READING ENTRY 7 (A14)

32 comments:

  1. Good evening,
All of us do have weird incident happen in our life and this is what i read happen in other country.
    "Pregnant man" pregnant again
LOS ANGELES (Reuters Life!) - Thomas Beatie, who was born a woman but lives as a man in Oregon after surgery and hormone treatment, is expecting a second child, Beatie has told Barbara Walters in an interview set to air on television on Friday.

Beatie, 34, who is legally a man but kept female reproductive organs when he had a sex-change operation 10 years ago, is in his first trimester of pregnancy, he told celebrity interviewer Walters for the ABC news program "20/20" that will air on November 14. Walters highlighted the interview on her daytime chat show, "The View," on Thursday.

With his thin beard, Beatie made headlines around the world and was dubbed the "pregnant man" before giving birth to a baby girl on June 29. He told Walters that after giving birth he did not go back on the male hormone testosterone that he took after his sex change, because he wanted to have another baby.

"I feel good," Beatie told Walters. "I had my checkups with my hormone level, as far as the hCG. And everything is right on track."

Beatie was referring to human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone which is produced in women during pregnancy.

He said that the new baby is due on June 12.

Beatie's wife, Nancy, 46, whom he married five years ago, was unable to conceive because of a prior hysterectomy. He has said that is why he had a baby himself, through artificial insemination using donor sperm and Beatie's own egg.

The couple live in Bend, Oregon, and have lead a quiet life since the birth of their baby girl, Susan

*What can i say about above article is that when a human wanted to do something at that moment wasn't what they want at a different moment. This is due to they never realise something that they suit to and comfortable with till they are in the situation. Anyhow, what i proud of Beatie is he very good. He carried the responsibility to be the one to pregnant as he know his wife unable to conceive. He don't even care how people look at them. So sweet!

  3. Assalamualaikum

Recently, Sony Ericsson has come out a several new model phone. First model phone is called cyber-walkaman-phone. Before this Sony Ericsson always released with seperate technology phone like Walkman phone, Cybershot phone and anything. But know, Sony combine the both technology to become Cyber-Walkman-phone.

Wow!!! This phone is called Sony Ericsson W902.A phone like no other or a quick-fix Cyber-shot Walkman mongrel trying to pass off as a hip novelty - you can call the Sony Ericsson W902 whatever you like, but it will still be the best camera phone among music phones. The 5 megapixel auto focus camera opens a new chapter in the Walkman book, while everything else about the W902 walks and talks multimedia. Based on the excellent Sony Ericsson feature phone interface, you get all sorts of treats like the top-of-the-line Media Centre with screen auto rotation, Shake control and Senses.

There may be hardly anything else to wish for in a feature phone, though GPS and Wi-Fi in the latest Walkmans might make the W902 stumble a bit. But it still has a special place booked in the hearts of brand loyal fans that are no longer forced to choose between imaging and music, Walkman and Cyber-shot.

I want to buy this phone immediately but I need to consider the prize also. The feature is really good comparing other phone. So thats all I want to share with you all. Stay tune.

Now, I like to share with you about what I have read before. Yesterday, I read New Straits Times about our new Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. He was a son of our second Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak. I thought he was a good leader because his personality liked his father. Like father like son. So, we must believe to our new Prime Minister and gave all our believing to him.

Today, I read Berita Mingguan about one of good news to UMNO. Tun Dr Mahathir and his wife back with Umno after a two-hour meeting with new premier Najib Razak at his official residence in Putrajaya this morning. He say that, although he is out of UMNO, but his heart still with UMNO. He love to UMNO because only UMNO can unite people in this country.

I hope our country will be peaceful with our new Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak. I believe that he can make our country more progressive and popular in whole of the world.

  7. Hundreds feared missing after China mudslide

Some time we have to appreciate that we are living in Malaysia which is the country free of nature disaster . We know that this year China having the earthquake and cause many human being death . This is not only China face the problem but also for other country like America facing the tornado and cause a huge amount of lost .

This time in Beijing , China also surfer in mudslide .May be this is not a very big news as the Si Chuan earthquake but I think that this still a big lost in a country . Imagine if this “small” cases face in our Malaysia I am sure that this will be the big news in Malaysia .It is because our country is not as big as the China and we seldom facing this kind of nature disaster .

One of the victim said the flow of mud and rock destroyed a three-storey office building, a market and houses in the valley and this happen in few minutes .Wau …. I really can not imagine how powerful is the natural .Even this accident is not cause as serious as Si Chuan earthquake but the dead number still show there are the dead .May be this is not related to our but try to think if it happen to us .I am sure we feel difficult to handle this . So what I want to share here is we have to appreciate what we having now .

Please do not blame that our situation is not good enough .Thanks .

  8. Two pupils hurt by firecrackers.

It is really sad to heard about this king of news . The Hari Raya Puasa is coming soon , for sure more of this cases will come out from the news article . Actually what have happen? Did their parent take care about their children ? Why they do not stop their children doing this kind of things ?Do the children how that this will kill them ?
If every parent have go through this kind of question for sure they will aware about their behavior . Some time we can not fault the children because they may be do not know how dangerous of the firecrackers . So parent have the reasonability to stop them from this action . Not only that the society also play a very important role , example do not simply play the firecrackers in any where and they should play in “correct “ skill .
If this accident continuous happen for sure the government will illegal the firecrackers and we will have a very quite and peaceful Hari Raya Puasa or Chinese New Year . Do you still remember how cheer are we with the fire cracks during the celebration before the fire cracks have been band?

  9. Boy: Teacher watched as students beat me up

I have a question want to ask those who read my this comment.Assume that you are a student, what would you feel if you were beaten up by 20 students but no one go to help you although they saw the incident, even teacher and guard? But the incident was real,it happened in Taman Wangsa Maju,Kuala Lumpur.I wonder did the teacher and guard forgot what is their responsibility? If they scare thay can not handle it alone, they may call for help. After the student was beaten up,the teacher even told him to go home and warned him to not make it an issue. Is that called a teacher?He/she should bring him to get medical recovery first, tell to the student's parents and report to school.Take action to find them out and let police to settle this, because we can not let them getting worse.Besides, about the girl. Why she telling lie to her boyfriend that the student did not apologise to her?I really do not konw what was that girl think about.Actions should be taken against the students, including that girl, the teacher and the guard, let them know they were wrong.

  10. Affluent area marred by crime

Two days ,two major crimes in Bandar Sri Damansara? One was a shootout while the other was a robbery of RM25,000 from a bank customer. Seven houses were robbed in one day?

This scenario is quite familiar to us and should we just let it happen? May be some of us are not become the victim “yet” so they still can not feel the feeling of fear and they think might that it would not happen to them . While may be some of us knowing the problems but do not know what action should take .Those are the main factor why Malaysia still facing this kind of criminal .

Co-operation is very important among the resident but the government also take a main role . The article have said that the Bandar Sri Damansara Residents Association spent RM20,000 and bought a van for the police but it does not function well .Why? what is the happen actually ? I do not know that but for sure there are some “problem” .

The criminal cases seem like not decrease but increasing . I also hope that the Inspector General of Police would consider their plea to have a police station in their township . But what I want try to say is I hope the police station can “function” well . If not there will be the same problem there .
Through this article , I believe there are many similar cases are not reported and they also should be emphasis them . Having a beautiful and serene country is the responsibility of us .

  11. Maid bundled into car and gang-raped

Girls...BECAREFUL!!!In George Town, there was one Indonesian maid was gang-raped by five masked men. They used chloroform to overpower her before they gang-raped her. Before the crime happened, she was walikng along the road then bundled into a car and taken to a unknown place. She found out that she was naked and the five men were standing over her.So, my advise is must not walk alone along a quiet road, especially during night.Ask some friends to accompany you.At least they can help you on the spot and call for help at the first time.Maybe every girl already know and learned the techniques to avoid that happen. But since this kind of case is still happen, better be alert and becareful.

  12. CRASH COURSE IN MARRIAGE

It was real news happen in Georgetown. Unlike many couples who met under normal circumstances, Eddie Yeoh, 33, and Eunice Tan, 26, literally collided with each other in a road accident two years ago.
The couple was working in the same company but did not really know each other until the accident.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. Everything is fated. Since her car had to be sent for repairs after the accident, Eddie had to fetch her to work every day and that’s how their love story started.

Love means a lot and it cannot be resist once it comes to you. Always appreciate your loves one when they are around you. Do not regret if the love leave you behind because you do not cherish them.

    Thanks.

  13. Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone...

I have read on tips for beautiful eyes by Michael Russell on the internet before. So,I want to share the tips with all of you.

First of all,you can crush cucumbers and potatoes together, then dip a piece of cotton into that mixture and put the cotton piece on your eyelids for about 15 minutes. After that, gently wash your eyelids with water and your eyes will become fresh again.

Another tip is by using salt.Put a little salt into a water tub and wash your eyes everyday with that liquid. This method will help your eyes look bright and pure.

Then,if your eyes get swollen,a fast way to help reduce the redness is to put a clean spoon into the fridge and then gently press that spoon onto the redness for some minutes. This is a simple but very effective and fast way. However, if you have more time, you can put some crushed potato into the fridge and then put that potato onto the redness.

Dark rings around your eyes can be another problem. If you have some coconut oil, use it to rub around your eyes for about 5 minutes a day. It will help reduce the dark rings gradually. In addition, there is another simpler way to deal with those dark rings. You can dip a piece of cotton into some cold milk and lay that cotton piece over the dark rings. Dark rings cannot disappear overnight, it takes some time to get rid of this problem so please, be patient and you will get your expected results!

That's all the tips that I got from my reading.
You can try these tips if you want.

    Thank you.

Todat I want to share about "HOW TO STUDY SMART NOT STUDY HARD"

The educational system has made it the student’s responsibility to learn his or her own way of learning. For some student’s this becomes a difficult and challenging task because they take the wrong path of learning. These students may feel they are studying efficiently when they actually are not. Below is step how to study smart and not hard.

1)SIT IN FRONT OF THE CLASS
Student who sit in front of the classroom are more simulated and get more of a lecture class than those who sit in the back. This is because you are more likely to pay attention in class if you feel your instructor is only talking to you. This also reduces your chances of day dreaming and falling asleep, or being disrupted by some other student.

    2)BE A GOOD LISTENER
Lectures especially in large classes tend to be boring for students. Students will often look around the room, daydream or even take a nap. This is the negative attitude some students have adopted. A good way to prevent the boredom is to develop a positive attitude. Sit up straight and concentrate on what the instructor is saying. Remind yourself that listening and taking good notes will benefit you during the examination.

    3)BECOME A BETTER NOTE TAKER
Most students take lecture notes but they have trouble selecting what is and isn't important. Some instructors will give their students a detailed outline of what they are going to say but some do not. So an approach you can take is understand the organization of the lecture early in the year or semester.

  17. Hi everyone...

How wonderful if we can detect the lies by looking for their eyes. So can the direction a person's eyes reveal whether or not they are making a truthful statement? Short answer: sort of. But, it isn't as simple as some recent television shows or movies make it seem. In these shows a detective will deduce a person is being untruthful simply because they looked to the left or right while making a statement.

In reality, it would be foolish to make such a snap judgment without further investigation... but the technique does have some merit. So, here it is... read, ponder and test it on your friends and family to see how reliable it is for yourself.
    Visual Accessing Cues
    visual cues

The first time "Visual Accessing Cues" were discussed (at least to my knowledge), was by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in their book "Frogs into Princes: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) " From their experiments this is what they found:

When asked a question a "normally organized" right-handed person looks (from your viewpoint, looking at them):

looking up and to the left

    Up and to the Left
    Indicates: Visually Constructed Images (Vc)
If you asked someone to "Imagine a purple buffalo", this would be the direction their eyes moved in while thinking about the question as they "Visually Constructed" a purple buffalo in their mind.

looking up and to the right

    Up and to the Right
    Indicates: Visually Remembered Images (Vr)
If you asked someone to "What color was the first house you lived in?", this would be the direction their eyes moved in while thinking about the question as they "Visually Remembered" the color of their childhood home.

    eyes left

    To the Left
    Indicates: Auditory Constructed (Ac)
If you asked someone to "Try and create the highest the sound of the pitch possible in your head", this would be the direction their eyes moved in while thinking about the question as they "Auditorily Constructed" this this sound that they have never heard of.

    eyes looking right

    To the Right
    Indicates: Auditory Remembered (Ar)
If you asked someone to "Remember what their mother's voice sounds like ", this would be the direction their eyes moved in while thinking about the question as they "Auditorily Remembered " this sound.

eyes down and to the left

    Down and to the Left
    Indicates: Feeling / Kinesthetic (F)
If you asked someone to "Can you remember the smell of a campfire? ", this would be the direction their eyes moved in while thinking about the question as they used recalled a smell, feeling, or taste.

looking down and to the right

    Down and To the Right
    Indicates: Internal Dialog (Ai)
This is the direction of someone eyes as they "talk to themselves".

    The Gist of it...
How this information is used to detect lies:

Example: Let's say your child ask's you for a cookie, and you ask them "well, what did your mother say?" As they reply "Mom said... yes." they look to the left. This would indicate a made up answer as their eyes are showing a "constructed image or sound. Looking to the right would indicated a "remembered" voice or image, and thus would be telling the truth.

It is interesting right? If you wonder to know more information obout how to detect the lies, you can do the research by the following web site:
    www.blifaloo.com/info/lies.php

Thank you and very good morning.

  21. Assalamualaikum..

I have read a touching story about a person having a kind of disease that prevents a new memory from reaching his long term memory. It is called anterograde amnesia.

    LIVING IN THE MOMENT

"I don't remember things," Henry explained to the unfamiliar female interviewer. She seemed very curious about how he spends a typical day, and about what he had eaten for breakfast, but his efforts to summon the information from his mind were fruitless. He could easily answer her questions regarding his childhood and early adult years, but the indefinite expanse of time since then was bereft of memories. In fact, from moment to moment Henry feels almost as though he has just awakened from a deep sleep, with the fleeting remnants of a dream always just beyond his grasp. Each experience, dull or dramatic, evaporates from his memory within a few dozen heartbeats and leaves no trace.

For over fifty years Henry has lived with anterograde amnesia, a form of profound memory loss which prevents new events from reaching his long-term memory. As a result his only memories are those he possessed prior to his amnesia, and the small window of moments immediately preceding the present.

This story reminds me that we should be grateful for what we have and not just complaining if we face obstacles in life. There are many people that are not as fortunate as us.So,be thankful for what we have!

  22. Hello everyone...

I know mostly about human rights law within the field of international law. Politically and professionally, what I’ve really been working on is IP. The America is the only country in the world that has a private organization that manages rights clearance. It is bizarre that our 501c3 speaks for the America. The board is only about one thing, property rights and the people on the board are only concerned with amplifying their power as rights-holders. They are unambiguous about what they think is at stake.

In America, the non-profit, cultural community is powerless except to the extent that indigenous person has started to see themselves as rights-holders. This is the relevant context for this treaty. What nation-states want, becomes a treaty. But also, what nation states want derives from what corporations want, and indigenous peoples impact that.
Camel on this International Herald Tribune article, convention that protects minorities, shame if commoditisation. The preservation of what is uniquely valuable is important texture but other goods have claims and nurturing is the way to protect. Otherwise it sets unique cultures against one another rather than having them move forward together.

The analogy of cultural diversity to biological diversity is central to the logic underlying the convention. It is an interesting question whether it is applicable; it is a serious idea, at least. There’s a lot on freedom of cultural expression, that the greatest number of individuals may have a voice. But this is crucial “the vital role of the creative act, work of artists whose work needs to be endowed with IP”.

Canada and France support the treaty for commercial and political reasons, economic protectionism. In part, this is a reaction to dilemmas created by WTO and TRIPS. The cultural exception is an economic exception, not a cultural one. Looking at the reaction of the America, took minority position in the vote that ended. What L. Oliver had to say, that everyone makes this into anti-Americanism but it really represents the America standing for freedom. This is no sillier than what the French say. The operative bottom line is intellectual property. It is too simple to say that IP is the wrong way to go because of time-value. In the real world, IP is about the consolidation of major economic interests. That’s not going to change. The political will of the America will prevail. If we’re serious about cultural protection, we need to think about it in political terms.

What?? Exercise?? Oh no, exercise makes my body feel tired and I will just sleep for the whole day if I have an exercise! What a lazy thing to do. This are some of the reason of some people when they are ask about exercise that they are doing. However, this people do not know the importance of exercise in our life and even importance for our old day soon. Below are some of the importance of the exrcise :

    a) Increased Energy
By working out on a regular basis, your body becomes more efficient at burning calories. This gives you more energy throughout the day.

    b) Increased Metabolism
Increased physical activity through working out leads to more muscle mass, which in itself leads to a higher metabolism. As per some studies, every extra pound of muscle allows you to burn anywhere from 50-100 calories when at rest.

    c) Improved Muscle Tone
Physical activity, especially weight training allows you to change the shape of your body. Since muscle is denser than fat, one can get bigger or smaller by gaining more muscle mass.

    d) Better Health
Increased exercising leads to a strengthening of the immune system; which means that one is less likely to get sick when exercising the right amount. On the other hand, over exercising can weaken your immune system and make you sick.

    e) Stress Reduction
Stress levels are reduced extensively by regular work outs. They allow the individual to take their mind off the daily grind and use pent up energies for productive purposes.

    f) Improved Self-Esteem
When following an exercise regimen for a regular basis, you bring about greater self esteem through the results and accomplishment achieved.

So, start your exercise today, even only 1 hour per day.

I had read an article about 6 Natural Tips for Deep Sleep and now I want to share with you.

6 Natural Tips for Deep Sleep
Would you like to sleep like a baby without taking drugs? Americans spend upwards of 3 billion dollars a year on sleep medications, but to avoid the side effects, there are a number of natural remedies you can try first. Read on to learn some of the ways to get a good quality night's sleep.

    1. Relaxing Rituals to Rest Easy
In Chinese Medicine, nighttime is yin time—or, simply, when the body takes care of itself instead of your desires. Proper sleep is required for your body to repair itself and regenerate. To reach deep, restful sleep, your spirit and heart must be calm. Excessive worry, anxiety, and depression can all disturb the spirit and activate the mind—making it near impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep. Rituals to sooth your spirit and induce a sleep response before bed include soaking your feet in Epson salts for 15 minutes, writing all of your thoughts in a journal to get them out of your head, and practicing relaxation before bed, like the Stress Release meditation below.

    2. When Food Disturbs Sleep
when you eat late, you wake up tired. Your body will be busy digesting your dinner while you are trying to sleep, so you won't feel rested in the morning. Do not eat anything for at least three hours before bedtime. Also, cut back on eating bacon, cheese, chocolate, ham, potatoes, tomatoes, and sausage, especially before bed. These foods contain tyramine, which inhibits neurochemicals like norepinephrine and can cause insomnia. And, of course if you have sleep problems, caffeine should be cut out.

Eat for sleep! Try eating more grains at dinner; carbohydrates tend to make people sleepy. Another snooze snack is a warm cup of milk; because milk is rich in the amino acid tryptophan, it can sometimes aid in deep sleep. Mix in natural vanilla flavoring for a soothing snack. Or if you prefer, eat 1 cup of natural yogurt an hour before bedtime.

    3. A Peaceful Place for Sleep
Your sleeping environment makes a huge difference to the quality of your sleep. Do everything you can to create a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Ideally, your bedroom should be located in the quietest area of your home. Keep the décor minimal. Lighting should be dim and any music that is played should be soothing. Research has found that lavender, vanilla, and green apple are among the best scents to help lower anxiety and induce sleep, making these smells a good choice for a scented candle or heated essential oil. Try to limit your pets to outside of the bedroom because their movements will keep with your body from fully relaxing into deep R. E. M. sleep. As much as possible, your bedroom should be only for sleep.

    4. Exercise Enables Sleep
People with regular exercise routines often sleep better and have fewer incidents of insomnia than those don't get regular physical activity. Exercise promotes sleep and improves sleep quality by altering brain chemistry. Exercising moderately for 20 to 30 minutes three times a day, combined with meditation or tai chi in the evening, will not only help you fall and stay asleep, but will also increase the amount of time you spend in R.E.M. sleep. In fact, for some people, exercise alone is enough to overcome sleep problems. Exercise in the morning or afternoon, but do not exercise for at least two hours before bed.

    5. Herbs to Sleep Tight
A calming tea before bedtime can ensure a good night's sleep. Drink valerian or passionflower (or passiflora) tea before bedtime every night for one month. Simply steep 1 to 2 tablespoons of the dried herbs in one cup of hot water and drink just before bed. Or look for one with the traditional Chinese herbs zizyphus or jujube seed, bamboo shavings, and oyster shell, which soothe the mind and spirit.

You might also try Calm-Fort/Sleep formula with useful herbs like lily bulbs, polygala and turmeric that help manage stress and calm the spirit while relieving restlessness and insomnia.

    6. A Sleep-Friendly Meditation
I had one patient with insomnia who also felt anxious and even a little depressed. In addition to acupuncture and herbal therapies, I decided to teach her a stress release meditation that she could do before bedtime to help with her anxiety. I am happy to report that she is now sleeping like a baby.

Have you ever remembered about your child time?? If you ask me, I still remember about my child time especially when my younger sister and I watched the cartoon.

We have such a wonderful time at that time. However, nowadays, most parents do not let their children to watch the cartoon very much. This is because they want their to focus on their study and they scared that their children will affected with the story.

To me, their opinion are totally can't be accepted because, I think that, through this cartoon channel, children can be a creative person in the future.

As an example, Tom & Jerry. We know that this cartoon is a funny cartoon but if we think properly, this cartoon actually teach us how to become an intelligent person. Jerry can always escape from Tom trap because he is smart and always full of idea how to escape. He is also a faster thinker and this is what we should take from the cartoon that we watch.

Besides, let's have another example. I'm sure everyone had watch Popeye and The Sailorman. What a funny cartoon but if we notice, in this cartoon, when Popeye want to fight with his enemy, he will bring out his spinach and eat it. Thus, he become stronger and easily defeat his enemy. This cartoon teach us, if we want to become strong, we must eat vegetables.

That is why parents should watch the cartoon with their children and let them know the moral from the cartoon that they had watched. Besides, watching television together with their children can make their relationship closer and stronger.

  26. Assalamualaikum to my teacher and
My friend. I hope you are in a good condition.

What would life be like in the here after for a fourteen-year-girl whose life was senselessly cut short? What would it be like for her to spend her time watching the world she left behind, before she was ready to? Welcome to the world of Susie Salmon.
At the opening of Alice Sebold’s stunning debut novel, Susie Salomon tells us that she is dead. Her life was ended on December 6, 1973 by a perverted neighbor. The book goes back and forth between Susie’s narrative, both her attempts to make sense of her new world, Heaven, and also her observations as she watches her family and friends attempt to cope with her violent and untimely death, and the events that are actually happening on Earth to the people she loves.
The scene of her murder is powerful and shocking but what’s most amazing is that Susie is not bitter about what has happened to her. There is an air of hopefulness and compassion in the telling of her story that brings tears to the eyes. Susie watches closely as the days after her murder turn to weeks and months. She watches as her family attempts to come to grips with their tragic loss and the hole it has left in the family. She sees it all- her mother’s pulling away from the family; her father’s quest to find her killer and make the person pay; her younger sister’s fears for her future and feelings that mirror her father’s and her baby brother’s tears of confusion about where big sister Susie has gone.
Susie discovers a Heaven where there is much beauty, happiness and many friends. The dreams she had on Earth she gets to live in Heaven. But she also comes to learn that there are boundaries as well and those boundaries allow her to go only so far in her new home. She is taught that she will not be able to explore Heaven any further until she is willing to let go of Earth and all the people in it. This takes time for Susie and does not prove to be an easy feat.
This book deals with one of life’s most harshest tragedies- losing a loved one to a violent crime- but it also carries with it a message of love, joy and the courage it takes to allow healing to begin. The Lovely Bones drew me in from the very beginning and held on to the very end. It is a definite must read for everyone. Alice Sebold’s ideas of Heaven are very enticing and her prose is eloquent. This book will remain with you long after you close the back cover. That all.

Actually, I love to see football match so much..even if the match is get start in a early in the morning I still can wake up. That’s the spirit of this sport to me…Here I want to share the most footballer that I like so much..I read the article of Thierry Henry where this articles is very well done, well informed and concise. He was born on 17 July 1977 at Paris. His career start at 1992 when he join Monaco club. In 1999 he join Juventus club until he was bought by Arsenal club in the same year. It was at Arsenal that Henry made his name as a world class footballer. Despite initially struggling in the Premiership, he emerged as Arsenal’s top goal scorer for almpst every season of his tenure there. Under long time mentor and coach Arsene Wenger, Henry became a prolific striker and made 226 goals in all competitions. He got lots of awards based on his performances. However, in June 2007, after 8 years with Arsenal, he transferred to FC Barcelona for a fee of 24million dollars. 28. Hi everyone..!!
This is my last post. I think what I want to share is important for us. We must know about this thing. I had read an article about “the dangerous eating fish”
In this article, it does tell about the Fomilin. Fomilin is a chemical that inject into corpse to enable it long lasting. But the problem now is, the chemical was used as an immersion for the fishes to make it always in fresh order. This technique was used by the Thailand’s Fishery Entrepreneur. I know, all of you must think what the relationship between them and us is. Actually, Thailand is our fishes’ exporter. After catches the fishes, they will put into the container then covered with ices to make them fresh till arrive to Malaysia and Singapore. It will take about six or seven hours. When it was arrived at Malaysia or Singapore, the fishes is already not fresh. So, to prevent this problem, Fomilin is being a solution.
Nowadays, without awareness, we were ate the fishes that have the chemical. So, how to know whether the fishes are contain the chemical or not. It is easy to know it, when the fishes are not perching by flies, mean the fishes were immersed in Fomilin. So, by comparing the flies and us, they are more known.
My last advise, be careful with a fish in the market. That’s all.

  29. Assalamualaikim..
When holiday or Hari raya, many people go back to their village to see their family. So, they will leave their own home for several day without anyone there. So, i want to share some tips about "home safety".
Home safety is a matter that many people neglect, or simply ignore. Protect your home while you’re away by knowing how to prepare it in your absence.

    • Make sure your home looks like someone is living in it. Don't close your curtains - in daytime this shows the house is empty. Think about getting automatic time-switches to turn your lights on when it goes dark.

    • Fit mortise locks or bolts to all outside doors, and locks to all downstairs or easily accessible windows.

    • Cancel any deliveries, such as post, UPS and newspapers. See if you can have neighbors pick up unplanned penny saver papers etc.

    • Cut the lawn before you go and trim back any plants that burglars could hide behind.

    • Get a friend or neighbor to look after your home. They can collect your mail; mow your lawn and so on. This gives the impression that someone is living in your home. If you leave keys with a neighbor, don't label them with your address.

    • Don't leave valuables, like your TV, hi-fi or video, where people can see them through windows.

    • Mark any valuable items with your postcode and house number using an 'invisible' pen that you can get from DIY shops. If your property is stolen, this will help the police to identify it if it is found, which might not only allow them to return it to you but could also provide them with better evidence to convict the people responsible.

    • Make sure that you have up-to-date contents insurance.

    • Do not put your home address on your luggage when you are traveling to your holiday destination.

    • Lock the garage and shed with proper security locks, after putting all your tools safely away so they cannot be used to break into your house. If you have to leave a ladder out, put it on its side and lock it to a secure fixture with a 'close shackle' padlock or heavy-duty chain.

    • Finally, lock all outside doors and windows. If you have a burglar alarm, make sure it is set and that you have told the police who has the key.

    • And just before you set off, its worth spending a couple of minutes checking that you've done all you had to do and taken everything that you need with you.

    Help From Your Neighbors

    • It's also a good idea to get help from your neighbors. It asks them to keep an eye on your home while you're away.

    • You could also ask them to collect post left in the letter box, sweep up leaves, even mow the lawn and generally make the place look lived in.
    • You can repay the favor by doing the same for them. Warn the neighbor who has your key not to put your surname, address or even your house number on your keys in case they fall into the wrong hands.

    • Is there a Neighborhood Watch scheme where you live? Your local police will tell you if there is a scheme in your area or help you set up one of your own. It could help you keep your home secure while you're away, and has many other crime prevention and community benefits.

Good safety practices can prevent problems such as vandalism and burglary, even personal harm. Hopefully you’ll refer to this guide periodically to add protection to your home.
    That's all. Thank you.

  30. I hope all of you to have a good day..
    Well...hello everyone~
A mind controls everythings.. We can be happy even if we are not, we can pretend to like someone even if we are not, we can pretend we know something even if we are not.
Don't forget, minds also can control a moving object but you must concentrate hundred percents on it and you know, it tooks a really lot of effort to do it.
Actually I'm here to write about a thing that we all love the most which is the "Public Speaking".

Think of the last really memorable talk or presentation that you attended. Now, was that easy to do, or did you really have to rack your brains to remember one? Sadly, too many presentations are easy to forget. And that's a big problem because the only reason the presenter gave the talk was to communicate something to you.

However, there are four basic things that you can do to ensure that your verbal messages are understood - and remembered - time and time again.

Although somewhat obvious and deceptively simple, these are:

Understand the purpose of the presentation
Keep the message clear and concise
    Be prepared
Be vivid when delivering the message

Understand what you want to achieve:

Before you start working on your talk or presentation, it's essential that you really understand what you want to say, who you want to tell and why they might want to listen. To do this, ask yourself: Who? What? How? When? Where? Why?

Who are you speaking to? What are their interests, beliefs and values? What do they share in common with others; how are they unique?

What message do you wish to convey? One way of answering this question is to ask yourself about the ‘success criteria’. How do you know if and when you have successfully communicated what you have in mind?

How can you best put across your message? Language is most important here, as are non verbal cues such as body language and expressions. Choose your words and non verbal cues while keeping your audience in mind. Plan a beginning, middle and end. If time and place allow, consider and prepare audio-visual aids.

When? Timing is important here. Develop a sense of timing, so that your contributions are seen and heard as relevant to the issue or matter at hand. There is a time to speak and a time to be silent.

Where? What is the physical context of the communication in mind? You may have time to visit the venue, for example, and rearrange the furniture. Check for availability and visibility if you are using audio or visual aids.

Why? In order to convert hearers into listeners, you need to know why they should listen to you – and tell them if necessary.

I must admit, I'm not an excellent presenter either but altogether we can improve ourselves to be an outspoken person and most of all, a good presenter.
Just imagine that when we have our own job, we must want to impress our employer right? So, if we have the needed confidence and always be prepared, we all can ensure that our jobs wil get better and better.
Just remember, if you want to be known, expose yourself!

  31. Assalamualaikum and very good morning.....

Today, i want to share with you my experience in a martial art world from my view side. Actually, i like to learn the knowledge of martial art since i in a secondary school. The benefit that i can get is i can learn how to protect my self and all the people that i love if there are any threat occur. Besides that, i can do some exercise during the training.

Some people don't like a martial art because they say it was hurt and harsh. For me, it's normal when we learn something that need some "punch". If we want to defense our self and other people, we need to learn of the feel of a paint. If we not feel it when we training, it will be a big trouble if we fight with a true opponent.

As a fighter, if i get some injuries during a training,i will feel more spirit to do more advance of training. maybe, the sound is crazy right. But that was me. I rather to feel the paint when training than loose or fail to protect the person that i love when fight with the true enemies. Furthermore, when do a martial art training, we can learn lot of skills that can beat our enemy easily. Besides that, i also can learn how to improve my speed of movement and also how to improve my power attack. It also is a one of an exercise.

We also can get more friends when we learn a martial art knowledge. From that, we can meet a people who has same enthusiasm with we. From that, we can share our knowledge and can change our opinion to improve our skills.

I think that's all from me. But remember, learning a martial art doesn't mean that we are more stronger than others, but more importantly is how we can use and practice it when it needs. As a last words from me, "no paint, no game".
    thank you....
