was" and proceed to ask them how have they been since. They will tell you everything they have been doing and where they are likely to be next. This will make you happy about yourself because you have improved your social skills and made a complete fool out of the person you are talking to.

    NUMBER 5

Go into a shop and act completely ignorant about a thing you are looking for. Tell them that you have been sent here by someone else who purchased the same item in the store before. Never tell them the name of the object that is where the ignorance comes in, instead try and describe it to them... For instance a garden sheers describe the two handles and the twirly thing at the top and make up some lie about the use of the item like its for digging holes or pulling weeds. They will bring you different items off the shelves and will be mighty obliging to your requests. Then when you have had enough just ask them the name of the shop and tell them that you have come to the wrong place. As you get outside you will find that the guy is cursing you from a height for wasting his time. This will bring a smile to your face believe me I've done it.

    NUMBER 6

Verbally abuse a teenager make sure they are sixteen or over, abusing anyone younger that this is just stooping low and is just too easy. Teenagers are a lot sharper and much faster at comebacks with better abuse plus this gives you a far better range of topics that you can use. This is more of a personal test if you can shut him or her up you have won and you will feel much better about yourself if you lose, you will still get a laugh out of the teenagers punch line and this will cheer you up... Remember though never take anything to heart when engaging abuse battles with teenagers because they will not hold back, and as soon as they see they are getting the better of you they will claim victory and just abuse you into the ground.

  40. It may sound like something from a Jules Verne novel, but the idea of cities on the sea - or seasteading - is fast gaining ground and may soon become a reality.

The land masses of the planet are full of nations engaging in squabbles over land. Many people believe that the future for those who wish to escape the restrictions of their birth nations may lie in a concept known as seasteading. The idea - on paper - is very simple: the reality is far from it. However, with the formation of The Seastead Institute the concept is being taken seriously for the first time by many.

Seasteading is the idea of placing permanent residences at sea. They would be placed outside of the territories of any countries and as such the hope is that they will be able to assert their own sovereignty in the future. The major obstacle has been and will be, of course, expense. The establishment of even a small seastead would cost millions of dollars. The designs here show the concept as it could be: many proposals have restricted themselves to modifying structures such as cruise liners or oil rigs. The idea though does not fail to capture the imagination of many.

Mistakes have been made in the past. The closest perhaps to a permanent residence on the sea was the Principality of Sealand. In the sixties the idea of an independent micronation led Major Paddy Roy Bates to acquire Fort Roughs, a Second World War Sea Fort situated ten kilometers off the coast of the United Kingdom. They renamed it the Principality of Sealand. Although it has never been recognized by any members of the United Nations it was often seen as the epitome of British eccentricity in sublime action. The ‘custodians' declared themselves royalty and the sea fort has seen a lot of action usually associated with larger nations over the years, such as air assaults, kidnapping, fire and bloody rivalries between those claiming to hold a stake in the Principality. The latest plans are for a casino, of all things, to be built on the platform. So far, so Orwellian - and hardly one might think, a prestigious example of the whole seastead concept. However, this is not what the new exponents of the idea have in mind at all.
In fact the term as we know it was only created in 1998, a great deal of time after Major Bates' high sea shenanigans. In the aftermath of the failure of a project known as Oceania, a group of like minded individuals came together to explore the concept through on line discussion and writing. So it was that The Seasteading Institute was founded. The future, too, looks as if it may be a little more comfortable than the old days of 'Sealand'.

Libertarianism is the driving force behind the concept of seasteading. Put simply this is an ideology that places emphasis firmly on the liberty of the individual and seeks to remove the tethers of state as much as possible, ideally completely. The argument goes that essentially, even if someone was to create a better form of government for a country there is nowhere left on earth upon which it could be tried. Hence the idea of, essentially, floating cities that would be outside of the jurisdiction of any country. Benjamin Franklin may have inadvertently summed up the ideals of the seasteaders when he said "Where liberty dwells, there is my country'.

How could these cities operate without the interference of a nation such as the United States, for example? A country with a coastline can lay claim to the ocean up to two hundred nautical miles off its shores - that is approximately three hundred and seventy kilometers. Outside of this ‘border; otherwise known as the Exclusive Economic Zone, the High Seas effectively belong to anyone and everyone.

Technology that has already been proven to work, such as the system of spar buoys used on oil platforms would be used to begin with. From there, the hope of The Seasteading Institute is that new and sustainable methods can be found to enable people to live at sea permanently. This is not in the realms of science fiction by any means. Cruise Ship companies have proven that the provision of power, food and water on the open ocean can be done (and let's not forget internet connections) but of course the huge issue with cruise ships is the damage they do to the environment, such as coral reefs.

With the construction of small prototypes fast becoming an economically viable reality, environmental friendliness is high on the agenda. After all, if seasteaders were to become responsible for aiding and abetting the pillage of the oceans then they would be no better than those established countries who blithely contribute to the collapse of oceanic ecosystem.

To convince the nay-sayers, The Seasteader Institute has produced designs for a resort, planned for the coast of California and the design results, startling and beautiful, can be seen here (used with kind permission). A combination of traditional design, based on the oil platform example this ‘Floatel' would also have a deck which would be suspended from steel cables. The strength would be guaranteed by a steel truss which would encompass the building's first

The philosophy of seasteading is that to make it viable it is necessary to start small and incrementally grow larger over time. Ideas for services, such a medical procedures, which could be provided much cheaper at sea than on dry land would perhaps fund these cities on the sea. There will no doubt be a need for new and original entrepreneurship - the ideas are essentially limitless. There is also an idea for a single-family seastead which could form flotillas and then possibly even cities. Look out also, for a festival, Ephemerisle, which will take place in the San Francisco Bay in the summer of 2009. The future for many could be far removed from dry land.

The author would like to thank The Seasteading Institute for the use of the design images and in particular Wendy Sitler-Roddier.

  41. Have you ever think about why does just about everything look darker when it gets wet? Here are some of the reasons that will satify you.

Drop some water on your new cream-coloured blouse and you get a dark spot. Have a buffoon standing near you spill his Perrier on your navy blue blazer and the light liquid somehow manages to make the coat's dark colour even darker. Why is this so?

Elementary physics, it turns out. You lose the true colour of the garment in three ways:
Firstly, even a thin coating of water will force light coming towards the garment to refract within the water film. The available light is thus dispersed.

Secondly, the reflection on the surface of the water causes incoherent light scattering.
And finally, a combination of the two points above ensures that there will be less light available on the surface of the jacket to reflect back to your eyes. Thus the spot will appear darker than the rest of the jacket that doesn't have to compete with water in order to reflect light.

  43. How to be a success??

    Instruction:
1.Define what success means to you. Dig within yourself and evaluate what is important and valuable to you: is it your career, health, financial status, spirituality or a combination of things? You must define what will make you feel personally successful before you can move forward with becoming a success.

2.Set long term and short term goals. Once you have defined success for yourself you can set benchmarks that will keep you on track for reaching your ultimate goals. Be sure to set challenging yet achievable goals for yourself that can be evaluated along the way.

3.Be proactive. Defining success and setting goals are the foundation for being successful but are meaningless unless you take action at achieving them. Make yourself responsible for working on achieving your goals every day.

4.Learn to be flexible. Even the best plans sometimes get off track; accept that achieving success is a journey and that sometimes the previously mapped out route needs to be altered to get there.

5.Enjoy the journey. While the road to success can at times become bumpy and uncomfortable, embrace the unknown and continue to participate in activities that are fun and exciting.

6.Commit to learning. No matter what your goals are or your definition of success is, you must commit to learning new things that are pertinent to your individual goals. Surround yourself with people that can teach you different ways to reach your goals and learn from their mistakes.

7.Remain positive. While it is not reasonable to be positive all day every day, it is important to focus on the positive aspects rather then the negative. When you have an optimistic attitude you are more motivated to act on your goals and ultimately reach them.

  46. Why do People Smoke?

Most people who smoke do so because they can't stop. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance that makes people feel energized and alert. Smokers get a rush after a cigarette, and giving up produces withdrawal symptoms that include difficulty sleeping and cravings. Seventy percent of people who quit smoking eventually start again.

Smoking also produces psychological dependency. Many people smoke because it helps them relax and cope with difficult situations, or because it gives them confidence. Others smoke when they feel bored. Smoking produces a feeling of satisfaction that's difficult to give up. Finally, people who smoke are usually in denial – they know that smoking is bad, but they convince themselves it's simply "not as terrible as they make it sound."

Smoking is a social activity as well. Many people who smoke do so as a way to start conversations and interact at parties or in crowded places. This is known as "social smoking," and it usually involves alcohol as a complement.

Many teenagers start smoking due to peer pressure. They may also smoke to feel more mature or as a form of rebellion against parental authority. It has been proved that children are also more likely to smoke if their parents do.

  48. A recent study shows that about 1 in 4 teens has trouble sleeping. Lack of sleep can affect everything from our emotions to how well we focus on tasks like driving. It can even cause headaches, stomachaches, or other physical problems.

How can we get the sleep we need? Here are some ideas:

    1. Be active during the day. You've probably noticed how much running around little kids do — and how soundly they sleep. Take a tip from a toddler and get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity can decrease stress and help people feel more relaxed. Just don't work out too close to bedtime because exercise can wake you up before it slows you down.

    2. Avoid alcohol and drugs. Lots of people think that alcohol or drugs will make them relaxed and drowsy, but that's not the case. Drugs and alcohol disrupt sleep, increasing a person's chance of waking up in the middle of the night.

    3. Say goodnight to electronics. Experts recommend using the bedroom for sleep only. If you can't make your bedroom a tech-free zone, at least shut everything down an hour or more before lights out. Nothing says, "Wake up, something's going on!" like the buzz of a text or the ping of an IM.

    4. Keep a sleep routine. Going to bed at the same time every night helps the body expect sleep. Creating a set bedtime routine can enhance this relaxation effect. So unwind every night by reading, listening to music, spending time with a pet, writing in a journal, playing Sudoku, or doing anything else that relaxes you.

    5. Expect a good night's sleep. Stress can trigger insomnia, so the more you agonize about not sleeping, the greater the risk you'll lie awake staring at the ceiling. Instead of worrying that you won't sleep, remind yourself that you can. Say, "Tonight, I will sleep well" several times during the day. It can also help to practice breathing exercises or gentle yoga poses before bed.

  49. Rebonding transforms your hair in a day. Read on to get a deeper insight into rebonding your hair.

Whenever you compare your unruly wavy locks with somebody else’s sleek straight hair your stomach gives a slight twinge. You have tried everything you can to keep your hair looking straight but they are back to how they were. You have been considering rebonding your hair but are not sure about what would happen to your hair with the process. Should you believe all those horror hair stories or just go ahead and look like you have just stepped out of a fashion magazine? If you want to know more about hair rebonding, read on.

Every woman desires beautiful hair and rebonding can give life to that desire. Rebonding is a hair treatment that can change the way you look and feel. Before you fix an appointment for rebonding with your stylist, find out as much as you can, about it. Being prepared for the process can help you get yourself the best service and care for your hair.

    What is Rebonding?

Rebonding is a chemical hair treatment that makes your hair straight, sleek and shiny. It is a permanent and expensive procedure. Prices for the treatment may vary across salons due to products used, service, your hair type and post treatment care.

Each type of hair has a natural bond.Curly or wavy, are the result of natural bonds that give the hair its physical quality. The cream softener or relaxant used in the rebonding treatment breaks the hair structure. Then a neutraliser bonds the structure again and makes hair straight. In simpler terms the rebonding treatment changes your natural hair structure and restructures it.

Once your hair is straightened you have to touch up the new growth every three months, six months or a year, depending upon your growth.

    The Process of Rebonding

The time taken to complete a rebonding treatment depends upon the length, type and thickness of your hair. Hair till mid back can take about 8 hours or more to be rebonded. A man’s hair might need three hours. Here’s the step by step approach to rebonding.

    1. Hair is washed with a mild shampoo. No conditioner is applied. Hair is dried completely with a blow dryer keeping it on the medium level.

    2. Hair is separated into parts. The cream softener or relaxant is applied to every hair shaft, keeping it straight. A thin plastic board is used to keep hair straight.

    3. Cream softener or relaxant is kept on hair for at least half an hour or depending upon the hair type. Keeping it for too long may even harm hair. After that hair is steamed for 10 to 40 minutes, depending upon hair type and condition, and then rinsed.

    4. Hair is blow dried and then keratin lotion is applied.

    5. A flat iron is used to straighten hair further and break any remaining curls. The iron should not exceed 180 degrees. A ceramic iron is better than other metal irons. The salon expert will iron your hair until it is satisfactorily straight and shiny.

    6. Hair is again parted and a neutraliser is applied to set the bonds and stabilise the hair.

    7. The neutraliser is kept for at least 30 minutes.

    8. The neutraliser is rinsed off with cold water. Hair is blow dried and hair serum is applied. A last touch of ironing is given with the straightening iron. Hair appears silky straight and shiny.

A salon professional will restrict you from washing your hair for minimum three days. It allows the treatment to set. You will be asked not to clip your hair, tie a rubber band or wear any other accessories in your hair for minimum three days. Wearing a shower cap while having a bath is also advisable, to prevent hair from becoming wet.

    Is rebonding harmful for hair?

Any chemical process affects hair texture and quality. Excessive use of chemicals makes hair dry, weak and can even lead to hairfall. Hair rebonding requires post treatment care otherwise it may turn harmful. If you are suffering from hairfall, you must avoid rebonding or any other chemical hair treatment. Cheap chemicals, inexperienced hair stylists and weak hair can make rebonding a bad experience.

Hair rebonding can turn into a disaster if you do not take care of your hair. Hair will need extra pampering once it has been rebonded. You cannot ignore your hair just because it looks straight and shiny. Rebonding done from a reputed and trustworthy salon lasts longer and hair quality does not suffer. Discuss your hair condition and the treatment before your scheduled appointment.

How to take care of rebonded hair

Taking care of rebonded hair is very important to maintain a healthy mane. Only a well-looked after crown of hair can stay beautiful, always. Here’s what you have to do, to treat your rebonded hair with care and prevent hair loss.

Use a shampoo for straight hair
Use a conditioner every time you wash your hair
Apply a hair serum after towel drying hair.
    Oil your hair regularly
Use natural hair masks once a week before washing your hair. You can use aloe vera gel, curd or olive oil with an egg.
Oil and steam your hair every fifteen days. You can wrap a towel dipped in warm water, around your hair. This will deep condition your hair.
Consume a balanced diet. Include nuts and sprouts in your diet.
Hair that is taken care of will be frizz free and smooth to touch. Rebonded hair is susceptible to dryness. Therefore ensuring that your hair remains hydrated and full of life is very important.

    Fixing Rebonding disaster

If you have already relaxed, rebonded or straightened your hair and your hair has turned into a disaster, you can try and fix it. Get help with these simple tips.

    Get a hair cut done
Approach the salon you got rebonding done from. Ask them to repair the damage
    Oil your hair regularly
Use hair serums or leave-in conditioners
Get deep conditioning done every fortnight
Avoid any other chemical treatment for next six months
    Tie a bun
Learn some styling techniques from your stylist to make the best of your hair
    Wear a scarf
Your hair is a vital part of your personality. Be very careful before you expose your hair to any chemical treatment. Remember, that natural is the best. If your hair is difficult to manage you can try rebonding but with all due care
